Various News: Pre-Sale Info For WM, Jeff Hardy Heads To Court Today
Posted by Larry Csonka on 11.04.2009

- The pre-sale code for WrestleMania 26 tickets is "WWEUOP". The pre-sale begins tomorrow.

- Jeff Hardy is scheduled to return to court today for a probable cause hearing at the Moore County Criminal District Court in Carthage, North Carolina. This is due to Hardy's arrest in September on a number of drug related charges. Today's hearing will determine if there has been a crime committed, and if Jeff Hardy as the defendant likely committed these crimes. If the determination is made that Jeff likely committed the crimes, the case would then move to the Grand Jury, where they will review the evidence and make a decision on whether or not to indict Hardy. Here are the charges he faces:

* Felony possession of cocaine.
* Felony drug trafficking of opium
* Felony possession with intent to redistribute a Schedule III drug (two counts).
* Maintaining a dwelling for drug use and/or distribution.
* Possession of drug paraphernalia. (misdemeanor)

- If Jeff gets indicted, the case will move to Superior Court to be tried. This is unless he makes a plea bargain with the prosecution.

Jeff's plea bargain will be that he has to serve 500 hrs in ROH.

Jeff, you have to convince normal people to get on your side. Not wrestling fans. Leave the face paint and hair dye at home. And no swanton bombs onto the prosecution.

All Jeff has to do is get on the bench do his dance thing and the court will pop like the crowd does and all is forgiven

Lock him up and throw away the key- who cares about the drugs, the biggest crime hes committed was trying to pass himself off as a talented wrestler. fail.

wait a second, I thought he had prescriptions and stuff and this was all a big misunderstanding.......

How do you get a prescription for cocaine?

Repeat after me, Jeff: "I was holding the stash for CM Punk"

They'll believe you! Right before this happened, you spent months beating each other up. Say you were framed!

Jeff will have to face the prosecutor's mystery man inside the confines of a steel cage! If he wins, he is free to go. If he loses, he is hanged from the cage. Charge for tickets. Make the justice system finally pay off.

Most of them he might actually have a chance if he can whip out a prescription. Plus, he's famous and on name value alone (in addittion to having the money to afford a good lawyer) he might be able to beat the rap.

The coke charge is a prety hard-hitter, though. There's really no way he'll be able to get around that one.

HA! The CM Punk line wins...oops, accidental pun! Cause CM Punk is a coke head and that's a shoot.

Jeff's plea bargain should be a full-time return to WWE as a heel. Figuring out how to get the marks to boo him should be punishment enough.
