Even More On Jeff Hardy Story: Hardy Blames Media, Says Matt Didn't Bail Hm Out
Posted by Ashish on 09.11.2009

Jeff Hardy just posted the following updates on his Twitter page.
"The media is the media, I wish they would at least report the story correctly & accurately. I will make a statement later."

"For the record, Matt didn't bail me out, loan me money, or is his name on anything.. He's just learning about today's situation."
The media is going by the press release that the Moore County Sheriff's Department issued about the incident. As for reports that Matt Hardy bailed him out, again, the Moore County Sheriff's Department stated that Jeff's "brother" bailed him out.

What a loser drug addict

Somebody's bullshitting.

No! Not Jeff Harvey! He seemed like such a nice kid.

Maybe "brother" means "dealer"...

Posted By: Guest#1645 (Guest)  on September 11, 2009 at 06:12 PM

Fuck you Jeff. Blame everyone else. Wahhh Wahhh Wahhh. Rainbow haired loser.

Posted By: Guest#5573 (Guest)  on September 11, 2009 at 06:13 PM

What a fucking idiot.

Sorry Jeff, you can pathetically whine about "the media", but once again you've got only yourself to blame. It's sad that all the rumours of huge last-minute offers to keep him with the company simply weren't enough to keep him from deciding he wanted to return to fucking up his life again. I'm fortunate not to know what such a deadly addiction feels like, but really, empathy for this guy subsided a long time ago.

Maybe Supperfly Snuka bailed him out?

You all are just mad because this "drug addict" is more successful and makes more money than you guys ever will...And the best part is, you little nerds looked up to him...HAHAHAHAHAHAHA...sorry...BWAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA

We do tend to forget that Matt and Jeff do have another brother, Mortimer Hardy, who is an aristocrat and entrepreneur who literally wipes his arse with $100 bills because he has too much money.

Posted By: Bimmy (Guest)  on September 11, 2009 at 06:33 PM

I balied him out.

It was me! I'm the "brother" that bailed him out.
Whatcha gonna do Jeff when these 24 inch pythons want the money back from YOU!

BROTHER!

You all can talk shit about a man you dont even know. I dont condone the use of drugs, with the exception of Marijuana. But cut the guy some friggin slack. Like nobody tried a drug before or wanted to. If we are to villify drugs, that means we have to hate all books, song writers, bands, all of which were written or thought up by users themselves. So everyone anti Jeff, I say this, get off your "holier than though cross" , build a bridge with the wood and get the fuck over it.

Jeff does have a point, the media are not exactly trustworthy.

Posted By: The Great Capt. Smooth (Guest)  on September 11, 2009 at 06:54 PM

I think the sadder fact here is that we have someone that won't admit they have a problem and seek out the help that they need.

We can all talk shit on here and make jokes, but the fact of the matter is, here's a man with such potential, and he's wasting it because he'd rather be getting high.

Jeff needs to take up Vince on the free rehab deal and finally get himself some help. The man is a superstar... but let's pray we don't see him self distruct like one.

God damn, now he is lying like a bitch too!

Posted By: AG Awesome (Guest)  on September 11, 2009 at 06:59 PM

Nikki Sixx, Phil Anselmo, and Tommy Lee bailed him out. Cm Punk's stock just shot up sky-high (no pun intended). I thought he was just a weed smoker, but wow. RVD called, he said, "Dude, like dude, man". Sounds like a setup to me. Somebody narced his rainbow ass out. Now who could it be?? All the wrestlers did coke & roids back in the 80's. Couldn't you tell? That's it, Roddy Piper bailed him out!!! He should've just choked his woman. Wonder if TNA will take him back.

It was Shannon Moore.

Posted By: Fly (Guest)  on September 11, 2009 at 07:09 PM

The vicodin doesn't surprise me. Considering the stunts Hardy has pulled in his career I'd be shocked, SHOCKED, if he didn't need something to take the edge off. There's an old saying that "If you want to be a wrestler, be prepared to live in pain" and that's probably magnified one thousand fold for Hardy.

The soma's a wrestling thing. Everybody that lives on the road takes that.

Practically everything has 'residual' amounts of coke on it, so whatever.

The steroids are what I don't understand. Jeff does not look like a body builder; Jesus Christ, most of the time he wrestles with his shirt on. What the fuck does he need steroids for?

