Bestselling authors: Prejean and Palin?
Posted by Joe Rivett on 11.17.2009

Carrie Prejean: You are a very good looking woman. You could make millions just by smiling at a camera and being a trophy for some rich guy. Everyone could have loved you, your implants, your blonde hair dye, your spray tan, and your body. But you ruined it!

Why did you have to take a strong stand against gay marriage? Personally, I think the Q+A segment of a BEAUTY pageant is retarded, but everyone knows that you are supposed to give an answer that satisfies everyone. Now if you are going to come out against gay marriage on biblical terms, it would help to not have a tape of you masturbating. It would help not to have implants and stand on a stage so that men can jerk off to you because lust is one of the seven deadly sins.

If you had the pleasure of watching Larry King, she practically stormed off his show when he had the audacity to ask why she settled with the beauty pageant. Who knew Larry asked such tough questions. Then she couldn't handle a phone call from a gay caller. I think we all know why you settled because of the sex tape, but you could at least take calls, after all aren't you an author?

Carrie, you complained on Larry King that conservative women get rough treatment from the liberal media. The reason why is because most of you "conservative women" aren't really conservative in your personal lives and the media likes to point out hypocrites.

Speaking of hypocrites, did anyone check out the story that the Republican National Committee's health care plan paid for ELECTIVE ABORTIONS? Please try to take away my wife's reproductive rights but go ahead and let your daughters have as many as they want. I also read that Newt Gingrich's PAC offered abortion coverage in its health plan; this coming from a conservative Christian that is on his third marriage. I have nothing against Christianity, just those who proclaim to be on a high moral ground.

Sarah Palin: Speaking of hot women that talk too much who also happen to be former beauty queens… Let me start off by saying that I actually feel bad for you. It doesn't take an idiot to see that John McCain had no business putting you in the spotlight, even GW figured that one out. But you sound like the victim when you place a lot of blame on Katie Couric and McCain's staff. Asking you what periodicals you read for your news is not a "gotcha" question. Quite frankly, the McCain staff did the best they could with you. If being a Republican is defined by personal responsibility then why don't you take some? Instead of blaming the liberal media like your buddy Prejean, take a look in the mirror and to make writing columns easier for me run for president in 2012!

If only a real Republican thinking woman like Kay Bailey Hutchison were a hotter piece of ass. Maybe she'd get some attention.

You do have something against Christianity...the people involved in it. Christianity is chock full of complete and total failures. It's a belief system that knows it's followers will fail, and need daily repentance for the things they got wrong that day. Christians are supposed to be Christ-like, but every one of them will fail to measure up every day.
Unfortunately, some do it in spectacular and very public fashion. Those folks make it harder for every other Christian. The majority of Christians, of which I consider myself one, don't call as much negative attention to ourselves and our beliefs, yet someone, somewhere, who's not a Christian is watching, and waiting to pounce when we fail.
It's a hard thing to try to live a Christian life, when so many others glory in your failure. It's doubly hard knowing that your personal failure may cause someone not to consider becoming a follower.
It's also difficult to make a public stand for your faith because from that point on, you get no mistakes. Any failure, even if it happened years before you became a Christian, becomes fair game to hold against you. We are a very forgiving people as a nation, unless it's someone of a religious nature who has their sins plastered all over the media. Then, there's a rush to condemn the sin, the sinner, and their faith.
If I could sum it up, Christians are failures all right? I'm going to fail in some way writing this because I won't get my point across the way I intended. I'm going to say something wrong or think something wrong or do something wrong several times today. Please don't hold that against Jesus Christ or Christianity.
I wish we could all be perfect for you, so you would have one less excuse to avoid a measured approach to examining Christianity. However, we won't be. We're not perfect, though we may try to act it or convince you of it. Consider us, imperfect people perfectly forgiven who will make you perfectly aware of all our personal imperfections. Just examine the life of Jesus Christ. He is the only one who got it right, all the time, every day.

