JT: Well, Cage has been gunning for Jarrett for months and he finally gets to take his shot. I was hoping he wouldn't win the belt until I managed to find one on eBay (fuckers are like 500 bucks!), but I'll take it here. Christian is poised to have a great year, and it will be refreshing to see the belt go to someone who deserves it.
*Note: The statement you just read was typed in a state of delusional lunacy as an act to be supportive for my boy.
WINNER: And STILL NWA World Heavyweight Champion, Jeff Jarrett
...Okay, I just realized that the next PPV is March 12th, 5 days before the house show. Therefore, there is A. the possibility that Jarrett wins it back at Destination X, or B. TNA is trying to throw us the swerve. Despite the fact my BA is about to go down, I'm going for the total mark out... because that's how I roll, bitches.
WINNER: And NEW TNA World Heavyweight Champion, Christian Cage.
Ari Berenstein: It IS Christian's time, but what scares me the most is that Sting is gone for a few months. The obvious play would be to hold on for Jarrett-Sting for the title, in part due to constant taunting by Queen of the Molehill. The question is, where does Christian go IF he doesn't win the title? There's a lot to fear in the unknown possibilities coming out of this match. Again, just like at the Royal Rumble Roundtable, I'm willing to look like a moron for defying established, time tested, kid approved (KIX cereal baby!) wrestling logic. In this case, its Jeff Jarrett logic, which clearly states that Double J (HAHA) is the REAL draw of the company and that as such he should be champion until such time that Guns n Roses releases Chinese Democracy. I join JT in his kool aid inspired delusions.
Winner: and NEW NWA champion, Christian Cage
Andy Clark: As much as I was once looking forward to this match, I think they've blown the timing. Cage should have been the one to win the belt off of Jarrett, but with the Sting saga unfolding Jarrett will need to be champ. Anyhow, we're not allowed to have PPV title changes unless Tito Ortiz is here.
Winner and Still NWA Champion: Jeff Jarrett
Mathew Sforcina: Still, if there's one major positive out of this (The fact that Jarrett must have the belt to fight Sting later on) is the consequence AFTER Sting wins the title. NWA World Champion Abyss. Oh yes. OH YES. But until then...
Winner, and STILL NWA World Heavyweight Champion: Jeff Jarrett (Con-Guitar-To)
Nick Marsico: I have to say, I'm not hyped up for this match whatsoever. It should turn out to be a pretty good contest, but I really couldn't care less about it, and while I don't want Jarrett as Champion, I'm not exactly on the edge of my seat waiting to see Christian win the belt so soon.
Winner: And STILL NWA World Heavyweight Champion, Jeff Jarrett
J.D. Dunn: Edge just broke the ice for the team, now would be the perfect time for Christian to win...and turn heel.
Winner: Christian
Jeff Small: As cool as it would be to see Christian win some gold, it won't happen. With the grand storyline revolving around Sting's return to extract revenge against Jarrett and the other heels, a title switch would not make sense. Expect the usual Jarrett booking here: brawling in the crowd, ref bumps, false finishes, run ins from AMW, Team Canada, Gail Kim, Jackie Gayda, guitar shots, maybe a cello shot, and last of all, one Stroke in the center of the ring to give Jarrett the "clean" win.
Winner: Jeff Jarrett
Steve Cook: We've got the guy in the Bob the Builder boots challenging the guy who wears white pants after Labor Day. Talk about a fashion disasterpiece. Seriously though, I concur with my colleagues in believing that this match just doesn't have the drama that we were hoping for when Christian made the jump. And that's mostly because we know Sting is coming back to kick Jarrett's ass. So until then we get to see Christian sacrificed to Jarrett, God of Thunder.
