More Wednesday news...
- WWE.com has put up photos of Edge's ankle surgery with Dr. James Andrews. Check them out here.
- WWE is set to return to Little Rock, Arkansas for the September 21st RAW taping to be held at the Verizon Arena. This will be the first time in four years that a RAW has been in Little Rock.
- MyFox Memphis has an article up on Jerry Lawler possibly running for Mayor of Memphis. Check out the article here.

WCW brought Two Nitros and a PPV to charleston, wv, but has yet to bring Raw. We got one in 97 in Huntington, but the 12,500 seat Charleston Civic Center has get to get it's share. The place would have an overflow crowd, and frankly, we are sick of house shows.

Back in the Day Minneapolis was WCW territory, there was a Nitro here every six months. There was never a WWE/F event here other than a house show and most of those were lousy.

Haha, apparently Canadian mothers don't tell their children to make sure they have clean socks and underwear when they go out in public. My mom was a nut about that stuff, and she'd die if I had pictures on the net with a prominent shot of the one foot that has a sock on with a big hole in the sock.

There's even a rumor that Huntington is gonna get a TNA PPV as some point. WWE always keeps their shows out of the state when it's got one of the biggest WWE fan bases (and I mean people who actually still think it's "real") in the country....

Yeah, agreed with the first post. I mean Charleston can get the World's Strongest Man contest that picks only one location each year, but it can't get a Raw that does 52 shows a year?

Actually i live in arkansas and it is kinda "blah". We have Magic Springs and we have a mall. We get to see Nickelback and Kid Rock about 7 times each every year, which is....just great. No chance a good band will stop here. Although MGMT did come by recently.

Totally agree with ya Charleston, you would think we would at least got a live ECW or SD by now....Last 2 house shows werent bad at all with HHH,Taker,Cena,HBK,Bastista,Edge,Punk,etc.. But we are def due for a RAW!
