Posted by Larry Csonka on 10.29.2009

- WWE sent out the following press release, hyping Ozzy and Sharon Osbourne hosting Raw Monday night…

Ozzy and Sharon Osbourne Host Monday Night Raw

Rock icon Ozzy Osbourne and international television personality Sharon Osbourne will rule the ring as the latest celebrity guest hosts of Monday Night Raw at the DCU Center in Worcester, MA, live November 2nd at 9:00 PM ET / 8:00 PM CT on USA Network.STAMFORD, Conn., October 28, 2009 – Rock icon Ozzy Osbourne and international television personality Sharon Osbourne will rule the ring as the latest celebrity guest hosts of Monday Night Raw at the DCU Center in Worcester, MA, live November 2nd at 9:00 PM ET / 8:00 PM CT on USA Network.

The Prince of Darkness has released his autobiography, I am Ozzy, which details his childhood and his years in entertainment. The working-class kid from Aston, England, has sold more than a hundred million records with Black Sabbath and as an award-winning solo artist combined. His autobiography, I am Ozzy, is currently in stores in the U.K., Germany, Ireland and Australia and it will be available in the United States on January 25, 2010 from Grand Central Publishing.

When it comes to Raw, what rules will the patriarch and matriarch of "The First Family of Darkness" dare to make for the WWE® Superstars and Divas? Ozzy and Sharon Osbourne join the prestigious list of past Raw celebrity guest hosts, including NBA All-Star Shaquille O'Neal, Emmy-winning actor Jeremy Piven, music icon Snoop Dogg and boxing champ Floyd Mayweather.

Fuck I hate Sharon Osbourne. Like REALLY fucking hate her.

Ozzy is bigger than WWE programming. Just play Ozzy songs all night, much better than this shit.

I hope he does too, but use the newer version used on the WOW comercial. Don't get me wrong, I love me some Randy, but Zakk's rendition is heavier.

Jim Norton hasn't mentioned this at all this week on his radio show, Twitter, or fan eamils. And he's the world's biggest Ozzy & Sabbath fan (and Sharon has essentially become his 2nd Mom).

So if it doesn't matter to someone who lives and breathes Ozzy, good luck bringing in new casual viewers WWE!

It really is pathetic that Snoop Dogg is actually regarded as a "music icon."

I hope Ozzy comes out to "Crazy Train"!

He's GOT to. It's the most fitting and recognizable song he has.

will they be promoting survival series?

I'd rather him leave the annoying wife at home.

Since Ozzy's first WWE appearance at WM2: Davey Boy: DEAD. Capt. Lou: DEAD. Matilda: DEAD. Dynamite: angry, bitter, broke and in a wheelchair.

I say Ozzy is bad luck!

PS: That remains my favorite tag match of all-time.

I hope The Undertaker shows up to contest Ozzy's claim to the title of Prince of Darkness.

It's not like we will be able to understand what Ozzy says.

Prediction: in an effort to impress his favorite singer Ozzy Osbourne, Santino will bite the head off Hornswoggle.

Why is WWE having some random celebrity on every Raw for like the last month?

Posted By: Da Truth (Guest)  on October 29, 2009 at 08:23 PM

I can already picture Ozzy and Santino exchanging words....hope WWE has captioning setup...

This crap is why TNA will be so much better Bruther!

Posted By: Hulk Hogan (Guest)  on October 29, 2009 at 10:51 PM

Ah yes! WWE with it's tired stale formula! Vince you make it way too easy! Just wait until you fans see what we're going to do in TNA! Now that's must watch television!

Posted By: Eric Bischoff (Guest)  on October 29, 2009 at 10:53 PM

Ozzy's the man but this is gonna be train-wreck TV, flubbing lines & foul languge on a live, PG rated show FTMF'NW. They gonna need a back up dump button with an extra 15 seconds delay for this one

Posted By: Guest#9338 (Guest)  on October 30, 2009 at 10:18 AM

Fuck the WWE! Their guest host thing is bullshit that will do NOTHING to bring back the ratings they had back in the 1980's and 1990's! The sooner Vince McMahon is gone the better. Until then, the WWE can suck my balls as they are just 2 years away from doing numbers they had back in 1995!
