Oh yeah, I forgot about that. I gotta sit down sometime after the VI DVD comes out and I have a lot of time to spare so I can sketch out the whole actual chronology of this series.

Did they explain about the trap that was inescapable at the beginning of Saw III? I can't remember.

I remember Dina Meyer's character in III mentioning how the trap at the beginning wasn't Jigsaw's style since the door was welded shut. The guy wouldn't have gotten out no matter what.

Part of the ending to Saw III confused me a bit. Was it actually Jigsaw that murdered the father's (Jeff I think his name was) son?

I remember Jigsaw saying in the tape he started just as he was about to die that it was him that took Jeff's son away from him and that's why he (Jigsaw) was Jeff's final test of forgiveness. Was that ever explained or is it explained in VI? I don't remember anything in IV or V going back and mentioning that.

I can't even remember past Saw 2. I keep thinking about Donnie Wahlberg beating Jigsaw's ass like a moron instead of playing the game.

haha. I just watched Saw II again a few hours ago. It was hilarious watching Jigsaw antagonize him and mock him during the entire beat down.

When will they learn?...YOU HAVE TO FOLLOW THE RULES!

And the sick thing with Donnie's character is he was NEVER told that his son was perfectly fine. For all he knows, his son was killed by the gas.

Yeah that was a sick game. That was one of the reasons why I thought Saw II was Tobin Bell's best performance in the series. He came off so cold and conniving that it was friggin awesome. Especially when he acted as if he was begging for mercy after the beat down and just calmly said "Okay, game over, I'll take you to your son."

I felt bad for Donnie's character. You just KNEW he was screwed when Jigsaw took him to that house.

I just re-watched III and what Jigsaw says on the tape is that Jeff "will come face to face with the one responsible for the loss of his child." In typical Jigsaw fashion, he didn't mean Jeff's son. He meant his daughter, whom I assume Hoffman had kidnapped and locked away somewhere in the meat packing plant.

Since Hoffman made such a big deal in V about how he "saved that little girl," it only makes sense that Hoffman kidnapped her since he knew where she was.

Ah, that makes sense. Thanks. For some reason that made me scratch my head a bit.

Yeah Hoffman kidnapping his daughter makes a lot of sense after he 'rescued' her so quickly in Saw V and was looked at as a hero for it.

I would love to show these to my Dad since he loves a good story with a bunch of twists to it, but he wouldn't get past the traps. Oh well, his loss...

You could probably see some horrific shit go down in front of you right now and just laugh your head off. Like what if a mother just jumped to her death?
