The Triple Threat: 05.07.06: DX's Return, Backlash, Homicide's Angry
Posted by Sean, David, Alex on 05.07.2006

Hello everyone, we've been lucky to receive a lot of stuff to talk about this week. As finals approach us college kids, we wanted to make sure to put out the "Triple Threat" before we go into study mode. Well here's how this thing works in case you missed it last week. We take news that we found interesting this week and the three of us give you our opinions on them. The man in blue is David, basically the pro WWE man around here. The guy in red is Alex, giving you the anti-WWE thoughts. I'm the dude in orange trying to sort all this stuff out and give the readers something objective to read. On the line-up this week we talk about the possible return of DX, Homicide's issues with TNA, our thoughts on the Backlash PPV, and a lot more. Sit tight 411 readers because the 2nd "Triple Threat" is blazing your way right now.

Topic #1 Backlash was last Sunday, what are your thoughts on the PPV? Please include what you thought was the match of the night as well.

David: To me, Backlash wasn't really that great. It had some good things but most of the PPV was bad. I was happy that Carlito won over Masters because I'm a huge Carlito fan, and it would make no sense for Masters to win. I also enjoyed the Shelton vs. RVD match. It probably could have gone a bit longer but the match was great. The triple threat match for the WWE title was my favorite match on the card mainly because I wasn't sure who was going to win. Cena seems to be having a string of good triple threat matches and I wasn't too mad that he kept the title. Every other match on the card I really didn't care for, although Mickie vs. Trish could have been good but Trish suffered that injury and the match had to be cut short. I expect Judgment Day to be a hell of a lot better.

Sean: Backlash was decent at best as we can't fault the Women's match that could have helped the PPV not end up so bad like it did. Umaga squashed Flair and it is pretty sad to note that he and his manager debuted at the same time and the manager is more over than him. On a personal note being Latino myself I can't stand how he butchers the Spanish language but I still like him. Kane vs. Big Show was the worst match of this year so far, however, we don't know if they would have dragged this on if Trish didn't dislocate her shoulder. Carlito & Masters was good for the time it was given as they both worked well with each other and Masters showed us that he does have some potential to have matches. At this point Masters still has a long way to go if he pretends to stay around for long. RVD vs. Shelton was really good and probably the only good thing that came out of the early ending of the Women's match, because that meant they had to give this match time. This along with the main event saved this PPV. HBK really proved himself as the Showstopper once again making the handicap match fun to watch. The main event really showed these three work together well and that with the right guys WWE's triple threat formula works. This is an early candidate for match of the year and definitely gets my match of the night. I wish Cena would have hit that double FU because that would have been pretty cool. My hats off to Lita too as she took a Spinebuster from HHH. The big thing this did was establish all of these guys in their roles. We understand HHH is the face, EDGE is the heel, and Cena is still a tweener. I think it was worth my five bucks but if you want to watch anything I recommend the main event.

Alex: This was, by the WWE's standards today, an average WWE PPV. I hope Trish is alright after that nasty accident. The triple threat match was better than expected. But for Match Of The Night, I gotta give it to Shelton vs. RVD. Great match on a lacking PPV. I'm hoping Judgment Day will make up for this.

Topic #2 A big roster line-up has been released of wrestlers that have either been signed by WWE or could sign to be involved in the ECW revival. After seeing this list does this prove to you that WWE is really trying to make this work?

ECW Wrestlers WWE has currently signed

Sabu, Sandman, Axl Rotten, Balls Mahoney, Francine, Jazz, Tony Mamaluke, and Danny Doring

ECW Wrestlers WWE has on their roster, that are probably gonna work with the ECW revival

Super Crazy, Little Guido, Kid Kash, Rob Van Dam, Tommy Dreamer, Al Snow, and Roadkill

David: It looks like the WWE is really trying to pull in the old ECW roster which is definitely a good thing. Now I know the WWE won't be able to get some of the main ECW guys, such as the Dudley's, Rhino, and Raven, but they could bring in some of the OVW guys to compliment the old guys of the roster. C.M. Punk would be a great addition. This really opens the possibilities of ECW. I'm excited to see how everything will shape up.

