I thought Billy Graham was angry at WWE. So why is he training this Access Hollywood chick?
Posted By: Guest#3379 (Guest) on October 09, 2009 at 01:18 PM
Why would anyone want a picture of Michelle McCool? Is someone going to tack it up in the stable so their horse feels like they have company?

Wow, what a humanitarian. Michelle McCool wrote her name three times for charity. (Sarcastic applause)

Oh God...

That was actually somewhat impressive I dont know why "training" was in quotation marks when it looks like that is what she is doing, she actually looked pretty good. no worse than alot of the current divas, maybe she's gonna get involved in a match on monday?

As opposed to what you're doing to help other and for charity, which is absolutely nothing. Gotta love the internet. Where nameless, faceless people can complain that someone is doing something for others.

James Roday and Dule Hill need to guest host Raw ASAP!!! I would DVR that episode and never delete it.

Why are you people so resentful of Michelle McCool? Even when she does something for a good, charitable cause she can't win with you?
You guys have serious insecurities for mocking this poor woman. Deep down you are all jealous of her success. She is beautiful, talented, has brains (a master's degree and former school teacher) and most importantly is a decent person. Michelle has worked hard for everything she has, a concept which none of the horrible Internet smarks will ever understand.
I bet the hypocrites on here would would be all congratulatory if their smark darling Maryse did something for charity.

Just replace "best" with "overrated", and your right about Mickie. She's had one memorable feud, and hasn't had a memorable match since 2006. I keep waiting for her to show me all of these great skills she supposedly has. Face it, Mickie has been living off of hype for three years now. But those of us that don't wank off to pictures of her fat ass have already figured that out.

You sure pay alot of attention to someone you hate so much, mentioning Mickie in posts that have nothing to do with her and all.
That's when you know she's the most relevant women in the women's division now, when people obsessively hate on her like she's raped their parents and torched they're homes.
I can't stand Kelly or Michelle most of the time but I'm not gonna say stupid things like they're anorexic or ugly(and I don't think they are either of those), I don't have time to care about or pay attention to wrestlers I don't like, that's just retarded.

Thank you. She's another one who the IWC is addicted to. Her wrestling has gone downhill this year and she isn't even that attractive anymore. Plus she's put on weight so her execution isn't that good. She's had the same 'gimmick' and entrance for 3 years now. It's getting old.
Her only peak phase in WWE was feuding with Trish and Lita in 2006. They put her over in a big way against the two top Divas in the company but she hasn't been able to carry the torch at all. Granted a lot of the women around her like Rosa and Kelly suck but she herself is nothing special. Mickie had a decent feud with Beth Phoenix, but that's ONLY because Beth is like the best woman wrestler WWE has and can make a broomstick look good in the ring.
Mickie's pop for her entrance is basically the remnants of Trish and Lita putting her over.

Can anyone name any memorable female matches from the WWE since 2006? Honestly, the only memorable thing from the last 3 years is Beth Phoenix doing a backbreaker to Mickie and Melina together.
I don't understand why people are putting this all on Mickie. The wrestling in the WWE and RAW specifically just hasn't been that great. People like Kelly, Rosa, Alicia, etc. get too much air time. Jillian is talented but has never been treated as anymore than a jobber. Then the Candice crap? Ugh. Mickie, Beth and Melina have had to carry the entire load. They don't have Trish, Lita, Victoria, etc. Women's wrestling entered and quickly exited a golden age for a few years early this decade.
People are blaming Mickie because she's been the face of the division but this isn't a Mickie problem. It's a problem with the division as a whole.
And please don't give me this Mickie is an IWC darling line. That's such a tired excuse. It seems like you can't say something nice about a talented wrestler around here without being labeled an IWC fanboy.
Then the other excuse is about whacking it to Mickie. Yeah, that's right. No one can say anything good about a female wrestler without them clearly jerking off to said female wrestler. In the absence of a good argument just fall to the cliches.
Mickie is a very talented wrestler in a less than talented division. It's pretty simple. There's no overrating involved. It's simply maddening trying to post here because ultimately it defaults to the same lines over and over again.
Now Mickie has apparently fallen on the same bandwagon as Matt Hardy. Instead of making a compelling point people just call them fat.
Mickie doesn't need to change. She needs fresh, talented challengers. Everyone she can face right now she's either already faced many times in the past or is a wrestler-in-training that is still very sloppy.
Now if you'll excuse me I need to get back to whacking it to pictures of Mickie's overrated fattitude, right? *rolls eyes*

Chill out dude. Somebody made a joke about this Maria girl being a better wrestler, and one of Mickie's marks rushed to her defense. Maybe some of us are just sick and tired of hearing how great she is supposed to be, when she never backs it up. The only time she is "relevant" is when WWE decides to push her to the moon for a few months ever year. The reason the Mickie hate is growing is because she is pushed as superior to most divas, when she doesn't have the looks or talent to justify it.

