Ricky Hatton hosting Raw makes sense. No point burdening any American celebrities by having them come over to the hellhole that is England.

Just to be douches you guys should have said The Hitman will be hosting the UK Raw and see how many people would have thought it was Bret Hart!

Wait, Les Thatcher was Desmond Wolfe's teacher. Is Nigel McGuiness that "Rapic Fire" Rory Fox guy who Les gave a paperboy gimmick on that one MTV show?

Thanks for the Nigel interview. Gives a nice insight into how he worked his bollocks off to go across the Atlantic and work his way up.

Hatton is a great choice for guest host, us poor souls in Europe have had to sit through Jeremy Piven, Ben Hamburger and two tits who drive in a circle for five hundred fucking laps as 'stars'.

They could have had someone do it in taped segments. I don't really care about Ricky Hatton at all. They could have found someone better, I'm sure. I would have had Davey Boy's kid do it just as a one-time deal to be on Raw and give himself a shot at the world title (or maybe the tag belts along with Kidd)... just as a heat check.

That made me smile. Thanks!

About time. I guess they couldn't go as far as to give us as UK only stars as the US only ones we've had to put up with. So no Soccer stars or TV celebrities (non actors that is). But a boxer that has fought another previous host should be known enough and Hatton has a MASSIVE personality, so big I had to shout. It should be quite fun. He'll be better then Mayweather anyway.

..they managed to wake Ricky Hatton up??

Actually, that's a good choice. Dude is very funny. He'll come across well.

Ricky is a very funny guy, quick-witted and sarcastic. Plus he's not adverse to laughing at himself, you may even see the return of the 'fat suit' he's worn to the ring in the last few fights :-)

Hatton vs. Jericho could be gold.

Hatton is a great guy, really looking forward to this.

I actually just saw Rory Fox wrestle a couple of weeks ago for a tiny fed in Des Moines, Iowa.