Sean: There are other names WWE's trying to get too but who they have so far shows promise. Also there are rumors that WWE is looking at CZW and ROH for talent. I say why not, they sure do have some extremely good wrestlers up there. CZW well, their style fits the garbage wrestling part of ECW. Personally, I know if Necro & Chris Hero showed up in ECW I would go ridiculous for Chris Hero and then shit on the promotion for hiring Necro Butcher. Even though I know Alex would love Necro choosing to almost die for a squash match. I will still have my mixed thoughts about this until ECW begins and they get the brand its own timeslot. I really hope ECW doesn't stay in those huge arenas before Smackdown! For long because it make it difficult for us old ECW fans to enjoy it.

Alex: Well the roster does look impressive, but I still stand by what I said in last week's column. The roster does look very ECW, and I am happy to see that they will be incorporating new talent into the product. It is gonna be hard for me not to appreciate something or someone that gives C.M. Punk a rightful push.

Topic #3 Homicide is not happy with TNA right now, do you think he has a valid beef?

David: Yes, of course he does. Look at how his character has been used. Homicide has barely been on TV and most of his TV time has not been in the ring. TNA has a very talented wrestler here and if they don't get their act together they are going to lose a major talent. I like the LAX but TNA kind of just brushed them to the side. I say let the LAX thrive and see what they can do instead of not showcasing them. I definitely see why he's complaining and I hope they do something about this.

Sean: He sure as hell does have a beef and I don't know why Konnan should tell him to keep his mouth shut either. If TNA has proven anything it is that they aren't quick to fire their wrestlers. Also if they are supposed to be the alternative they should be constructive to listening to their wrestler's complaints. I mean it's not like Homicide has come out and talked shit about TNA or something. He's just telling management that he wants to be used and that seems to be a problem with TNA since they have a bloated roster. I mean ROH sure could use the help against CZW since they seem to lose every week. Homicide is very good folks and he deserves to be setting a blaze in that X-Division. However, TNA has the World X-Cup going right now so there really is not a place for him. Obviously, LAX has become the comedy act of TNA losing to a 66 year old man. I think TNA will eventually give him his spot, but he's probably gonna have to wait a bit for that to happen. They better make it soon because Homicide could even decide to forget ROH and go to WWE's ECW. So it would be in TNA's best interest to heed Homicide's call as soon as possible.

Alex: Hell yea he has valid beef! When I first saw Homicide in TNA I very happy. I am a big fan of his and I was a big fan of what he did in ROH. Then he comes to TNA to be Konnan's bitch and job to the James Gang? Doesn't add up. People should fear Homicide, but if all they have seen has been his run in TNA, people would think he can't harm anybody. So I hope the LAX disbands and Homicide moves to the X-Division and becomes the dominant force he should be. If not he will probably leave TNA and make a living for himself elsewhere.

Topic #4 Alright time for some prediction fun. Now that we have entered the semi-finals of the King of the Ring, who do you think is going to advance to face Booker T? Also include who you think will win it all.

David: Well I think that WWE is making it quite obvious that Lashley is going to end up in the finals against Booker T. For the past couple Smackdown!'s, Lashley and Booker T have been having confrontations. I'm excited that Lashley and Finlay are going to have another match even though we all know Lashley is going to be the victor. I expect Lashley to win the whole tournament in the end. I'd rather have an up and comer winning the King of the Ring anyways, it is a good way to build up a new guy.

Sean: I hate it that WWE always has to spoil everything before it happens because they insist on developing a storyline. They could find a way to put Finlay in there too. They could even stack the deck against Lashley since we know that Booker and Finlay are friends, with Booker threatening to get involved in Finlay's match to make sure Lashley lost or something. I got to go with Lashley on this because they are giving him the big push and he can wrestle in the ring so why not. As far as the final goes, due to Smackdown!'s main event situation WWE could consider allowing Booker T to win to elevate him to the main event. Even though I really like the sound of King Booker. I'm gonna go with Lashley winning it all because of the history that the King of the Ring has of making new stars. Think about this though, Booker always seems to get so close to getting his shot at the big time and then it gets snatched away from him. Could this be his time to shine after everything he's been through?

