Umm, how did they know he was carrying "so much cash"??

Hmmmmmmmmmm, Mickey Rourke starred in a movie called The Wrestler so he's forever associated with the wrestling section of this site.... Well let's see, I wrestled with the twisted tie on my bread this morning so does that qualify me to be in this section??

They only rehash DX when HHH is bored of portraying Ultra-Man and wants to amuse himself by being Hugh Morris.

If you came here for intelligent comments, I advise you to steer clear of the Politics section, or at least comments written by Mikel or The Spook.

uh... of all the wrestlers for a submission themed show... HHH would not be at the top of my list
Posted By: Drue Phoenix (Guest) on August 25, 2009 at 10:18 PM
Obviously, they had to go with Trips because he's the master of submission holds!

Chalk up the 'so much cash' on the War on Drugs. Because, obviously, the only reason you'd carry a lot of cash is to buy drugs.
True scenario: You see a used car for sale by a private owner. You negotiate with the private owner IN WRITING. The sale stipulates cash only. Again in writing. You go to your bank. You withdraw the $10,001.00 from your bank account. You keep the receipt and bring along your previous paperwork and head toward the point of sale. On the way you go through a random license check. You weren't speeding. You have no history of traffic warrants or other bench warrants. The officer does however see the bank envelope which is nice and fat. "I'll need to search your car sir".
What's this? You have over $10k in here. I'm going to have to confiscate this money.
But this is my money, withdrawn from my bank that I'm going to purchase a used car with, and I have the paperwork detailing the history right here.
Sorry, the only reason to have this much cash is for drugs.
And the cop takes the money. Now you'll have to spend most of the 10k in lawyers fees to get your money back.
Don't believe me? Google "cops seize cash". There's a story in the chicago tribune almost identical to the above scenario. It's not the War on Drugs. It's the Excuse to Strip Citizens of Their Property.
