Miley Cyrus is pretty angry about press accusing her of showing off by wearing a bikini top during an outdoor run with her boyfriend, 21-year old underwear model Justin Gaston (*coughstatutorycough*).
Miley said she doesn't understand the press and was only in a bikini preparing for a car wash: "I don't get the big whoop, but whatever. I guess it's just... I'm not allowed to jog any more...My sister wanted to have a car wash. So I was like, 'OK, we're going to have a car wash.' It's, like, 100 degrees out. As I'm running, it got a little bit lower and you could see a little of the bathing suit top. So, oh my goodness, Miley Cyrus wears a two-piece! Kill me! I'm wearing a two-piece. with an eight-year-old."

Fair enough Benny. However, she is in the public spotlight, ergo so is her 21-yr old bf. That is illegal, particularly since they've been dating since she was 15. There is a reason that 18 is the legal limit in states that matter.

Actually reading through these comments it is funny seeing the ignorance. The age of consent in most states is 16, but legal age for working in the adult entertainment industry is always 18. Having sex with a minor varies state by state as to what defines what, but of course you simply assume that they are having sex because no one just dates anymore...right?
