Republicans proudly screaming "We want a candidate that Obama will blow out of the water!"
I rarely have any faith in the Republican party, but Obama has out-Bushed Bush and I want him gone. And you Republicans are royally fucking that up with your choice in candidates. Way to go, idiots.

It does not matter which Republican candidate is selected because they will all beat out Obama.

@Guest#2696
Just because you want Obama out of office? Should you really be calling Republicans idiots? Think about that for a second... You were the one that voted him in so who is the idiot?

Obama backstabbed the heart of the nation. Of course there is anger in betrayal. Obama makes George Bush look like a straight forward and honest man. We've got the dealership's best used car salesman leading the nation. It feels gross and wrong.
The democrats that were betrayed by Obama, the most vile president in the history of the United States? We want to vote Republican if we can. We want this disgusting war-mongering gitmo enthusiast inducter of "indefinite detention without trial" of his own american people OUT of offie.
Do you Republicans realize that? That you could literally run away with this election??
But we CANT vote for Newt, Romney, or Santorum... Just can't be done. We'd rather just not show up to the polls that day, because it's the same and worse. I would LOVE for a halfway decent man to win the Republican nomination, but doesn't look like that's going to happen. What a joke. What a joke we all are.

The more people see Mitt, the more they want someone other than Mitt.
The more people see Newt, the more they gravitate towards him. His lull in the polls coincided with the period where their were few debates.
Mitt is the "not lose" candidate. Newt is the "win" candidate. As Thomas Sowell said:
"When the Super Bowl is on the line, you don't go with the quarterback who is least likely to throw an interception. You go with the one most likely to throw a touchdown pass."

We are witnessing the implosion of the GOP. Thank you, Newt Gingrich.

When real republicans decide they want their party back from the crackpots that have taken it over in the last 10 years maybe that person will arrive.
Until then, we are stuck with these horrible people.

Romney's just a slimy businessman who changes his mind when convenient, but Newt is terrifying.

Obama is a way better president then Bush was. Bush was terrible. Absolutely terrible. Don't get me wrong Obama is pretty bad, but way better than Bush.
I would vote, but then again I can't be bothered to do so. I don't care enough to cast a vote towards a politician that's just going to drag us to the steps of hell a lot quicker than someone else.
Thanks but no thanks. I'll pass on that supposed 'civil duty' I have to vote. If and when I ever decide to register to vote, I'll probably still won't vote. Just don't have it in me to care enough.

Agreed. I hate hoped that the Tea Party would coalesce sufficiently to drag Palin, Santorum, James Dobson, and the rest of the hillbilly evangelicals away from the Republican party, thus leaving a viable middle-ground party that would stomp the shit out of Democrats and Republicans.
There is no way I would expect either party to sit back and allow this to happen and Americans are all to content to watch NFL and 'Glee' and not care.

defective14 has a point. I'm going to vote, but I see no reason to vote for president this time around. I voted for Obama the first time, and I actually think he's done a reasonably good job with the shit show he inherited. But the defense spending thing he signed that gave him unlimited power to make Americans disappear ruined him for me. NO ONE should have that kind of power. Period.
So that leaves me in a conundrum. I won't vote for Obama, but the none of the Republican candidates, save maybe for Ron Paul would be any less irresponsible. Hence, not voting for president this year.

this likely going to be long drawn out process, because after florida, the next two are neveda, a state with a high lds population, and oh yeah michigan where his dad was form, so even though newt may win florida, it's likely going to go back and forth and again one state where we newt is going to lose and so is aantoroum, where romney is going to get a huge win is virgina, because the only other guy on the ballot there is paul, so there the vote will likely be scweed, but there mitt will likely get 90 % of the vote if not more

I'd like to take the opportunity to congratulate Barack Obama on his reelection.

I want all of you to understand something. The government wants us to have this fight between left and right. They want Liberals to blame Conservatives and vice versa. Here is something for you to ponder:
Uncle Sam has two hands. His left hand is named Liberal, and his right hand is named Conservative. Different hands, but on the same person.