Winner: JJ
Bayani Domingo: JJ vs. CC, My My. If there is any God in heaven he will deliver us from Jarrett and give unto us the most holy of Christian Soldiers. I doubt it though because they really need a reason to have Sting come back and unless its to fight a newly turned Christian then a program with JJ is the only way. Then again, I doubt Sting would need a title feud to draw... damn it I just confused myself. *Flips a coin*
Winner: Duba J
Brian Bayless: This should at least be a good match. However, I would not expect the title to change hands. It will probably have a bunch of run-ins and ref bumps like all JJ matches, but the real feud that TNA has in mind involves Sting vs. JJ.
Winner: Jeff Jarrett
Meehan: Cage is money, but with Sting being the company's "it" guy for the immediate future at least, I just don't see them putting the belt on anyone *not* named "Steve Borden" or "Jeff Jarrett" for the next quarter of a year.
Winner: J-E-Double-F, J-A-Double-R-E-Double-T
Scott Slimmer: I seriously want to know who Christian pissed off in a former life to deserve this kind of bad karma. I mean, think about it. He FINALLY gets over in WWE, starts to get a push, sneaks into a WWE Championship Match, and then has the rug pulled out from underneath him. So what does he do? He goes to TNA where he's assured of being the big fish in the little pond, and that plan seemed to be working out fine until Sting showed up and changed everything. In a Sting-less world I would pick Christian to win this match, but I think we all know better. Sting can do whatever he wants to Jarrett when he returns, but he'll already have inflicted far more damage on Christian's career.
Winner: Jeff Jarrett
Ryan Byers: According to the reports about Sting's hiatus, he'll be off of both Against All Odds and the following pay per view. Without him to serve as a draw, they may as well put Christian, the company's second biggest face, in to the main event slot of both shows. Thus, the feud gets extended here, perhaps with interference by Jarrett's cronies leading to a gimmick match of some sort at Destination X. My guess is that Jarrett gets a pinfall, but they could just as easily do a DQ and then put on the X Title match last to send the crowd home happy.
Winner: Jeff Jarrett
Steve Sullivan- This is a good setup for a great feud between these two. It's not Christian Cage's time...yet. No doubt he's going to win it soon, but I think it's a better idea to drag this out because this has two great storylines. 1) Jackie Gayda and 2) Sting. These are great sagas to carry on to its new Primetime Slot and I think it would be better off to switch the titles AFTER the primetime era kicks in. You get more PPV buys and more people become interested when a former WWE Star grabs his first World Championship.
Winner- J-e-Double F J-a-Double R-e-Double T...Numb Nutz!
Larry Csonka: I expect a good match here. Remember folks, JJ had a good match with Kevin the cripple Nash. The big question isn't match quality though; it is will the title change hands or not. I think there is a 50/50 chance here, and I'll go with a Dusty-like finish here.
JT: I mean, there's not much to say here. We all know this will be the match of the night. We all know neither of the three men like each other for storyline purposes, etc etc; although I will say I liked the build for this. While I don't think it's time to take the belt off of Joe quite yet, I don't see it hurting him in any way if they do decide to go with Daniels. However a title defense win over BOTH AJ and Daniels would really make him look like a strong, flat-out beast, which is exactly what TNA is trying to do.
WINNER: And STILL X-Division Champion, Samoa Joe
Ari Berenstein: Daniels and AJ are going to be too obsessed with one-upping the other that they are BOTH easy pickings for Joe. Silly rabbits, Trix are for kids. It was a travesty of justice that Joe didn't win the original triple threat match, a travesty that will surely be corrected this time around. Or else bitches are going to feel the pain. JOE-omination, baby! No doubt this match will be on the level of the original, but we'll have to wait and see about if it's BETTER than the first one. Put it this way, which Shawn Michaels-Kurt Angle match did you like more, the first one or the second one? Uh-huh, exactly.
Winner: Joe, Joe, Joe, Joe, Joe!
Andy Clark: I think they could have held off another month with this match, but who cares; this should be a great match. In the last encounter AJ won be pinning Daniels, therefore Joe was still undefeated. I see the opposite happening this time, with Daniels pinning AJ to win Joe's title.
Winner and NEW X Division Champion: Christopher Daniels
Mathew Sforcina: Here we go, ole ole ole!
