Various News: Warrior Loses Again In Court & Will Have To Pay WWE’s Court Fees, WWEClassics Update
Posted by Larry Csonka on 09.22.2009
Ouch…
- Back on September 18th, it was reported that the lawsuit that Warrior had filed against WWE back in January of 2006, in regards to the Self Destruction of The Ultimate Warrior DVD, is over. Judge Douglas L. Rayes ruled that Warrior could not sue for damages over WWE's comments about him on the DVD because Warrior made "publicly disparaging claims" against WWE.
According to Pwinsider.com, Judge Roslyn O. Silver made a ruling yesterday that The Warrior will have to pay WWE's attorney costs and expenses in defending themselves against the breach of contract lawsuit. Warrior will have to pay a total of $18,967.46.
- The following have been added to the Hart Foundation Tribute on WWEclassics.com.
Generations - David Hart Smith
"David Hart Smith was bread into greatness having the British Bulldog, Davey Boy Smith, as a father and Bret "Hit Man" Hart as an uncle. Hear first-hand from the Hart Dynasty member what his all-time favorite match involving his father was."
Raw - Owen Hart vs. "Triple H" January 26, 1998
Raw - Owen Hart vs. The Rock April 28, 1997
Stampede Wrestling - Owen Hart vs. Marty Jones March 10, 1987
Shotgun Saturday Night - Brian Pillman's WWE Debut May 24, 1997
In Your House - Bret Hart vs. British Bulldog December 17, 1995
Primetime Wrestling - Bret Hart vs. Danny Davis August 8, 1988
WCW Nitro - Bret Hart vs. Sting October 25, 1998

"it is nice to see the wwe put this ingrate in his place."
Yeah, how dare he expect to get paid for Wrestlemania 7. He should have worked that show and SummerSlam '91 for free, because it's "good for business." Additionally, he should have been happy with the way the WWE treated him on the "Self-Destruction" DVD. No, it wasn't slander at all.
My favorite part...
Vince: "He SAID his father died, but he wasn't close to his father for a long time."
Warrior didn't know how lucky he was to have Vince put things in perspective for him.

Warrior's legal and financial woes will hopefully lead him to joining Hulk Hogan's upcoming Hulkamania: Let the Battle Begin/Leave the Memories Alone/We Need to Pay Our Lawyers Super World Tour of Australia with Special Guest Stars Brutus Bootyman Beefcake and Nasty Knobbs. BAH GAWD!!!

I'd love to read what it says on the memo line of the check Warrior is going to write.

who the hell is Warrior?
seriously, l have never heard of him.
did he ever wrestle on tv?
if he did, when was it 50s-60s?

More importantly than Warrior, you have to see WWEClassics.com. Seriously, it's like the one thing that WWE doesn't screw up every month. They are also letting people help select their favorite Undertaker match for their November UT month.

Looks like the Ultimate Warrior could needs to get the Ultimate Lawyer. Am I right?

I have mixed feelings. Warrior is a douche bag, but then again that DVD was so over the top and basically was just slander. *shrug*
I guess Warrior will be wrestling again then.

Awesome. I would normally never be happy about a win by Vince, but Warrior is just fail personified.
Posted By: poffo316 (Guest) on September 22, 2009 at 06:48 AM
the court ruled that warrior violated the agreement he had with wwe when he publicly bashed them so wwe had the right to bash him in their warrior dvd.
warrior is a has been and a "legend" in his own mind.

What are you? His cousin? A fellow goose-shit crazy Republican?
We're all real sorry this clown has to pay for wasting people's time. I'm sure he's a logical, sane man. Anyone who changes their name to "Warrior Warrior" usually is...

Did the Judge deliver his verdict in a way that he would understand?
You will BELIEVE in the authority that shines down upon me from powers that be of the legislators before. When the lightning bolts enter my gavel the voices will scream that you have wasted our time and offended the moon, the sun and the legal system and you will have to pay. GRrrrrrr... SNARL.

I guess even the BIGGEST of douche bags has their fans!
I mean, people write to Manson all the time telling him he was right and that The Beatles were REALLY talking to him!
Anyone who is on the Warriors side in this is the SAME as Manson fans:
BATSHIT CRAZY and have NO GRIP ON REALITY like their hero, Warrior Warrior Warrior or whatever the idiots name is!

I've decided to represent Mr. Warrior in his next case against the WWE. If I don't win his case in thirty minuet he gets a free pizza.

Man, that's one cool 13 year old, there.

Warrior should have known better than to take on Jake "The Snake" Roberts as his lawyer. SWERVED again, eh Warrior?
Really, I usually like hearing about WWE getting raped in court but in this case I'm glad they were the ones doing the sodomizing. Warrior is an asshole. Fuck him.

You're comparing Warrior to Charles Manson? HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA!!!!!!! HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA!!!!!!!!
What a fucking imbecile!
(For the record, I am not a personal fan of Warrior, nor do I care one way or another about him as a person--not to mention that I don't agree with many of his politics--but you fucking Smarks not only can't recognize how big he was in 1987-1992, you hate that he exploited the business before it got a chance to leave him for dead. You retards hate that shit. Then, if he had to come back, you'd slam him for trying to make a living.
If there were any justice in the world, you idiots would not be allowed to own computers.)