Alex: I have a feeling that the E is gonna give the KOTR Crown to Bobby Lashley this year. I expect Lashley to go over Finlay clean, and then have a clean victory over Booker T. Lashley is a good talent who is bound for great things in the E so I feel this will be his springboard to the top, he just doesn't need to cut promo's….EVER!

Fun Topic of the Week: Alex requested the topic this week. In light of Joey Styles promo on RAW where he attacked the fans for enjoying WWE programming. Which do you prefer? Sports-Entertainment or Professional Wrestling?

Explanation: The Fun Topic of the Week sometimes may not necessarily be something that is going on in the wrestling news, but it is what it describes. The fun topic is there to get everyone thinking about how they would answer the question. Basically your own personal brain teaser where you can answer it however you wish. This is what we had to say about this week's fun topic. Since Alex asked for this topic he gets to answer first.

Alex: I felt that what Joey Styles said in his promo is exactly what's wrong with the E. It was surprising they would be that open with their biggest problems. Styles expressed many fans, (like my own,) frustrations with Vince and the E Today. In the E, its all about characters and storylines, it has abandoned its true pro wrestling roots. If this problem is not addressed soon people could be turned away, because there are finally alternatives out there. TNA, and ROH more so, still celebrate the art that is professional wrestling. The action in the ring is all that really matters. Perfect example, compare Backlash to Lockdown, well there is no real comparison. Lockdown, was possibly one of the best PPV's TNA has done, and that is saying A LOT. Backlash was an average WWE PPV, and that is very sad. Lockdown's focus was on the right, the actual wrestling that was going on, the brutality in the ring, and some of the crazy things that happened on the card. Backlash was focused on putting over gimmicks like Umaga, May 19th, Eugene picking his nose, Vince McMahon being a "god" (an all time low for the WWE). I guess at the end of the day its my opinion and Vince has made millions selling utter crap to fans, and I haven't. But for those of us who still want pro wrestling, and respect wrestling ability, there will always be ROH, and TNA. Companies that, while may still have storylines, focus on what really matters, pro wrestling.

David: To me, this question is invalid. Sports-Entertainment is in part professional wrestling. I know Alex just wanted this question to hark on the WWE, because that's what he does, but unlike him, I like wrestling as a whole, which means all the wrestling I have the ability to watch, ill watch it. Now let me move on to the subject, Sports-Entertainment is wrestling mixed with storylines and professional wrestling, by definition, is basically pre-determined matches. Now I believe that all wrestling promotions, major or Indy, have pre-determined matches so this includes the WWE. With that fact, every wrestling promotion is in part professional wrestling. I also noticed that most, if not all, wrestling promotions have storylines and promos. This means that at least all the major wrestling promotions have a mix of storylines and professional wrestling. Once again, Sports-Entertainment is a mix of storylines and professional wrestling so wouldn't every major promotion be Sports-Entertainment? Yeah, I know Vince himself made up this term and is the only one who blatantly uses it, but, then what would be the real definition of storylines mixed with wrestling? I guarantee most people would call it professional wrestling. All in all, I think if I had to choose which I prefer between Sports-Entertainment and professional wrestling, I would have to choose both, because they both epitomize each other.