Winner, and STILL X Division Champion: Samoa Fucking Joe (Muscle Buster to one bitch onto another bitch followed by choking bitches out.)
Nick Marsico: Match of the Night, obviously. I'm definitely looking forward to this one the most, and the storyline between AJ and Daniels has picked up very well for this one. Joe, the champion, has kind of been lost in the fray as far as the build for this match after Final Resolution, but hopefully this match ends the triple threat feud and Joe can move on to somebody else.
Winner: And STILL TNA X Division Champion, Samoa Joe
J.D. Dunn: Last year's match was a MOTYC. It will be interesting to see if they can live up to that legacy. Also, it would be nice if someone outside these three occasionally got a shot on PPV. While I enjoy the feud immensely, it's getting close to the time to put it to rest.
Winner: AJ Styles
Jeff Small: At least TNA is smart enough to space out 5 months between the matches. If this was the E, the three men would be on their 4th rematch. I hope that once this match ends, we get some new blood in the X Division Title scene. As much as these men rule, the whole X Division has been sacrificed to build up these three guys. Samoa Joe should retain to continue to build the never-ending Styles/Daniels feud. Here's hoping a potential underdog comes along and gives Joe a run for his money in the near future.
Winner: Samoa Joe
Steve Cook: It is Samoa Joe's world, the rest of us just live in it.
Winner: Samoa Joe
Bayani Domingo: I'm glad AJ is religious, because Joe is going to help him find out if he was right about the afterlife or not.
Winner: Samoa "I choke b*tches out like Sprewell" Joe
Brian Bayless: Joe is not losing the tile anytime soon.
Winner: Samoa Joe
Meehan: Clap your hands and repeat after Mee - "Joe's gonna kill you! (clap clap clapclapclap)" I see no reason to end the Samoan monster's unbeaten run or title reign at this point in time, but this should be one hell of a match just the same.
Winner: Joe, via bitch killing.
Scott Slimmer: I wonder if it's possible to choke out two bitches at the same time? I think it could be done if you choked one bitch with your arms and the second bitch with your legs. Okay, so we may not actually see the double bitch choke, but we'll certainly see a victory by Joe. Look for Styles and Daniels to somehow cost each other the match to further their rivalry while Joe moves on to a new bitch (Chris Sabin?).
Winner: Samoa Joe
Ryan Byers: This is a high pressure match for everybody involved, but there's perhaps no combination of three men that I have more faith in to deliver the goods. There has been some talk that the triple threat stipulation is a way to take the title off of Joe without making him look weak, but I honestly believe that he'll look far too weak if he loses no matter what the circumstances. Why? Because he's in there with two guys who, in theory, should be distracted by the personal issue that they have with one another. That issue should allow Joe to win, though it will still be a hard fought battle.
Winner: Samoa Joe
Steve Sullivan- It's going to be a great match. It's an understatement to call this the match of the night because that's obvious. But it's still not time for Joe to lose his streak, and again, I say this because you want as much as you can take with you going into Primetime.
Winner- Samoa Joe and his Bloody Pet Towels
Larry Csonka: Their last match was arguably the greatest match in TNA history. That's a lot to live up to, but if any three could do this they can. They all have so much history together that they know each other extremely well. I look for nothing short than a show stealer here and for Joe to retain.
JT: Sabin has looked well of late, but I really have to believe that with the Team 3D feud looming, AMW will retain here and fight Team 3D next month.
WINNER: And STILL World Tag Team Champions, AMW
Ari Berenstein: I've always been impressed with Chris Sabin, and I've felt he's truly improving and working hard in every match. It's a shame that Sabin hasn't had a run with the X title over the last few years, but could the title drought end here? Unfortunately…no, probably not. AMW-Team 3-D still have a reckoning coming up at one of the next few PPV's (probably Lockdown). The upset is a possibility, but more likely we'll see a great showing by Sabin and Dutt but some heel chicanery to keep them down.
Winner: and still TNA World Tag Team Champions, AMW
Andy Clark: This could be a good match up, but having Sabin and Dutt win the belts would be too WWE.
