I posted the blog before going on to do an hour of SMW review (maybe on my way to finishing that run, finally) and proofing a Battle of the Brits DVD I did the night before. Both are short. I like reviewing short shows. So much easier than a 3 hour+ affair. Checked out for comments on the latest TNA review to discover that the only one suggested I overrated the overall show at 5.0. Probably true.
Thursday morning I get into watching episode two of Band of Brothers. Holy shit. Its the best 45 minutes of war movie I've ever seen. I shit you not. The first episode was just an establishing the characters kinda deal. Episode 2 is just brilliant. Flawless, almost. I am hooked in a big way. I'll no doubt get through these a lot quicker now. I was feeling the adrenaline and on the edge of my seat. Its been a long time since I saw anything as gripping as this. Just amazing stuff. *****+++. |
