Are his legal troubles over?
- According to The Fayetteville Observer, Jeff Hardy's probable cause hearing yesterday was continued to Wednesday December 2nd. Hardy was not at the hearing, but his lawyer, Jeff Van Camp, told the Observer that Hardy was going to appear, but that he didn't due to drug test results from a lab not coming in. If the determination is made that Jeff likely committed the crimes, the case would then move to the Grand Jury, where they will review the evidence and make a decision on whether or not to indict Hardy. Here are the charges he faces:
* Felony possession of cocaine.
* Felony drug trafficking of opium
* Felony possession with intent to redistribute a Schedule III drug (two counts).
* Maintaining a dwelling for drug use and/or distribution.
* Possession of drug paraphernalia. (misdemeanor)
- If Jeff gets indicted, the case will move to Superior Court to be tried. This is unless he makes a plea bargain with the prosecution.

I hate all the people that don't realize that in America we are innocent until proven guilty. You folks are the reason this country allowed for the Patriot Act to be passed. On the flip side based upon the Halloween pics of Jeff, I am not to surprised that the drug test results were no where to be found. Oh well....lets see how it plays it out in the courts before we wish the death sentence on the guy.

You know people, laughing and talking about how great it is that Jeff could be sent to prison (even if he DID commit a crime, that's beside the point) and that Matt isn't interesting and will be fired says a lot more about YOU than Jeff. No one said you had to like the guy, but really, GROW UP. ALL OF YOU.
Oh, you won't listen. Why do I bother? Probably because its better than saying nothing.
