History:Well I don't know how much of a "history" I have but if you like to know a little about me (don't know why you would but)... I'm a graduate of Bloomsburg University of PA with a degree in Mass Communication with a concentration in journalism. While in school I worked for the sports department of the Times News and the Press Enterprise. After graduation I moved back home and continued to work at the TN. That is until I met my future wife and moved to NJ. Haven't found a writing job yet so I'm filling my writing jones here with the good people of 411. So there you have it (oh know, like anyone cares)

Melo Time - 05.22.2009

With all the talk about Kobe and LeBron this post season (and pretty much all season) and Dwayne Wade carrying this team of dogs to the playoffs, one man has been forgotten.

Carmelo Anthony has quietly become a GREAT player. He can fill it up from anywhere, he has turned into a good defender, can rebound and has become a leader.

Don't look now, Mamba, King and D-Wade but Melo is crahing the NBA elite.
And we're rolling... - 10.23.2006

MNF just started and they have Lawrence Taylor giving a real PPV hype type speal. The only thing I can think is if they pay him in blow. He started with "I know what it's like. I know how if feels."

I can only imagine he means doing coke off a hookers ass.

On a side not Suzy Kolber totally had plastic surgery. She looks like splooge has dried on her face.
And we're rolling... - 10.16.2006

Burger King and Taco Bell are in competition for the greatest commercial on TV. Maybe it's because they both feature a hot brunette (I'm a sucker for a hot brunette) but either way they both rule.

"What's French for creepy?"

"I Love You." "Akward"
And we're rolling... - 03.25.2006

So I doubled my feedback this week when both Nate Wallace and Ted Bouchard wrote met to tell me I'm an ass.

Actually they were both very nice when they stated that they would be pissed too if they were Soriano.

I can totally see their, povs. The Nats knew they were getting a spoiled baby that didn't want to play the outfield when they TRADED for Soriano. That was both Nate and Ted's point, that they traded for Soriano. He didn't sign with them he was forced to go to Washington.

So although I do understand Alfonso's beef I always find myself thinking about Craig Biggio. Biggio was an all star catcher and moved in his prime and became an all star second baseman. Then late in his career, after establishing about as much respect as any player could, he was asked to move to the outfield when the Astros brought in Jeff Kent and he did!

That my friends is a team player.

Also Nate caught a major screw up on my part when I incorrectly identified Nationals second baseman as TONY Vidro instead of his actual name JOSE Vidro.

Nice catch Nate. I'm humbled and embarassed.

Actually I went to high school with a Tony Vidro and he was the undeserving butt of some rater studip joke at the hands of my fellow classmates.

So I apoligize for my mistake and I apoligize to Tony Vidro if he's reading this.
And we're rolling... - 03.24.2006

Nothing is more depressing than getting slightly drunk while watching mildly entertaining college basketball. The BC/Nova game ended well but this damn U Conn/Washington game is putting me to sleep. Christ I can't even stay awake until 11:30 on a Saturday.

Maybe I'll doing something interesting tomorrow. Maybe these Philly wannabes here in South Jersey will get a good partying going some where because of Nova's huge victory. This state has no identity. The northern half wishes it were NYC while the Southern half is on Philly's jock. It really needs something of its own. And don't say the god damn Devils. Hockey doesn't count.
And we're rolling... - 03.24.2006

Boy thank god for the NCAA tournament. If it weren't for it I would totally feel like such a loser watching TV at 11 p.m. on a Friday night. But I watching basketball so I'm cool.

Although I do wish I were reading the closed caption instead of listing to Bill Raferty. His quick screaming sthick is beyond worthless.

While on the topic of announcers...Bill Walton. He is the bain of my existance. I remember when he was calling one of the Bulls/Jazz finals and proclaimed that Greg Foster was dominating. Greg Foster. It was at that point (even as a 16 year old I decided I could do color better than about 75% of the guys who do it now.

Holy shit U Conn is down 10.
And we're rolling... - 03.20.2006

Well now I enter the world of internet blogging. I don't really believe that everyone will actually read this because I know I don't give a shit about most people's personal thoughts.

I guess I could use this space to spout off about non-sports related topics or give more detail of sporting topics. No I'll probably use it to post emo poetry.