Sean: Both of you guys make great points but saying the question is invalid doesn't help your cause. I will say this before I start, that David watches TNA the same way Alex watches Smackdown! With little interest. David is a big fan of the wrestling based Smackdown! With the storylines and Alex is our "Mr. TNA." I just wish RAW could stand up to both of those shows so I could say I like them all. I can't compare Impact! To Smackdown! Because TNA needs an extra hour until it can stand a chance of competing. I think both of you make key points for both sides however, and this is just my opinion and everyone is welcome to theirs. Sports-Entertainment is the epitome of professional wrestling because it's the only thing that can be called sports-entertainment. Everything else is either Sport or Entertainment but Wrestling is both. The reason Vince decided to name WWE Wrestlers "superstars" and "sports-entertainers" is because he wanted them to seem larger than life that they were more than just wrestlers. Sports-Entertainment is not just a mix of storylines and wrestling. It is the way that the storylines are done, it's the way they act like a movie or soap opera in that they want you to suspend belief. We know that in real life Kurt Angle could beat the soup out of Rey Mysterio but in professional wrestling Rey Mysterio can be Champion because the wrestlers are not out there to hurt each other. They are there to practice their craft or in WWE's case to progress the storyline. I can tell you first hand the wrestling itself is not fake by any means and those that still have their doubts read what I said about the wimpy chop boy in topic # 7. Putting all of that aside, I bring this up because it is true. Storylines need wrestling to be successful, on the other hand, wrestling doesn't always need storylines to create something amazing. Look at ROH for instance, for the most part they don't have a lot of storylines and they just focus on real things such as the ROH vs. CZW deal. Sure they may or may not have worked out an agreement for the two companies to work together but the two companies do hate each other. However they are willing to compromise for the sake of making money. This is where the action lies because they focus on wrestling matches instead having a silly storyline for every single match on the card. When someone switches sides it is for real, unlike when someone switched sides in the Invasion angle because we knew they still worked for the same company. Storylines are needed for television because they bring in the casual fan, they illicit emotions from mainstream fans like kids that are tied emotionally to everything that happens on the show. They bring in the ever so talked about ratings that rule TV land, more today than in any other point in time. However, WWE has lost touch with itself and Vince is constantly sacrificing his wrestlers in favor of guys with silly gimmicks. Sure Vince can pat himself on the back when these guys get over but in the long run these people will be forgotten. The athletes that stand the test of time are the ones that know how to compete in the ring. Yeah a lot of these guys can escape a bad gimmick and go on to become great and guess what happens? We joke about that bad gimmick later in life. Yes, storylines help a lot and when done correctly lead to a terrific payoff. I love it when the big story is realized such as Rey Mysterio winning the title, but I also enjoy just seeing two guys go at it and give us a terrific match too. Look at this week's Smackdown! Finlay & Benoit lock up without a huge storyline going in, they give us all they have, and then on the same episode WWE ruins a perfectly good Cruiserweight match, to show us some babbling idiot has strength. Is that not evident by his size? We don't need to know that the Great "Shitter" can kill guys half his size, how stupid is that. At least when they did it with Finlay killing the "juniors" it was because WWE was killing the whole division. So I just wish Vince would stop revolving the world around him and his storylines and let us enjoy some wrestling. That being said it is not like WWE is the only one that has silly storylines. However at least in TNA, they allow the matches to be separate from their storylines. The recent exception to that has been HBK vs. Vince, but Vince still had to add a stupid storyline by including God into the match at Backlash so he could have his moronic laughs. I'm not saying WWE needs to have every single one of their superstars go out there and have great matches every time, but at least show some continuity for goodness sake.

Topic #6 Lots of reports rolling around that D-Generation X may return as early as Vengeance. Shawn Michaels & HHH even had a moment this week on RAW. So what do you make of this? Could a return for DX work? And if any, who could be added to the group?

David: If DX does come back I hope that it's only Shawn and HHH. I don't want to see any new members added because frankly it wouldn't make any sense to me. I like the idea of them bringing back DX. This could mean better ratings, wrestling, and more interesting storylines, which I'm all for. I bet that the DX thing is going to result in another McMahon angle, which is getting quite old lately. I consider this to be a wait and see ordeal. It's hard to determine anything this early in the process of recreation.

