WWE News: Dolph Ziggler Interview, John Morrison Speaks About Wrestling The Miz, More
Posted by Larry Csonka on 10.24.2009

- The Buffalo News has an article up, promoting Monday's Raw. They discuss WWE going PG, and also include comments from COO Donna Goldsmith and Mark Henry. You can check out the interview here. Here is a comment from COO Donna Goldsmith:

"It was edgier in the attitude era. There was a little more blood, and then we realized this was not the way to go. Today we are PG — definitely family friendly. Our writing teams know the boundaries, and they tell really good stories."

- Slam Wrestling has an interview up with Dolph Ziggler, discussing Bragging Rights, Jim Ross battling Bell's Palsy, Shane McMahon leaving WWE, and more. You can check that interview out here.

- Slam Wrestling also spoke with John Morrison, in character, about his match with The Miz at Bragging Rights, which you can read here.

John Morrison is soooooooo hot x

DEAD...another article discussing WWE going PG. Who cares? People still watch and buy into it. Furthermore the product was family friendly back in the New Generation days and in the 80's.

Tell really good stories? What are they watching? TNA?

So apparently no one on the night of the draft knew that they were moving...so how could The Miz attacking John Morrison have been planned out? Therefore was it real and John actually hates him? Though somehow I still believe it was all planned out, even if I don't know how. I assume they were told that if they were split up (and they also wouldn't be told which show they'd go to) Miz would attack Morrison?
Is Morrison's "hatred" kayfabe?

I remember being about 10 during the end of the last PG era, it sucked and WWE was losing to WCW, then I was about 13 during the Attitude Era and it was awesome, then the new PG eta has brought back the suck factor.

A PG WWE could work these days if they take the reigns off their wrestlers. No more profanity or innuendo? Fine. Give me ultracompetitive matches that accentuate each guy's strengths and hide their weaknesses.

I am gonna go out on a limb here Tina and guess that you are not, so I wouldn't sit around waiting for John, or any half-decent looking guy, to sweep you off your feet.

Yes, and at the morning and most afternoons you can see them in the city zoo flinging poo at each other. At evenings they work for Vince.

Morrison is a funny mofo:

Quote from his interview:
"We'd faced The Hardys, DX, Jimmy Yang and Shannon Moore -- all the top teams..."

The attitude era was what mae you money and made vince a billionaire you stupid cunt. This PG crap is not what males aging frome 18-35 want to see. What they want osee is fucking bloody matches, attitude and more edgy stuff.
Not the way to go? Are you fucking kidding me? Your writing teams are fucking retards and need to be beaten. They don't know what a good story is. Even if one came and kicked them in the nuts. Yea a good story is john cena fighting orton every fucking month. I'm sick of it. Sick of the same repetitive shit over and over again. Its not good, its not entertainig, its not new. Its old and shitty. Just like your writers. Push some new storys, have some edge in them and maybe the ratings will go back up. Until then its all bullshit and you will continue to loose ratings. By the way, what was the buyrate for the last PPV? I thought so. Low as shit. Why? Because no one wants ot see recycled storys and predictible fucking outcomes. Get a fucking clue.
