I thought about this awhile back and I could actually see it happening. You just know that Shane has to be pissed that he is basically been pushed out of the way as heir to the throne by his baby sister.
Hell, Shane is by far the most liked of the McMahons and it is like they don't even want to use him.

The Naturals are clearly never going to go anywhere. They have negative personality. The Bashams aren't really going anywhere either, but they're better wrestlers, and I think with the right gimmick that's a bit goofy, they could really get over.
Fire: Robert Roode Hire: Sylvester Terkay
Roode "has potential" but in the WWE sense only. He doesn't fit into TNA's style, while Terkay's MMA experience would make him a complete beast in TNA.
Fire: A1 Hire: Paul Birchill
A1 sucks. Birchill has been used poorly and has loads of potential.
Fire: Chris Sabin, Matt Bentley, Frankie Kazarian, Johnny Devine, The Diamonds in the Rough Hire: Paul London & Brian Kendrick
TNA is at the point where they need to go with "quality over quantity" with the X-Division. London could be a huge superstar if you push his "daredevil" style, and Kendrick is great for laughs and would make a killer Paparazzi Productions member.

Fire: Voodoo Kin Mafia, and Robert Roode (they just seem to hate the guy, it's for the best if he spreads his wings). Hire: Ken Doane, Charlie Haas, and Brent Albright.

Hire Paul Heyman, fire Vince Russo. Paul Heyman is a mastermind with booking. He would actually help TNA have a TNA identity instead of trying to copy WWE or being Russotastic.
Hire Joey Styles fire Don West; put Tenay in the backstage segments and move Raven into the booth. It would give TNA a much better sound and improve the quality of their product.
Hire Paul London, Rey Mysterio, Brian Kendrick and Rob Van Dam, fire Jay Lethal, Sonjay Dutt, Petey Williams and Brother Runt; Paul London would be an instant hit with his daredevil maneuvers and his finishers and has wayyy more charisma than Sabin, who I've chosen not to fire as he may be salvaged for a feud with Jerry Lynn. Rey Mysterio and Rob Van Dam are two people who would add a TON of credibility to the X Division - they are huge draws and could provide some entertaining matches that would make the X Division EQUAL to the heavyweight division, as well as RVD supplementing the heavyweight division itself. Brian Kendrick is similar to London.
Fire A1 and DITR, and hire Jericho and Benoit. 2 for 3 I know, but Jericho and Benoit are a decent sized (height wise) for the TNA roster, and can work amazing matches. They are the people who can give the TNA homegrowns the huge boosts they need, as well as drawing for the TNA product itself.