Sean: First ECW and now the next week we get news that DX could be coming back. Well if the fans want it, let them have it Vince. The fans made the thing a success in the first place why not let them decide how far they can go this time around. Whenever this deal does take place I know I will probably mark out big time. I hope they just stick with HBK & HHH for this go around. Even though C.M. Punk and old school RVD fit the DX mold well, I think it works better with its original members. It lessens the stereotype of "oh this is just a re-make of an old team with new guys." Of course we know this took place before, but if HBK and HHH are involved you know they won't let this thing be anything but great. Also if you keep it with the original two it has a chance of not getting watered down either. Obviously these two will have to feud with Vince and I think the fans have been waiting for someone to kick Vince's behind off TV for a while. I say let it go, it could be a fun thing for now.

Alex: I think this would be a great money-making decision to bring back DX, as long as it stays in the original phase. It can't expand out Triple H and Shawn Michaels or else they might catch a nasty case of nWo-itis.

Topic #7 Austin Aries says that at this time TNA doesn't have any plans to bring him back, but it seems like the door between the two is always open. Should he return to TNA? Or should he remain working the indy's and Japan?

David: This is a hard question to answer. I like Austin Aries and I would much rather see him in TNA so I can actually watch him wrestle and be used to his full ability. The last few times I saw him in TNA it looked like they were going to give him a character, and I'm all for characters. Everything ended short so no one got to see how he was going to be used. I guess I would much rather see him in TNA so we can see how they will mold him.

Sean: I really like Austin Aries and I have to thank Alex for showing me what this guy is all about. So it would benefit me for him to go back to TNA. However, this is not about me, this is about the Indy Wrestling Machine Austin Aries. For right now TNA has their hands full with a lot of talent and it would benefit Aries to stay right where he's at right now. He is guaranteed a spot on the show and doesn't have to worry about getting suspended again. If he stays in ROH, Dragon Gate, and surfs the Indy's he can practice his craft while still being him. That silly gimmick he had in TNA was not needed, as anything can get over in the "Impact Zone" if they know how to wrestle. Wrestling is what Aries does best and his best bet is to stay away from TNA for the time being. After they get through with the World X-Cup, they get their tag division situated, and get the X-Division back to normal. Then maybe TNA could come up again. I will say that Aries will be back in TNA at some point. I just hope that maybe he makes that decision sometime this summer so I can see him on television again.

I also wanted to talk a little bit about the stupid ordeal that kid put Aries through at that Wrestling seminar he monitored like a week or two weeks ago. I myself have been through that same type of chop "initiation." Anyone that has taken a chop will tell you they hurt like hell. However, they do not force you to participate in this thing if you choose not to, I will say that normally that means that you won't be around for much longer but it is not the same. It may feel like the person is forced to do it, but in reality they aren't. That kid's mother just made a big deal out of it because she saw her son's pain and anguish. Yes it is gonna leave you in pain and you will have proof of it with a big hand print on your chest. I have to agree with Aries when he says that chops are not gonna send you to the hospital either. My father did not let me progress with Wrestling much farther after I completed training. (Meaning the only matches I had were in training, as my dad did not allow me to stick around long enough to make it on an Indy show.) I do remember the night I walked into my house with a big hand print on my chest. My step-mom freaked out, I walked up to my dad and told him "we learned how to take chops today" and he was like "damn son, be careful ok." He trusted me enough to know that I knew how far I could take my body. It also helps my dad is a doctor, but that's beside the point. I don't know what specifically happened to that kid when he walked into his house. In my opinion the mother may have been trying to "save" her son but really all she did was make him look like the "wimp" of the week. "Score another one for Wrestling is not fake." I think Aries said it all with that quote. Sorry for going a little off topic there with that one.

Alex: I hope Aries will eventually come back to TNA. He is one of my favorite wrestler's and one of the best around, therefore I want to see him more on TV. But he is doing fine for himself right now in ROH, and he and Roderick Strong are about to join their Gen-Next partner Jack Evans in Dragon Gate for a tour. So I hope he comes back to TNA, I know sooner or later I'll see him on TV again.

