Decent rating considering the raping of the talent pool.
Next week's rating will be more telling, though.

That's pretty darn good. Congrats ECW, keep up the good work.

Abraham Washington(Brian Jossie)'s segment was brutal, but I think he can improve.
Posted By: Foolio (Guest) on July 02, 2009 at 11:48 AM
Jesus, that Abraham Washington segment was awful, wasn't it? I hope the dude is some kind of in-ring prodigy, because if he was hired for his mouth, we're in for some tough viewing on Tuesday nights...

EPIC FAIL!~

And it's all down to the awesomeness of Shelton Benjamin (Benjamin) vs. Yoshi Tatsu (Yamamato).

Washington = God

Glad I fast-forwarded through the Washington segment. It looked awful, and from the sound of you guys, it was. He sounded like he was a bombing stand-up comedian.

that would be garnering a 1.1 on your go home before your biggest ppv ie tna
not 1.2 for your #3 show on a channel in half the homes that spiketv is

I think the change in talent peaked curiosity - next week will be the decider.

Let me get this straight:
You fast foreward through the segment, didn't watch it because you thought it would be bad and yet you STILL came on 411 and BITCHED about how bad it was?!?!?!?!?
Nice.
Next time, just skip over the segment and keep your biased comments to yourself.
Thank you,
-The 411 Community
p.s. A one man "Empire"? Really?

Just saw it an hour ago on Youtube. It was terrible, in a funny way.

EPIC FAIL.
Not the rating, the show.
Posted By: Guest#9602 (Guest) on July 02, 2009 at 02:19 PM
WWE's future is looking very grim. We will never see another Hogan, Rock, or Austin. The show is fucking meaningless.

tiffany nip slip = 3.0
easy

Regal = Ratings. Well for me anyway. If the trade means i get to see him wrestle more then thank you Donald Trump.

Yoshi Tatsu theme music combined with Shelton Benjamin acting racist = Ratings

First Its hardly meaningless, it has solid Wrestling, and the Show is the home of new beginnings
second u cant say that their will never be a new Rock or Austin fate is a fickle thing, early in their Careers no one would have know those 2 would be successes
Posted By: hound89 (Guest) on July 02, 2009 at 03:09 PM
to the guy that talked about hogan, rock or austin. simple u never know when you will find the next rock, hogan or austin

that Irish dude is going to be kick-ass, that dude that is fighting woo woo woo on thrusday night, what is his deal? is he the champ of FCW?
Posted By: Jay (Guest) on July 02, 2009 at 03:52 PM
Take that, Dixie!
Posted By: Guest#9499 (Guest) on July 02, 2009 at 04:35 PM
The Washingston segment was brutal... but it had nothing to do with him. I don't think he's coming out there ripping Cena's movie unless creative scripted him to do so. That's all on creative for really awful material.
Washington actually came across as someone who can talk and he looked comfortable.

"early in their Careers no one would have know those 2 would be successes"
With Rocky, I'd totally agree. With Austin, not so much -- that guy had the "it" factor all along that WCW just failed to capitalize on.
As for Rocky, though -- if his early career was any indication, he probably would have been "future endeavored" in today's WWE.
I think answering to stock holders is a bad thing for Vince. It makes him not want to take any chances, and he ends up kicking people to the curb if they aren't immediately over (which Rocky was definitely NOT in the Blue-Chipper days).

next week ece will air on thursday at 7 pm so the rating will drop in a big way but who cares since it is a one shot occurrence
Posted By: Guest#9592 (Guest) on July 02, 2009 at 07:30 PM
Some more whining about the Washington thing. You are ready to write it off after ONE GODDAMN WEEK? Let's give it some time. Maybe the Washington thing will improve over time.
Posted By: Guest#3308 (Guest) on July 02, 2009 at 08:25 PM
"WWE's future is looking very grim"
Didn't people say that same thing when WCW was beating them in the ratings? Look what happened there. How many times will people underestimate the WWE and their chances to bounce back everytime they get in a slump? They have been in business for almost 50 years. 50 years and people still doubt them. Infuckingcredible.