Winners and Still NWA Tag Team Champions: America's Most Wanted
Mathew Sforcina: Team 3D or James Gang are next. Sorry Sabin and Dutt. You can feud with LAX once they win it.
Winners, and STILL NWA World Tag Champions: AMW (Gail Kim swung Beer Bottle)
Nick Marsico: I'm looking forward to it, and it should be a really good match, but I honestly can't say I care too much. Unless they throw a wild swerve at us, I don't think anybody realistically sees the challengers taking the straps.
Winners: And STILL NWA World Tag Team Champions, AMW
J.D. Dunn: Sabin and Dutt are a fun semi-regular team, but this feels a lot more like a placeholder match than anything.
Winner: AMW
Jeff Small: Since Jarrett and Samoa Joe will retain, this is our potential upset of the night. If booked correctly, Sabin and Dutt could be the next 1-2-3 Kid and Bob Holly. And that's not a bad thing.
Winners: Sabin and Dutt
Steve Cook: You know, you can say all you want about Chris Sabin, but that doesn't change the fact that his new look is absolutely ridiculous. AMW continues to ride the coattails of Brokeback Mountain and retain the belts here.
Winners: AMW
Bayani Domingo: Sabin is still hurt right? Well if he's limited than this match will be mediocre at best. No way does AMW retain and I'm betting on a run in or two from Gen NeXt and hopefully a name for the stable already. Then again... its always best to vote for the Tag Team that is accompanied by the unbelievably hot piece of tail.
Winner: The Drunk and the Queer, accompanied by the Slut
Brian Bayless: I still think that AMW vs. Team 3D in the six sides of steel will happen. I also think that is when AMW drops the belts. I would like for them to Sabin a real chance to shine.
Winner: AMW
Meehan: Sonjay and Sabin have been good to go as of late, but AMW still has unfinished business with the Dudleyz. That said, Duds seem pretty pre-occupied with Team Canada for the now - so AMW could afford a mini-feud with Sabinjay Dutt to keep them fresh and occupied. In that case, a face victory via DQ makes sense to stretch this thing out just a while longer.
Winners: SonChris SabinDutt (Man, here's hoping TNA comes up with something better than a name like that.)
Scott Slimmer: I like Sabin. I like Dutt. Of course, I also like Christian Cage, which just goes to show that everybody I like is going to get screwed. Christian gets screwed by the old WCW guy (who isn't even in the match), and Sabin and Dutt get screwed by the old ECW guys (who aren't even in the match). AMW needs to stay strong before FINALLY getting their asses handed to them by Team 3D, but I have a hunch that Sabin will recover from a loss here by pursuing a different title in the near future. Meanwhile, Dutt, um, okay, he really does just get screwed.
Winners: America's Most Wanted
Ryan Byers: I don't know why they haven't pulled the trigger on the Dudley title change yet. As much as I like Sabin, his team is just here to kill time until we decide it's Bubba & D-Von's turn to hold the straps.
Winners: AMW
Steve Sullivan- I always enjoy Dutt and Sabin and would love to see it happen. But those titles aren't leaving AMW's waists until those Damn Three Deadlies grab em.
Winner- AMW
Larry Csonka: While I do not expect a title change here, I do expect a damn good match. Sabin is on a roll and he and Dutt have worked great together. AMW is usually good for a solid to great match on PPV, and this should be no different. Should be a ton of fun.
Winners: America's Most Wanted
Falls Count Anywhere Match: Abyss vs. Rhino
JT: I absolutely love the idea of these two guys beating the hell out of each other for ten to fifteen minutes. The build has been decent, and I expect that both men will really step up and lay it out there. Since Abyss has been showing up out of nowhere and laying the bitch-smack on Rhino, I'll give Rhino the nod.
WINNER: Rhino
Ari Berenstein: GORE GORE GORE! It's just so much FUN FUN FUN to say that. Rhino has so won the fans over, and the energy he has translates spectacularly onto the TV screen. I hate to say I told you so, but I told you so, The Man-Beast, the WAR MACHINE (Jim Rhodes?) is on track in a huge way.
