Avril Lavigne Fires Her Manager Due To Low Sales

Avril not happy with her career...
After her latest album, The Best Damn Thing, failed to perform up to standard, Avril LAvigne has fired her management firm. The CD only sold around half of what her previous album did, and the supporting tour was plagued by poor ticket sales and forced cancellations.
A source says, "Avril is hoping that new management can help her new album be more successful than the last."
Avril has hired Irving Azoff as her new manager, who represents Christina Aguilera.
"Hey (hey!), You (you!), I don't like your boyfriend. Hey (hey!), You (you!), I think you need a new one."
That's the reason for poor sales. Avril Lavigne sucks, she's not hot and her act was stale before it even began. She should fire herself from planet Earth and leave us all the fuck alone.

I don't know if I agree that the was the reason why Avril fired her manager, after all:
Avril Was The Best Selling Female Artist in The World in 2007, according to WorldWide Albums, see source: http://www.worldwidealbums.net/2007ye.htm - Considering that the whole music industry is down Avril is doing pretty well in comparison to most of her peers.

I think Avril is really talented and her manger dropped the ball and should be fired.

Avril is great, her 2nd CD was the best, her last CD changed what made her so great.
We don't need another Britney, Christina, or any of those lame singers. We want real, raw, talent and that's what Avril can bring if she sticks to what she started doing.
And she's very attractive!

Comment: Avril missed some shows in California, due to illness. She had been suffering with recurring bouts of flu, during the whole 2008 North American Tour, which eventually resulted in an acute case of laryngitis.
Here is an excerpt from a recent Avril Interview:
Q. "Some of the concert venues are reportedly having trouble filling seats for your show. Why do you think that is?"
A. "I've done about 23 shows in five weeks and I've sold 170,000 tickets. Trust me, I'm on top of that stuff - Of course you're gonna have a show that doesn't sell out. Especially when they put me in a 20,000-seater and I'm only selling 10,000 tickets . . . Venues are so big. 'Cause it's the one available or whatever."
It is only speculation, as to the reason why Avril has decided to change her management. Perhaps she is just looking for a manager closer to her home in Los Angeles. After all, Nettwerk is based in British Columbia, Canada.
Only Avril knows for sure.

Avril is a big poser. First she's the "punk princess" where everyone think she's dressing punk. ummm... right.
Then in interviews, she's acting all moody, and brooding, not looking at cameras. Saying she's not into this and that.
Today: she's complete opposite of what's she is saying, whoring out for Canon, and shit. Then she's walking down the catwalk for a major fashion designer... WTF?
Avril is a poser. Just like Nelly Furtado, just like Ashley Simpson, and any one of those who are in pop today.

i think what ever she does is up to her. after all she knows whats best for her.
she was number one seller on itunes so what does that say. shes doing a lot better than others and bear in mind that illegal downloading is rife.
what i think is sad is idiots are sad enough to read these articles and post immature comments coz they dont like the her.

I don't like the new look and i don't like
tne new music.
I know artists evolve and change,
try to make things different, better
and yet still the same in a way..
but the evolution she took went down
the wrong path and now she, to -me-
seems like a big freakin sell out
compared to what she used to be.
I think if she comes back and does another (cd)
the first song should be to mock everything shes done for the last year or two..
do a video as if the dyed hair period
was a dream /nightmare she was having or something and go back to her old look / style.
