Intro, RVD vs. Y2J for the IC Title and the first interview of HBK since Summer Slam.

Bischoff comes out with a briefcase, tells us that it is bull that Stephanie has the sole rights to Brock Lesnar. He then says that RAW should have it’s own Champion, so he introduces HHH as the #1 Contender. HHH comes down, says that the reason why Brock left is because of him. He says the Brock knows that HHH is much better. He then says that The Next Big Thing has no balls. Bischoff then tells HHH that he deserves to be the World Champion, so he busts out the old WCW World Title Belt and gives it to him, and declares him the New World Champion. HHH then starts to rant, but The Nature Boy comes out. Flair agrees with Bischoff that RAW should have it’s own Champ, but he says that he has worn the Title 16 times, and HHH should earn the Title. Bischoff then makes the match. Two great signs: “RAW needs Angle” and “Triple H is Lame.” They then tell each other how honored they will be, and HHH coldcocks Flair.