Winner: Rhino
Andy Clark: I like this feud and this should be a good brawl. Expect Abyss to be gored through/into something in this match. However I learn to never bet against Abyss on PPV.
Winner: Abyss
Mathew Sforcina: The Descent of the NWA World Title begins here.
Winner: Abyss (BLACK HOLE SLAM! BLACK HOLE SLAM! BLACK HOLE SLAM!)
Nick Marsico: Eh, should be good, but there's basically no storyline going into this one. That's a problem.
Winner: Rhino
J.D. Dunn: These two have been a part of some fun train wrecks, but (like the X-Division) it's time to move them on to something else.
Winner: Rhino
Jeff Small: I never have any luck predicting Abyss matches. This match should be another tough one to predict. Given time, this could be awesome. I'll choose Rhino here to pick up the win with a GOAR!
Winner: Rhino
Steve Cook: I'm going to plug in my comments from last month because they still apply. Sure, Abyss won last time, but that only means Rhino has to win this time. Hooray laziness!
"These guys had a pretty good match on Impact awhile back, so this could be better than a lot of people are expecting. I figure Rhino will get the win here, but I don't think this feud is quite over yet. That Abyss guy doesn't let people stop wrestling him very easily.
Winner: Rhino"
Bayani Domingo: Who doesn't love a train wreck? Who wins here? AFLAC... that's who.
Winner: Rhyno? He's a RhYES.
Brian Bayless: Abyss needs the win and to move on to more important things.
Winner: Abyss
Meehan: Rhino looked like a BEAST when he put Abyss through the wall a few weeks back, so there's a good case for Abyss going over here to get his heat back. Will it happen? Tough call - this is TNA and all, and they LOVE to screw around with Abyss jobbing when he should win and winning when he should be doing the j.o.b., so who knows (Jeff Hardy, anyone?)
Winner: (flips coin) - Let's say Rhino, just because…
Scott Slimmer: I firmly believe that there is absolutely nothing wrong with a completely pointless and yet totally mesmerizing brawl. Enter Abyss and Rhino. This is one of those matches that could easily go either way, but I'll give the nod to Rhino. I'll also go WAY out on a limb and predict that THIS MATCH will be the match of the night. Wait, why the hell did I just do that? Samoa Joe fans terrify me. I'm going to die…
Ryan Byers: Conventional logic in American wrestling tells us that the guy who gets put over the strongest in the build-up ultimately wins the blow off match. Here Rhino already has one victory over Abyss and looks like a killer after goring his rival through a wall. Combine that with the fact that it looks like we'll have a face champion (Christian) before long, and TNA's homegrown monster is an obvious pick.
Winner: Abyss
Steve Sullivan- I've lost count on this one. Always good for a hardcore match but too much of a good thing...etc...etc
Winner- Abyss
Larry Csonka: Oh shit this bad boy should RULE. You know what I wish that they would do? Take advantage of the "Anywhere in Universal deal" and use this match to start the show. Have them go off into the park, and then go onto another match because they lost them for the moment. Then all through the night, they can check in on them fighting on the Hulk ride and shit. Then at the Jaws ride where they beat up Sharky. Make it a running deal and fun as well as intense. It would be different and a great use of the park. That will probably never happen, but I hope that they do leave the sound stage. Rhino wins, setting up a rubber match or perhaps a 3-way when Sabu returns just for shits and giggles.
Winner: Rhino
Fans Choice Grudge Match: Team 3D vs. Team Canada (Roode & Young)
JT: Roode is another guy that has impressed me of late, and like it has been said recently, he has the "it" factor needed to turn into a very well developed heel. I'd have to think that since Team 3D is pissed at both Team Canada and AMW, beating BOTH of them is the only way to quench their thirst for revenge.
