New IN & NC Polls: Obama Steady In NC, Tie In IN

Zogby's new numbers from his daily tracking polls of Indiana and North Carolina are in...

- In North Carolina, he has Obama still leading by 9%, 48% to 39%. Yesterday he had Obama leading by 9% as well, but at 46% to 37%, which means a few undecideds have picked sides in the poll.

- In Indiana, Obama is now up 43% to 41%. Obama led 43% to 42% yesterday. Of course, these leads are within the margin of error and this it's a statistical tie. Zogby is one of the only pollsters showing Obama leading in Indiana, and he has been wrong pretty much every single time his numbers have been in opposition with other pollsters (which happened in California in a big way).