Match of the Week Nominees: King of the Ring Quarterfinals: Finlay vs. Chris Benoit (Smackdown!), World X Cup: Team Canada (Johnny Devine & Eric Young) vs. Team Mexico (Shocker & Magna), NWA Tag Team Championships: AMW vs. AJ Styles & Christopher Daniels, (Impact!), Shelton Benjamin & Chris Masters vs. RVD & Carlito (RAW).

Explanation: Match of the Week is where we honor those companies that have enough money to get themselves a national television deal. We list the ones that we thought were the best from the three shows and then pick our favorite. We may include a Heat or Velocity match if it was really good but most of the time it will just be from RAW, Smackdown! And Impact! PPV's don't count because we always give out our match of the night when we give our thoughts on them. Also we only add an indy match if we went to the show. So here are our picks for Match of the Week.

Sean: King of the Ring Quarterfinals: Finlay vs. Chris Benoit

David: King of the Ring Quarterfinals: Finlay vs. Chris Benoit

Alex: King of the Ring Quarterfinals: Finlay vs. Chris Benoit

Hey! there are other new guys out there besides us

Forgotten Goodness by a not really new guy named, O'Dog. This week he goes way back to 1987 the year of David's birth to find a match from SNME between Bret Hart and Macho Man. Be sure to tell him why its such a forgotten good one.

The Top Ten This week, Julian Williams gives us his top ridiculous storylines. This guy is pretty good people he knows how to form these things into a solid 10.

Butterfly Effect Grayson Hamill tells us why a terrific match at Backlash had a huge effect on other things about that night.

Shining the Spotlight Michael Weyer describes to all of us the importance of places such as Philadelphia and Chicago had on events in wrestling history.

High/Low Road Sat & Rajah go high and low again this time at Rey Mysterio's expense. Is he a good Champ? You tell them.

Haven't We Seen This Before? Ryan Frank goes on about the wonder of the "Cheap Pop" its actually pretty entertaining he does a very convincing job of proving his point. Just go click on the link already.

If you want to know where we came from and some of our old columns go here: Old Triple Threat's

Now, Time for Feedback

The first one comes from Zachary Brown Who tells us what he thinks about Lockdown and WWE's use of God.

Hey guys, great to see your first column on 411! Great column this week. TNA Lockdown is a close contender for PPV of the year, I'd say. I really wish TNA could only get the kind of audience draw that it deserves, and then their PPV's would really match up to the power of the grandiose WWE PPV's. I hope Backlash is good tonight. I can't stand that whole God gimmick the WWE is doing right now. They are obviously offending and alienating some viewers. But hopefully the other good matches on the card can pull Backlash out of the whole that they have dug themselves. I look forward to reading the column in the future!

Alex: Zach is speaking the truth, that's why you're the man.

Sean: Thanks Zach for the feedback. I have to agree with you on Lockdown it does make an early case for PPV of the year. We know what happened with Backlash and it has been addressed this week. As far as God I just hope that he's done with WWE and goes back into the Heavens guiding our lives. Hope you keep enjoying the Columns.

David: Since we saw the PPV together we both know what happened with Backlash, it mainly sucked. I just want to tell you Zach that MNM is a great tag team and the Spirit Squad rule. MIKEYYYYYYY!!! Thanks for reading and you better read every other column we write, or face the consequences... of a cold Carl.

The next one is from John Bateman He wanted our opinions on something.

Wassup People this is John "the Tar Heel Wrestling King" Bateman. The part Sean said, about Sabu vs. RVD got me thinking since Sabu is one of the most innovative(and psychotic) individuals around and RVD is known for being impossible to scout, it sounded like a Dream Match and that lead me to think.(a momentous occasion in itself.) I wanted to get your opinions on another dream match. AJ vs Rey-Rey. Here's my perspective: wow this match already has me foaming at the mouth to see, I mean you'd need to take a break from the action to avoid getting motion sickness from trying to keep up with these guys. I Think if the match takes place in a TNA ring then Rey would be at a slight disadvantage because it would be unfamilar territory. But like Tazz always says It would be a true Rocketbuster. I would actually have to go with AJ Styles because he does have a ground game worked into his style and Rey relies way too heavily on his Luchadore style. in the ring and he isn't known as one of the greatest Luchadores in recent memory for nothing. It would definitely be an excellent match, I mean like Chris Benoit and Kurt Angle style match. you have 2 greats with matching styles and similar in ring ability. so in the end I would have to go with the Styles Clash putting down the 619. So what do you think? Anyways looking forward to reading next week.