WINNER: Team 3D
Ari Berenstein: "Fans choice"-what is that? Is that like fans voting for the "Steel Cage match" between Triple H and Ric Flair at Taboo Tuesday? Actually, wait a minute, the online fans voted for the Barbed Wire Massacre as best match of 2005, so this isn't that out of the realm of possibility. Not out of the realm of insanity, mind you. You're telling me you'd rather see Team 3-D NOT go for the titles? OKAYYYY… BTW, someone please send Young a change of underwear, he'll need it after this match
Winner: Team 3-D
Andy Clark: Way to go fans, screw 3D out of a title shot why don't you. Anyhow, barring excessive cheating (In a Team Canada match? Nah...) Team 3D should be the winners. Eric Young will be too freaked out by Sting to function.
Winners: Team 3D
Mathew Sforcina: Oh Brother.
Winners: Team 3D (3D. Duh.)
Nick Marsico: I really don't care. Should be decent, though.
Winners: Team 3D
J.D. Dunn: Team 3D is on a tear, which will probably end when they meet AMW for the titles. That means that TC is just filler.
Winner: Team 3D
Jeff Small: It's never a good sign when your fans do NOT want you in the title scene. Team 3D should pick up the easy win and then flounder in limbo until a new storyline comes along.
Winners: Team 3D
Steve Cook: If TNA's tag team division wasn't already overloaded with heels, I'd suggest that Team 3D should turn against the fans for telling them to take on a couple of jabronis instead of going for the tag team titles. Not that I believe the poll was legit, but still…the fans screwed 3D! Team Canada better hope they win that hockey tournament over in Italy, because they're not winning this.
Winners: Team 3D
Bayani Domingo: A HAHAHAHAHA... even the FANS are tired of seeing Team 3D vs. AMW. Eric Young is a bumping GOD...which in Greek Mythology if I'm not mistaken was Hennigamus.
Winners: The 3rd and 4th best Dudley Boys ever. Next to Big Dick and Dances With
Brian Bayless: Like I said before, Team 3D will face AMW in the six sides of steel for the title at the next PPV. They should win this and hopefully Team Canada breaks up cause they are stale.
Winner: Team 3D
Meehan: I know I'm usually the positive guy around these parts, but I'm just *so* "ho-hum" towards the Dudz as of late that I really hope Team Canada can give them what's coming to them. Namely, a CLEAN loss in the center of the ring - something that I can't remember the former Dudleyz doing in something like the past 5 years.
Winners: Team Canada
Scott Slimmer: Reason #87 why I'd like to see Dave Batista in TNA – You just know that Big Dave would grab them hockey sticks and give all of Team Canada the old La Res colonic. Yeah, I'm not the world's biggest fan of Team Canada, so I'll be more than happy to watch Team 3D pick up the win and try to remember that once upon a time they wanted to win a championship or something.
Winners: Team 3D
Ryan Byers: We're just treading water here until AMW/3D Part XX happens, perhaps at Lockdown in what has become AMW's signature match. There's an off chance that Team Canada scores an upset here to give them a rub, but keeping the Duds strong until they get the belts seems like it should take precedence.
Winners: Brothers Ray & D-Von
Steve Sullivan- Raise your hand if you voted for Team Canada. Ok keep them up so I can kick you in the nuts. You vote for Team Canada, who has no titles as opposed to the Tag Champs AMW? Ok so I know the voting was rigged, I just wanted to kick you.
Winners- Someone with the name Team...oh...wait...3-D
Larry Csonka: This should be a damn fine match. Roode is becoming one hell of a worker and is always improving. He'll match up well with Ray and Devon's power game. Young is an awesome comedy character, and even though it was already stolen from me, I have to correct it. Eric FN Young is a Bumping…GAWD~! Team 3D takes the win here I feel as they continue to chase AMW, which SHOULD culminate at Lockdown as I said months ago.
Winners: Team 3D
The James Gang vs. LAX
JT: ....eh... is it odd that I think the best thing that has come out of this feud is the fact that Ron Killings is now a single's competitor? No disrespect to the parties involved, I enjoy them, I just haven't been feeling this all that much. I suppose this would be as good a time as any for the James' to get retribution for LAX kicking the shit out of dear ol' Dad.