Um he didn't "blame the media" as the headline so inaccurately states. He's questioning their accuracy of reporting, NOT actually blaming them for this incidents.

Idiots, trying to miscontrue everything just to get more hits.

What is all this SHIT about Hardy not re-signing so he could go home and "ruin his life". The man got caught with pain pills and coke-dust. So that means that popping pills to not feel pain throughout the day and then taking down a line on Friday night is ruining your life?

I agree 100%, these people who drool at the computer all day think they know how wrestling works, most of them don't even watch it!!!

They just read the spoilers cause the shows are taped then sound as though they know whats going on, but hey any1 with a computer can find out results if they wanted to and think they're better then people who don't know them.

Regarding Jeff Hardy vs CM Punk, the only reason there was rumors of Jeffs contract coming to an end is because he was in a loser leaves wwe match! If it was cm punk who was the challenger there would of been rumors about cm punks contracting coming to an end! Cause i know if jeff won he wouldn't of left the wwe with the title, he'd of kept staying and then mcmahon probably would of said to Jeff "the next match you lose, you're fired!!" cause vince is jealous jeff is more popular then other superstars! & afraid he would start his own hardy boyz promotion and topple wwe!

Thanks for your thoughts Tasha! you inspired me to say how i feel on here.

"LOL I bet CM Punk's straight edge life isn't sounding so bad to the kids that were booing him weeks ago"

What makes you think Hardy's name is going to be mentioned any time soon on WWE programming? (Maybe if they still had "WWE Confidential"...) This will get about as much air time as Droz's injury.

(Then again, there is a wild card in all of this: Matt might blurt something out...oh wait, he's on Smackdown, isn't he? Nothing a little editing can't fix.)

This is going to really cut into Peroxywhygen's practice time. Think of the music, Jeff!

And kids.... getting arrested, paying fines, and going to jail isn't nearly as fun as Jeff Hardy makes it look. While Jeff is tweeting from a holding cell and scrounging for bail, CM Punk is continuing to take the Pepsi Plunge with every hottie within a 10 mile radius. Consider this when making lifestyle choices.

It's good to know there are sane and reasonable people on here. Jeff's life style doesn't hurt me. It doesn't hurt anyone but himself. It's really none of the IWC's business, but people like Fit Jackson and Chungles just can't resist a good crucifixtion. These are the people who salivate at failure because they need a comparrison to make their own lives worthwhile.

That was Chris Jericho on twitter. Reported? NO Alluded to by all the loser fanboys on this site? NO

WHY? Because like punk you all think the sun shines from Jerichos ass!! ( I happen to think Jericho is a legend also) But your all to busy with your trolling that you've missed the fact WWE wrestlers are coming out in support of jeff.

all this time I thought wrestling was scripted...Tasha, you're the best!

Posted By: Guest#2722 (Guest)  on September 12, 2009 at 07:53 AM

Drug taking is not a "mistake" as Tasha put it, and that pissed me off everytime Hardy referenced his "mistakes" on TV, taking drugs is a choice.
You don't trip, fall and land on a fucking needle so lets just dispense with the sanctimonious shit about "mistakes" and 'everybody does it, so it's OK'. No, it's fucking not.
If Hardy wasn't a successful wrestler he'd either be dealing or funding his habit with crime. Just because a druggie has money, that doesn't make him any less of a lying scumbag who cannot take responsibility for the way they are.
They're not victims, they chose they're path and must suffer the consequences of their actions.
The sheer amount of pills that they found in Hardy's possession is the problem. Of course painkillers are not illegal, but why would someone have so many at hand if it was simply about pain management? Cocaine is a no-brainer, Soma's were not listed as having prescriptions while some of the vicodin were.....it paints a shitty picture of someone who was cheered by young kids as some sort of hero.
Would you let your kids idolise the local druggies where you live? Course you fucking wouldn't.
Like it or not, Hardy is in the public eye and his actions are brought into sharper focus because of this, particularly when the media start showing clips of little kids cheering a druggie.

I guess Jeff didn't do such a good job of "healing himself" after all, did he? I knew this guy was in trouble the moment I heard that idiotic statement.

