Jack Black On Losing Weight

Jack's tips for dropping those holiday pounds, plus two breakfasts...
Actor and one half of Tenacious D Jack Black recently spoke about his sometimes failed attempts at eating healthy.
He said: "My new thing is that I have oatmeal and ice green tea for breakfast. Then I have a second breakfast! I try to eat foods that give me energy to try to make it through the day. I try and work out but it's a losing battle with the fine food and good red wine that is available.'
Black also talked about exercising: 'I do some special stretches, sit-ups and sometimes even some push-ups. But I think a good walk down the street is great workout.'