WINNER: James Gang
Ari Berenstein: Konnan, Konnan's Bitch and Travel Delay have been ultra violent and ultra dominant ever since they were formed. Homicide's recuperating from his shoulder injury and hopefully will show off more of his talent in this one (i.e. good luck carrying the match my fellow Brooklynite brethren). Will Low Ki make his return to TNA and immediately refuse to job to anyone, including Kip's poodle-cut hair and B.G.'s mahi-mahi?
Winner: LAX (still one hell of a cool acronym)
Andy Clark: You know what I hate? When they call a tag team by the stable name. X-Pac and Road Dogg weren't DX. Ric Flair and Batista weren't Evolution. And unless this is a handicap match and I don't know about it whoever they put out there isn't LAX. In any event I don't expect this feud to end here, so whoever is representing the LAX will bust out the slapjacks and get DQed.
Winners: James Gang (by DQ)
Mathew Sforcina: Hooray for cheap endings on PPV!
Outcome: Double DQ (Massive brawl.)
Nick Marsico: It won't set the world on fire, I can tell you that. I've been totally out of this feud for a while now. Plus, both teams' music stinks.
Winner: LAX
J.D. Dunn: I can't imagine this being any good. They need to squeeze all of the popularity out of the newly reformed James Gang before it becomes stale again, so look for a big push.
Winner: James Gang
Jeff Small: I'm praying that this will be short. As in Boogeyman short. Unlike the 3LK, the James Gang is not over. Expect LAX to win in nefarious ways to try to build some heat on this feud.
Winners: LAX
Steve Cook: Wasn't LAX a TV show on NBC for like 4 weeks? I think Heather Locklear was on it, which is a good thing in my book. The James Gang had some hits in the 70s, but the fact that I still want to hit Locklear after all these years gives the advantage to LAX.
Winners: LAX
Bayani Domingo: Please somebody let Homicide get the win, and let Undertaker run in and send lightening bolts to strike down the ring upon the James Gang and Konnan. That would be cool. Don't say it wouldn't be. Liars.
Winners: LAX
Brian Bayless: Who cares? LAX by cheating is my guess.
Winner: LAX
Meehan: Dear Lord, please let Konnan throw a shoe and knock the hair plugs right out of Billy Gunn's head. Thank you. – John
Winner: Lacrosse, err, I mean "Los Angeles International Airport," err I mean... well you know.
Scott Slimmer: I'm pretty sure that the James Gang is as over as they're ever going to be (kinda sad, no?). LAX, on the other hand, may have some mileage I them. I could see LAX going over here to get some heat and continue the feud until Lockdown.
Winners: LAX
Ryan Byers: As of this writing (prior to the 2/11 Impact), I have no clue which combination of LAX will be in the ring. It makes sense for Homicide and Apollo to go in there, since it extends the feud if the James Gang can't get at Konnan, who their real issue is with. If this winds up being the case, there's no reason not to have the Gang win, as Apollo and Homicide have no purpose in the company at this point aside from being K-Dawg's lackies.
Winners: The Jameses (minus Mickie)
Steve Sullivan- Battle for the #6 contendership to the Tag Titles.
Winners- LAX (I was going to be witty but Meehan stole my joke. Put your hand up Meehan!)
Larry Csonka: I am sure that this is just the first chapter in a five chapter story…sorry, I couldn't resist it. But this is way too early to end the feud with just one match up. The LAX are winning the numbers game right now, which should allow them to steal a victory. It will be interesting gin future weeks as Killings is on his own now, and could be pulled back into things. When BG is motivated, he can be good and Kip can as well. They will really need to turn it up to make this a good match. The LAX win, and I am curious to see how Homicide works right now as he will have to carry this team. Konnan is injured, and is reportedly needing a new hip (no joke, he said it on WOL) so his involvement will be minimal I feel.
Winners: The LAX