Okay. In all seriousness, this is my take on it. In the grand scheme of things, I would MUCH rather get on 411 and read "Jeff Hardy Arrested on Drug Charges" than "Jeff Hardy Found Dead in his Home of a Drug Overdose." God willing, this will be the wakeup call that so many addicts unfortunately need to take steps toward getting well. I sincerely hope that this will wake not only Jeff up, but Matt and his other family members, who it's now obvious have been greatly enabling his behavior.

The guy needs some SERIOUS fucking help, period...but more than that (and anyone in recovery will tell you this), he has to WANT help. That seems to be the biggest problem with what's going on in his life. He's either convinced himself that he's not an addict, or convinced himself that he can beat it alone...which is an absoulute fantasy.

He has to come to his senses and realize that he needs some kind of outside treatment, and perhaps, for his own good, needs to leave behind whatever is contributing to these demons of his (professional wrestling included, folks).

If not, this WILL continue, until Jeff Hardy is dead.

For the WWE's sake, I HOPE that Vince McMahon issues a public statement soon clarifying that JEFF HARDY IS NO LONGER WITH THE WWE and that JEFF HARDY LEFT THE WWE TWO WEEKS AGO.

The reason I say this? I am ALREADY seeing AP headlines titled "WWE Superstar Arrested on Drug Charges" where the rest of the story reads as if Jeff Hardy is STILL an active member of the WWE roster.

What a loser drug addict

That "loser drug addicted" entertained your dumbass for 15 years. YOU cheered for him. Why is he a loser? He's obviously successful at his job. What he does on his own time is his business.

wow, i didn't realise he had been convicted...

...oh, wait...

...this is the IWC. he was convicted before he was arrested.

charges are not a conviction, and not only that children, charges are always based on one side of a story.

this is probably true, but just about the only thing i saw in the press release (which should never have been written at all, actually) was the trace cocaine.

Vicodin and Anabaloic Steriods are bot controlled, but if they were perscribed to Hards, then his only real crime would have been not having his prescription on him.

his history doesn't help him at all, but to be fair to Jeff, this sounds an awful lot like some hillbilly sherriff finally found a way to get his name on the television box.

I bet Shannon MOORE bailed him out. It's his county after all.

Unless they found score sheets, or have a witness, they won't prove trafficking; there's a fair bit there, but I don't think it's that much.

Possession could result in jail time, but the warrant's going to have to pass scrutiny.

Have we ruled out that Hardy was NOT a dealer for the WWE? I mean Benoit had a huge stash, Jeff has a huge stash and receives a nice push after Benoit goes nuts. Maybe Hardy took over for Benoit as the mule??

That door that remained open for Jeff to return to the WWE has now been slammed shut.

I wish he was still with WWE when this happened so the whole "WWE Universe" could see how right CM Punk was.

CM Punk ftw.

What does he mean the media were inaccurate? They reported the Sheriff's statement! Is Sheriff's Department blowing things out of proportion?

Really....who cares? The man has a right to live the way he wants. He's not murdering, raping, or any of that other crap. Just because something is illegal doesn't mean that it is wrong.

Posted By: Socrates (Guest) on September 11, 2009 at 09:45 PM

That's exactly what illegal means.

Posted By: Guest#2043 (Guest) on September 12, 2009 at 02:14 pm

You are philosophically ignorant, Guest#2043.

Engaging in many of your granted freedoms might be illegal depending on which part of the Earth you are standing when you engage in them. Does that mean that the distinction between right and wrong depends on geography?

If the United States suddenly decided to make alcohol illegal would that mean you were wrong for being at the bar the previous night? Would it mean you're wrong to continue to swig from you liquer cabinet rather than pour it all down the drain? How does being within the law one day while outside of it the next for performing the same action reflect morality? It only does if you believe the government's judgement of ethics to be overwhelmingly sound and made with only your well being in mind and no outside agenda to influence it. No one could be that naive. Could they?

I hope you get the opportunity to explain that to a judge or a jury someday.

I don't know what to say or do... I looked up to Jeff, and now he let me down. I guess the only thing I can do now is tear these arm bands off, grow my hair back to it's natural colour, and hope for the best...? At least I have good friends to keep me from ever fallowing Punk. WE'll never respect him! But Jeff, I hope you get straightened out and fix whatever it is you're having issues with. You left a huge cut in all of our trust that may never be completely healed. But screw it, I'll ALWAYS respect him.
... There's always Matt to look up to though! ^_^