Sean: Dang this one would be filled with just awesome stuff and the two have similar styles. They would work with each other well and you know that the fans would eat it all up. This would be a fantastic one to see I have to say I give the edge to Rey in this one because he is the major veteran and can hit a lot of his moves out of nowhere. I know AJ could probably ground Rey but so far not too many people have been able to do that for an entire match. Rey drops the dime for the win.

David: This would a damn good match, not one of my dream matches though, but a good one none the less. I'm guessing the match would include a hell of a lot of high flying action and some sweet spots. It would mainly be a fast pace match that wouldn't have to last 30 minutes to be greatness.

Alex: AJ Vs. Mysterio, Dream Match. Rey looks good most of the time, and looks great when his opponent is also very talented, there is a difference between them though, AJ looks good all the time. I think this match would leave the audience speechless until a standing ovation began. There would be many near falls, and many high-spots, but at the end of the match AJ would reverse the West Coast Pop into a Styles Clash for the 1...2...3!

Jeremy Robertson Chimes in, and is apparently our biggest fan.

Awesome column guys. I've gotta say, it's a big transition from myspace (which everybody has) to 411 (the pinnacle of wrestling news sites). But you guys seem to have adapted easily. I enjoyed Sean's previews on the Backlash roundtable, and I really enjoyed the new column. I don't know what you guys made Alex do to some of the "higher ups" at 411, and I don't really wanna know, the good thing is, you guys are getting some recognition now. I'm only joking, Alex. As for the opinions, I have to say most of mine are on mark with David's this week, especially on the Brock Lesnar topic. David is just a genius. You all know how I am with Brock, so I would love to see him back on Smackdown! or something. Now more than ever, considering Kurt's injury. Say what you want, Brock is an excellent wrestler (minus the Goldberg match, but we all know that was Goldberg's fault anyways, lol)and having him on Smackdown! would greatly help.
Well guys, awesome first "official" column, and I really look forward to reading a new one every Sunday, Adios

David: Jeremy, you're a genius for making that artistically beautiful comment on how I'm a genius. Glad you stuck with us from the transition; it means a lot. That's probably why you are our number one fan. I can't deny Brock's wrestling ability and at this time he could be a major help for either of the rosters, whether you like the guy or not. Keep up the reading and once again thanks.

Alex: Jeremy is speaking a bunch of Brock Lesnar nonsense. I'm just kidding there Jeremy.

Sean: I think you gave us a little more credit than we deserve but thanks for always sticking with us man. Just please don't keep sucking up to David I already have to live with this guy everyday. If we have people stroking his ego with feedback David will get uber-conceited. Brock is a fantastic wrestler I just hope he stays in Japan that's all. I'm glad you are enjoying the columns though.

The last one this week comes from Tiff She didn't want to type too much but wanted to let us know that our column last week was good.

Wonderful job you guys! I don't feel like typing so much so I'm just going to leave you kudos! Keep up the good work.

Sean: Hey its ok, we understand sometimes you got other things to do. Thank you lots for the kudos and hope you stick with us for the long run.

Well we are done for this week folks. Thanks for tuning in and thank you to all of those that gave us some feedback it is greatly appreciated. Now that the 2nd column is in the books we can get to studying. Who do you agree with? What are your thoughts on these topics? We would sure like to know. We look forward to seeing you guys next week take care everyone. Don't get too ridiculous this week, see ya's laters My People's "Crazy" Sean is out. Get ready to break it down in a few weeks' guys, bye from the "Sexy Beast" David. I'm Alex Mattis and I wanted to say, thanks for reading, and peace out. Laters Triple Threaters.
