I'm a WWE fan, but something like THIS has no business on a PPV. Hardy could have taken the loss clean or by interferance and not been harmed due to the sheer size difference. That could have led to more matches until Hardy finally bests the 'unstoppable' monster and wins his first 'world' title. Easy story, playing on the power of Henry and the "I will not die" attitude of Hardy.
No, lets fuck people around by having a 1 minute match. Dumb!!

They did this exact finish with Punk and Daddy V at No Mercy 07! Swap out Striker for Atlas and there you go. Considering this was the first match announced, this is pretty sad.

I don't understand why all of you are complaining, no one cares about the ECW title anyway, and the WWE knows that.
The only thing that matters is Cena, Batista, HHH, HBK, Undertaker, and Edge. All other titles and wrestlers are just that, fodder, so they deserve to be booked that way.

Am i gonna Have to sit here and read the wwe fan boys cry about how the wwe ppv wasnt that good,That match sucked,WTF,Epic Fail,That was Pointless Etc...How About DONT order the ppv wait until it hits dvd if its even worth it..I havent ordered a WWE PPV since the first One Night Stand and i havent missed much cause the ppv's and raw is the same thing week after week month after month...BORING
