Chris Brown will argue in court that his alleged attacks on Rihanna were just a "lovers' tiff." Brown has told his lawyers to put the claim in in hopes of getting the assault charges dropped.
"He will argue it was a misunderstanding between two young people passionately in love."
Brown's lawyers want a special court hearing in LA next week and said the police photo of Rihanna's injuries, that circulated online, means a fair trial is impossible.
Wrong way to go, idiot. Complete opposite of what you should be doing in this situation.

Seeing that the public has seen images of the aftermath of my client fucking brutalizing Rihanna he will not be able to get a fair trial.
By fair i mean he will not be able to use his money and "fame" to get off.
Thank god Rhianna wasn't white. Boy would my client be fucked then.

this guy has made the wrong moves from the start. he should have just stated he was sorry and is going to check in somewhere to get help!! then he should have gone into counseling immediately. Leave Rihanna alone and quit pretending he's together with her. Just cut your losses, man up and focus on getting help until the court date.