If only moronic Democratic women like Hillary Clinton, Barbara Boxer, Diane Feinstein, Sheila Jackson Lee, Maxine Waters, Jennifer Granholm, Kathleen Sebelius and Madeline Albright were hotter, maybe their destructive policy positions would be more entertaining.

Guest#4516 (Guest),

Nice damage control. Christians need to practice what they preach...end of argument. They shouldn't use that excuse "we aren't perfect." It isn't hard to do what is right; so, you better not try to cover for those two idiots.

You are playing the "everyone is out to get me" crowd. Geez, you just need to shut up and worry about YOU not yelling at everyone else that doesn't see things the same as you.

I'm so sick and tired of this "do as I say, not as I do." Who the * said you can pretend to be our parents? Who gave you the damn right? Seriously, I'm a Christian, and I get sick of these people that do not follow Christ....AT ALL! They are what I call pharisees. Their hearts are far away from Christ, yet they love making people feel bad for their mistakes...

Thanks David, you just played right into the very thing poster #2 was talking about. You claim to be a Christian, yet you want to swear, with asteriks, about someone with a differing viewpoint about Christianity. It seems to me that Christianity is not a belief system for the quiet. At it's core, this system requires you to want to share the joy to be found in Jesus Christ.
You follow Christ, not the people who claim to follow Him.
The people will disappoint you.
I, for one, don't think that sharing your belief is telling people what to do. That can't be done. It can serve as a wakeup call to those who are ruining their lives or are lost in sin.
You can't tell me if a friend is about to drive off a cliff and kill himself that you wouldn't do everything in your power to stop it. Even if your friend tells you to leave him alone, you still want to keep him from harming himself.
A well-shared Christian testimony can do that for a lost soul. It's not meant to boss you around; it's meant to save a soul.

Here's the deal: both of these women need to go away. Sarah Palin has been exposed as an ignorant know-nothing. And Carrie Prejean has been outed as a hypocrite. I don't care if they are Christian or not. They cry about being attacked, yet they put themselves out in the public eye. Palin and Prejean uses the "liberal media is out to get me" excuse.

Palin cannot take the heat, and is a petty bitter woman. She uses her children as a shield, then gets mad when people talk about them. She threw McCain's advisors under the bus with utright lies.

Oh, and Carrie: people are not beating you up over your views on gay marriage. They are going after you for preaching about values, all the while not living by them yourself. It's called hypocrisy. And people tend to go after hypocracy, since it ticks us off.

Do the people a favor: go away and stay away.

The fact that humans have chosen to organize themselves around which version of a story about a giant, invisible man in the sky they believe is likely to result in the extinction of humanity. Technology will make this feasable.

The worst part is that those same people wont care, because they "know" that they are right, and thus it doesnt matter if NYC gets nuked. It just means the best is yet to come.

Humans will never survive if we cant do away with 'God'.

I would.. verbally.. if given the opportunity.

Guest #2781 obviously does not believe in free speech. She was asked a question and answered it. She didn't bring it up. If Perez Hilton hadn't asked the question, she would have kept her views private.

Not sure how her making a sex tape for her boyfriend invalidates any of her views. If she had made it for her GIRLFRIEND, you libs might have a point. Girl said she believed marriage was between a man and a woman, not that such man and such woman couldn't express themselves sexually to each other. A beleief in religion does not preclude one from sexuality, despite what you religion-phobes want to believe.

The difference between Carrie and all her critics is that if one of them was lying by the side of the road she would help them (although maybe not before touching herself) while if she were laying by the side of the road, you guys would spit on her and walk on, so convinced are you of the superiority of your position.

I hope there is a Palin/Prejean amatuer tape out there. Title: Milf lessons in No Mans Land.

Guest#7868 (Guest),

You clearly missed the part where I said I was a Christian, member of UCC. So, you should spare me your attempts to defend the Christian pharisee. I've already talk to great lengths about people like that.