How can Mickie fail to carry the torch if she isn't given a lit torch to begin with? She hasn't been given any stories, promos, or anything since her feud with Beth.
Also that "Her pops are only because of Trish and Lita" mess is BS, since she didn't start getting consistently good pops until Spring of 07, both Trish and Lita were both gone months Mickie started getting her current pops.

Ditto. She's always been overrated in the looks department anyway. The diva division on Raw has died with Mickie as champion. Her pops are overrated as well. If she was so popular, people might actually care about her matches. And if she was so good in the ring, she might be able to salvage some of the disasters she has been a part of. Trish and Lita did their best to make a star on their way out, but she has failed horribly. She isn't even half as good or as popular as they were. Hey Mickie, I think it's time you took a page out of their book, and passed the torch. Maybe the next diva WWE gets behind won't fail as terribly as you have.

If WWE actually got behind Beth on a consistent basis, she could easily make the Raw divas watchable again. She got pretty over with the Santino stuff, and her moves draw good reactions from the crowd. They should let her kill Mickie, and hold the belt for a long time. You then actually make the stupid butterfly title look somewhat legit, and in the meantime you can try and find the next popular babyface diva. I highly doubt that the next Trish Stratus will emerge from the pack, but you might be able to find something decent. Almost anything would beat Mickie's incredibly stale presence on Raw.

All the divas suck. Right now Mickie represents them, at least on Raw. So she's going to get a majority of the heat. I think the backlash against her is due to some overrating her, and blaming all her bad matches on her opponents.
The Mickie hate is sort of irrational, but so is the Mickie love. She really doesn't deserve either. She is just as disposable as the other women in the company, because nobody cares about women's wrestling in WWE anymore. They only cared when the division was built around legitimate stars like Trish and Lita. Once they left, so did the fan interest. Would anybody really be that upset if WWE just retired both belts and gave the divas new roles, like managers, interviewers, crap like that? The women that can work can go to some place where their wrestling might actually get over.
Posted By: Guest#0085 (Guest) on October 09, 2009 at 09:13 PM
Jesus Christ, enough with the Mickie garbage. The bashers are just saying the same crap over and over again. And her die hard marks, like Ron Mexico, are even worse. They write these long rants trying to defend her. Let it go, not everybody loves the white trash queen. She does nothing to make you actually want to care about her matches, just the same tired moves, over and over. And she is overweight, just like Matt Hardy is. But so what?
If they fired a majority of the women tommorow, including Mickie, most WWE fans would not give a fuck. I'm not talking about the internet fans. I'm talking about the people that actually go to shows. Women's wrestling doesn't draw, at least not in WWE. You can hear crickets when they have matches. The only time it ever mattered was when Trish was around. And the only reason she pulled it off was because of great charisma, and the fact that she's one of the hottest women alive. She also had Lita to work off of, the ying to her yang. Vince clearly stopped caring when they left, so why should anybody else?

It's not really an opinion. WWE crowds are usually completely silent for Beth Phoenix.

I actually agree with majority of what Ron Mexico has said on here (an absolute shock on this site) with a couple exceptions:
-Candice wasn't great, but she was passable compared to the likes of Kelly Kelly.
-I'm sorry but Jillian has regressed horribly since 2007, and she's where she should be at this point.
-No mention of Gail Kim? I don't think Mickie/Gail was as horrible as many on this site think. And a Mickie/Gail would be interesting "IF" they handled it correctly.
But their treatment of Gail Kim on Raw has been horrible, in terms of giving her anything to work with in and out of the ring.

Ron Mexico's post is at least articulate and well thought out, unlike most of the posts that talk about women's wrestling in general on here.
Also if you think Mickie James is "ACTUALLY" fat, you really need to get out more.
And the WWE conditions the E' to pop for whatever they put effort into.
