Could it be that he's finally going to retire? Nah...he'll probably announce he's tapping both Alicia Fox AND Rosa Mendes...

I've always liked Batista, but lately he's been injured so much that his worth to WWE is fading. He had a great run, and he surprised a lot of us with his ability to have good matches. But it may be time to hang it up.

please God let this be the end of Batista's career.

Time to announce my retirement and allow me to introduce my replacement. He's a former Tough Enough Winner.... He beated my ass back in 05. MAVEN!

Announcing an injury at "Breaking Point" would be more appropriate.

Don't miss Batista's new injury, next week!

He will announce that he is no longer sick of people talking out their heads, as he has realized that that is the only way people can talk.

HE WALKS THE MAAAALLLLLLLL!!!

As much as I want a retirement, It will probably be "ILL BE THE NUMBER ONE CONTENDER AFTER BREAKING POINT BECUASE...IM THE ANIMAL!"

OR, they can run a fake retirement angle where he says his dad was mean and he doesn't want to do that to his future children, only to have RIC FLAIR come out and convince him not to.

"Batista! You're to good to quit Batista. Batista, youre on top of your game Batista. Ill tell you Batista, I will lose all respect for you, Batista, if you leave Batista!"

Then they embrace and he wins the WWE Title at Hell in a Cell.

So fresh. So new. So Awesome.

What good matches? He is really bad in the ring and he's constantly injured. He also is kind of annoying on the mic, which would be great if he was a heel but somehow he is a face. He's pretty much just a really muscular Kevin Nash.

Posted By: Guest#4670 (Guest)  on September 07, 2009 at 11:34 PM

Best Case Scenario: Batista announces his retirement.

Worst Case Scenario: Batista announces he's moving to Smackdown.

I can deal with anything in-between, but please...please...don't let him ruin Smackdown, Vince. Please?

Maybe he lost his smile.

Posted By: Guest#8386 (Guest)  on September 07, 2009 at 11:37 PM

Maybe he's finally going to admit that he's a steroid junkie?

Posted By: Marty (Guest)  on September 07, 2009 at 11:42 PM

Odds on the announcement:
100:1 Odds = He's Gay
25:1 Odds = He's addicted to Ham
1:1 Odds = Whatever he says is meaningless by the main event

it is always good to see that the IWC is forever consistent in prasing a wrestler, and then hating on them as soon as they become popular with the mainstream fans.

*groans like Homer* i forgot about him until i saw the news title... *groans like Homer again * he's coming back from his injury... *groans like Homer a third time* he's totally announcing he wants a title shot *groans like Homer one last time*

...there is no WHOO-HOO's when Batista is involved.

As he's walking to the ring to make the announcement, he'll tear a quad and be out another 6 months....oh wait that's Nash isn't it.

It really shames me that so many people repeated call a person who has never violated the wellness policy and who was at one time competing as a professional bodybuilder a juicer. His injuries did kill anything he had going for him, however, I feel he will announce his foray in movies.
I also have to put this much forward, there is a saying in wrtestling, you are only as good as your dance partner (person across from you in the ring). Batista hasn't delivered many great matches however he does need to have good workers, who can use/call him properly. For this reason alone I feel he should be give some more time as a wrestler. He isn't the top draw of the company, but he is over enough to always main event when needed.

Honestly, the WWE should impliment on the job training for some of it's talent. A good look always can use more practice in better their in ring abilities.

He may start that bullshit that says he'll hang it up unless he wins the belt.

He's moving to Smackdown and retiring from Raw. (Bull)

He is Mil Mascaras son and has decided to join Legacy.

He's just signed a 10 year contract with the WWE that he'll retire with when he's 65

when will this take place?! I would even pay money to watch this, if only via television. And you never even know who the champion will be 4 weeks from now. Orton, Cena, perhaps even Cody Rhodes.

"He had a great run, and he surprised a lot of us with his ability to have good matches"

Excuse me, Dave Botchista has the "ability" to have "good" matches ?

He surprised only you, outside of The Dead Man and HHH Carrying his dead ass to really good encounters, he is an epic failure in a wrestling ring and also behind a mic.....

He is one of the worst performers in history and does not deserve the slightest form of respect and push.....

He can be thankful for HHH falling in love for him and wanting to make him the next big thing, without Trips he would have never ever made it in the first place...

I'd like to think he might be becoming a manager or he's forming a stable. He carries enough weight to give some kind of rub to Swagger or Masters.

Or he's got gender issues and wants to compete in the women's division.

Posted By: Alec (Guest)  on September 08, 2009 at 07:58 AM

The announcement will be that he was watching Raw a few weeks ago and heard HHH say that he wouldn't reform Evolution, in part, because "Batista's hurt all the time." This statement hurt Batista's feelings and did real damage to his relationship with HHH. The announcement will be that he has set up counseling so that he and HHH can talk about their feelings and work it out together.

Posted By: Guest#6982 (Guest) on September 08, 2009 at 01:46 AM'

oh, i get it now, the key to having the IWC Smarks suck a wrestlers dick is to never get injured, never get old (although ric flair is still spurting into many a smarks mouth regardless that he hasn't had an original match in over a decade), never work for the WWE/TNA/WWECW/ROH/Any other Indy and most of all never leave a fed that they have been successful with so that they don't sell out.

oh, and never have a personal life, human failings or enjoy your life as a wrestler second to anything else important. god knows, the Smarks have the right to try and convict you if you do anything that their moral compass deems unworthy.

'Judge not lest ye be judged as you have judged.'

The commercial for Batista was strange in that it awkwardly teased a possible announcement at the end, but wasn't very specific. I like the idea though, because it gives WWE a hook for next week's show, which goes head-to-head with the Monday Night Football double-header.

And Stewart Smalley from Saturday Night Live will come out to the ring after Batista calls him out to help him confront Triple H.

Because Batista is goon enough, smart enough, and dog gone it, people like him.

I'm sensing a Batista retirement announcement, only it's a swerve a la Buff Bagwell. Batista ends up knocking out HHH because of H's comments a couple weeks ago. Batista joins Legacy in an enforcer capacity.

Plus oh fuck the guy is 40 inn his mid age look at shawn michaels he gets injured every 3 month ric flair he is old and still winning titles. So fuck all of you bitches that hate him.

I do like Batista as a wrestler and his charisma is above and beyond all of the other wrestlers that are in the business today, except for a few of the top dogs. I'm gonna take a wild, wild guess that he is going to announce that he is retiring from wrestling, not for the reasons that he is tired of it, but for the simple fact that his body is constantly giving out on him and he might have finally realized it after this last injury.

Maybe he has decided to be a color commentator and stay with the company and I think that he would be a great replacement for RAW. Place him and Lawler as the color commentators and that would for SURE help with the ratings alone.

Maybe another job would be .......... dare I say it ......... Announcing the NEW GENERAL MANAGER FOR RAW. Man, he sure could put Orton in his place and that would get rid of this TERRIBLE idea of a "HOST" GM. The angle SUCKS and it's stale.

I mean really, BOB BARKER as GM???? My god, he could not understand that Big Show won the match with Chavo for gods sake and he was looking right at the ring.

I think that batista is gonna pull a tommy dreamer and say that if he doesnt get a title by the time his contract expires, he is gonna call it quits. Which is dumb because if he retires, i will give up on wrestling altogether.

all you guys ragging on batista are the same guys who have proably cheered him for years.you hear one person diss him and you jump on the i hate batista band wagon.i bet tho you like a no talent lucky right place at right time hack like shawn michels.
