Forum Policies
* WARNING SYSTEM
You get two warnings if you break a rule. All rules are collective (except for Sig Length). So if you get one warning for flaming, one for spamming, and one for posting porn or whatever... you're gone.
All warnings will be issued by Private Message. Just because you aren't aware of a warning doesn't mean it didn't occur. Upon the third strike, you will be notified by email AND PM and be banned. No questions asked.
Warnings will be issued for:
-Marked flames (provoked or not, if you go off on someone, thats it)
-Spamming, Trolling, etc. (minor offense)
-Posting of Pornography
-Posting solely for the purpose of advertising another site or forum.
-Abuse of multiple screen names Warnings are not limited to those offenses, it's just a general idea.
You can be banned after one offense for certain actions such as Mass Spamming.
* SIG LENGTH
All signitures must be kept to 10 lines or less. This is judged by the moderators. We will warn you once, and advise you how to resolve the situation. You have three days. Warned again, you have two days. If on the sixth day, you still violate the rules, you are banned for at least a week.
* UNBAN REQUEST
You can be unbanned once, only once, not twice, but once. Put forth your request in email, and we'll consider it.
WE LOG ALL IP #'s AND BREAKING ANY OF THE RULES OUTLINED ABOVE CAN RESULT IN LEGAL ACTION AGAINST YOU!
TERMINATION RIGHTS
411mania.com has the right to terminate any of the services you have with us at any time for any reason that we see fit. We have the right to do so without any prior warning to you.
