- The WWE Summerslam 2009 DVD does not include the Diva Battle Royal that was the dark match for the event. Bret Hart is coming back to WWE to manage a debuting Danielson and/or the other midget. No one will care, and they'll all be released within months. Bank on it.

If SvR 10 gets released a day early I won't complain. I can't help but wonder why Bret would call Hulk Hogan a "sh*tbag". People have issues with the Hulkster but don't know Bret's.

Brett isn't alone with that opinion. I recently watched shoot videos of Honkey Tonk Man and HBK and they both pretty much said the same thing. When you have such a wide gamet of wrestlers saying this, I bet there is much truth there.

As someone who grew up in the 80s and 90s Bret Hart and Hulk Hogan were both my heros. That being said Bret Hart really needs to let things go as he looks really sad when he does stuff like this. I think it helps him feel better about himself and he thinks he is getting a rise out of "smart" fans. Hulk Hogan outdrew everyone and has done so much for Make A Wish and other charities it is unbelievable. So hardly a shit bag. I cant wait to meet Hogan at the end of next month I know he wont sluff me off like Bret Hart did at his book signing last year. Oh yeah and if you dont think he is the greatest worker he isnt but watch Japan Hogan or mid eighties house shows and watch that guy go. Nobody in the history of the business knows how to work like the Hulkster. People like Michaels are just jealous no matter how mant ladders he flies off or tables he went through it doesnt get the Hogan reaction. I have never seen anyone get the reaction Hogan got in 2002 and 2003. There is also one other source a guy who worked at MSG who said The reaction Hogan got when he beat the sheik was way more deafeaning than The Rangers Cup win in 1994.

Same reason as everybody else. Hogan put very few people over. In Bret's case, the original plan for Summerslam 1993 was for Hogan to pass the torch and lose the WWF Title to Bret but that never happened.

Meh, Shawn Michaels pretty much despises everybody except his closest circle of pals and is in return rightfully hated for being an asshole. So no surprise there.

It's funny how those guys hate on Hogan, but when he was the big thing I am sure Honky Tonk Man enjoyed the payoff everytime he got to wrestle the mealticket and the man that put asses in seats.

"youre going down"
First we get Al Sharpton and the nation of domination coming back. Now we get an Ahmed Johnson reference!?!
This day is a gift.

Best way to sum up the dislike of Hogan is to say Hogan cares only about himself and his own interests -- not the interests of the promotions he worked for, or the wrestlers he worked with.
Add Stone Cold Steve Austin to the list of Hogan detractors too.

Floyd Mayweather and Co. - "Everyone wanted to see Money!"
Vince McMahon and the WWE - "Triple H generated the buys"
Dana White and the UFC - "They pulled in the Mexican audience who wanted to see Marquez. We'll pull that audience in next month with Cain Velasquez."

Wrestlers who hate Hogan hate him because they never accomplished the level of popularity he did. They are all jealous. Lets face it, with out Hogan to pave the way for guy like hart and Michaels they would not be making the money they are now. Hogan brought wrestling to the main stream and because of that a lot of wrestlers are very wealthy. Stop hating.
