- TWITTER was buzzing last night with Brock Lesnar's victory at UFC 100. Here are what some people in the wrestling industry had to say about his win…
* Shane Helms: "Mir, what do you think of Pro Wrestlers now after getting your ass handed to you and getting beat in a completely one-sided fight!"
* Matt Hardy: "Yeah Brock! Reppin' the toughness of "WWE" guys by making Mir & the non-believers eat their words! We popped HUGE 4 your post fight promo!"
* Jeremy Borash: "Brock is a strong heel. Take it from yours truly... Minnesotans are tough. Might try some MMA. I could destroy that nerdy Bruce Buffer."
* Bobby Lashley: "WWE star Brock Lesnar won by brutal ground and pound!"

Brock hasn't fought in WWE in 5 freakin' years. Get over the shit already. He is a UFC guy, not a WWE guy. Lashley writes "WWE star Brock Lesnar" wtf? I hope if he ever makes it to UFC, Lesnar gives Lashley a major League MMA ass whipping.

This doesn't help Brock, He's not fighting to prove that Pro wrestlers are tough. He uses his College wrestling to legitimize himself and wants to ignore his WWE past.

You know, if the MMA fans hadn't talked so much shit about Lesnar, they wouldn't have had to eat their words. People seem to have forgotten Brock's amateur wrestling credentials, and focused specifically on his WWE career. And now they have a former All-American (and former WWE Undisputed Champion) as their Undisputed UFC Heavyweight Champion.
So, how's all that shit you talked tasting right about now, MMA fans?

God, I hate Shane Helms. Just because Brock is tough sure as hell does not mean you are. Matt Hardy who I usually like made an idiotic comment because Brock does not represent WWE or their wrestlers. I like Bobby Lashley but that comment was stupid too. The WWE guys need to learn that Brock doesn't care about the WWE. He is UFC through and through.

It's funny to see the MMA nerds now whining that Brock is a UFC fighter, when they've been claiming he isn't a legitimate fighter since he started training for MMA, and even Mir disrespected him leading to the fight. Whatever hypocrites.

You people lost the point of what they are trying to say.
The UFC Diehards, fighters and MIR himself have said time and time again that a Pro-Wrestler, like Lesnar, cannot stand toe to toe with a UFC fighter such as Frank Mir or Randy.
Matt or Shane Helms are not claiming they are tough, they are just happy for a wrestling guy showing that wrestlers know how to fight.

I don't think Helms or Hardy were suggesting they could step in and be successful in MMA. However when you have an idiot like Mir who spends 2 years talking trash about Brock because he came from the "fake stuff" as a reason for not being tough, then yeah I feel these comments are more than justified. Mir got his ass handed to him by a better fighter. It's that simple. He won the first time in a total fluke and Brock proved it last night.

AMEN. Is he a UFC guy now? Or still a fake fighting jerk? MMA kids will make excuses all day long for every fight he wins, because they think that him coming in and destroying their guys makes them lose credibility.
Kind of like my friend...we play a lot of fighting video games. He reads about them for hours, studies strategies, obsesses over them. I walk in the door, "button mash", and kick his butt and he whines that I'm not playing right.
