Argh! More trouble with "Rampage"! I'm almost certain he's bipolar, but anyways...
Quinton Jackson was picked up by police yesterday in California after friends of his "waved down" police at around 4:30PM when they became "worried" about Jackson's behavior. Jackson was apparently taken to the hospital for a mental evaluation.
From TMZ:
"Quinton "Rampage" Jackson has been picked up by police again.
Sources say around 4:30 PM yesterday, friends who were hanging out with Rampage, waved down an Irvine police car after they were worried about his behavior. This, of course, following the insane chase the day before in which the UFC fighter hit several cars in his monster truck and was arrested at gunpoint.
We're told Irvine cops saw Rampage, deemed him a danger to himself and others, and took him to a hospital for observation. Rampage was very coopertive with police.
Cops won't officially confirm if it's a psychiatric hold."
Jackson was arrested earlier this week for a felony hit-and-run and subsequent police chase (felony evading). He was able to post the $25,000 bail.

Never said wrestlers aren't succeptible to the same type of mental issues. I'm just saying this shouldn't come as a shock. Either way, boxing is still better than MMA any day of the week.

Rampage went on a rampage.
I think his rematch will be postponed and Forrest will face Bisping.
Rampage will then get the winner.
This isn't a huge deal considering Rampage gets it together.
In the end someone named Rampage went on a rampage.
Just helps his cred.

Bisping?!? Even if Bisping didn't lose and change weight classes, there is a LONG list of guys that would face Forrest long before the Count had his chance... Liddell, Machida, Evans, Silva (both Wand and Thiago), not to mention rematches with Rua, Jackson and (if he returns to fighting) Jardine.

The guys over at Throwdown (they were with Rampage either before the fight or after the fight...or both) said he was down after the loss. They said he felt injuries during training and how they were handled ended up hurting him. Not that he was talking about excuses, but he was unhappy with some close to him. They don't know what happened though.

Josh Gross (of Sherdog & SI) has a great article up about Rampage. Supposedly, he has fired Juanito and is looking for new management. He is going to outpatient treatments and although still seems a bit weird, those close to him say he's returning to his old self.
Whatever the case may be, Rampage is one weird cat.

In what has become the most tragic occurence of the whole ordeal is that Holli Griggs, the pregnant woman who was injured when Rampage sideswiped her, suffered a miscarriage.
