Lance Cade Returns To WWE
According to Pwinsider.com, WWE signed Lance Cade to a new deal last week, and he has reported to Florida Championship Wrestling. Cade previously worked for WWE from 2001 through 2008. Cade, a trainee of Shawn Michaels and Rudy Boy Gonzalez, had a good run with Trevor Murdoch and won the WWE World Tag Team Titles. Before he was released, Cade worked as Chris Jericho’s second during Jericho’s feud with Shawn Michaels.
Cade was released in October of 2008 when he had a seizure on a flight that required emergency treatment. There was a belief in the company that Cade took something that he shouldn’t have been taking, and that is what caused the seizure. While he has been gone from WWE, Cade has worked for the NWA promotion as well as in Japan.