So obvious, is it? I support her right to express her viewpoints, even those I dont agree with. That doesn't mean that I will sit idly by while she supports a viewpoint which subjugates a sizable portion of our population to a law which is based not on logic, but on a book which was written by people who believed in demons and exorcism.. like Sarah Palin.

I don't even understand why people are asking Prejean to open her mouth at all. Quickly they forget she in a competition based on looks, not intelligence. She is trying to hard to be what she isn't and she only makes herself look worse. As for Palin, I never had a good feeling about her. She can go away too.

honestly, when will you people realize, the more you guys push this whole palin, prejean thing, the more middle america is going to listen to them wondering, "what in the hell is all the hubbub about?", if you really want to hurt these people, stop talking about them. just let it be already, don't give them any airtime...and quite honestly, the more you guys talk about them the more you make them look smart. it's the whole bill bellichick syndrome, on whether or not he should have gone for it on 4th and 2 from his own freakin 28 yard-line...common sense should tell you no he shouldn't, then again all of you liberal commentators have absolutely no common sense whatsoever.

Believe it or not, I dont treat strangers one way or another based on political affiliation. So certain are you of the saliency of "our" political convictions. Of course, to you.. we're "all" just "libs".

Maybe if one of these ladies said they had to run from their plane due to sniper fire you libs would love them like you do Hillary.

So, she masterbates and has sex with her boyfriend. That is a scandal? Clearly several of you have not had sex with a good looking women. Keep up with the hate.

One can tell from the way these crybaby conservative lasses express themselves that neither of them read much. Therefore, it's utterly ridiculous and just makes for a media circus sideshow that they've both had crappy books ghostwritten poo-pooing the media and liberals and campaign advisers and pageant operators - basically everybody but themselves for their mistaktes.

Is that all you have? Shallow insults and generalizations to throw at the "libs"? Way to represent your viewpoint, dumbass.

Yes, pointing out the hypocrisy of a woman withhold rights from a large chunk of the population because she considers their actions "immoral", all while herself committing actions which both she and her supporters would consider immoral.. CLEARLY means that I can't get laid.

Furthermore, the "fact" I cant get laid CLEARLY means that conservative hypocrisy is non-existant and that homosexuals shouldn't be given the right to marry.

Keep up with the generalization, dumbass!

Constantly using Beck, Limbaugh, O'Reilly, etc. as lightning rods for controversy gets tired after a while. Ripping a beauty queen to pieces is a change of pace. Some progressives are motivated by a desire for policy changes, while others just love the self righteous feeling they get when they scream at those who disagree with them. The irony of preaching at the very people they hate for being preachy, as well as demanding conformity in thought, is lost on them.

Posted By: Jason Douglas (Registered)  on November 18, 2009 at 10:25 AM

Prejean having a opinion about gay marriage, a opinion shared by the messiah president, makes her masterbating a HUGE story to the left? God all of you are pathetic.Keep taking about a beauty pageant contestant being the problem. That will surely distract people from the real issues. You know like unemployment and Afghanistan.

everyone just needs to let the whole Carrie Prejean thing go. She's not a political or social leader. She was just a beauty pageant contestant. One who had the audacity to not be politically correct and state her beliefs. And how exactly does her stating that her religious beliefs conflict with the notion of gay marriage and her taking some racy pics when she was younger make her a hippocrite? I'm not really defending her, I just think people, ok liberals, are making this thing out to be a LOT more of a big deal than it already is. You mean to tell me that all of us out there didn't do something that they regret in their youth? I know I did.

I'd like to place my pre-order for the dvd of Prejean working herself over RIGHT NOW!

If you had a weekly column, you can't resist someone who has "Christian morals" that masturbates on tape and gets a boob job so married guys can stare at her chest. Good Christians shouldn't be in a lustful competition to begin with. She's a phony that hates gays.

BTW Obama's a phony too

We absolutely would let it go if she had the common decency to just go away. But instead she insists on constantly going on TV looking like a moron, and hocking ghost-written books.

BTW, she's floated the idea of running for congress, which makes her fair game.
