Mr. Lobo doesn't accept Jericho's apology...
The man who Chris Jericho used racial and homophobic slurs against at the Sacramento Horror Film Festival told TMZ that Jericho was an "asshole" and that Jericho's apology was "crap."
Mr. Lobo, the host of the film festival, said he was deeply offended by the insensitive remarks, saying that Jericho's claim that "everyone on stage was having a blast" was false.
"I don't think [Chris] has the capacity to give an honest apology," he said. "I don't think it's in his character."
Of course it's not in his character--- HE'S WORKING HEEL!

Agreed. You don't publicly use racial slurs. A lot of people use them in private and are racist, but that is the type of thing that just is not openly tolerated in the real world. You can call people all the names you want, but once you start crossing into racial slurs, that's when the civilized world blackballs you. It says a lot about wrestling fans that they live in a world where this isn't true for them.

Wow, are you serious? It was bad enough to compare Jericho to a child-killer, but you go all the way to Pol Pot? So, in your opinion, Jericho's comments are worse than the actions of Pol Pot but not as bad as, say, Hitler?
We can debate whether or not "Hadji" was meant as a slur. We can debate whether or not Jericho was working heel. But to compare this lone incident with the worlds worst-of-the-worst is blowing the matter way out of proportion.
Personally, I think that Jericho is the top heel in the company right now. I also like the fact that he works even when WWE cameras are not rolling. Does that excuse him from using one of the "seven words you can't say in public?" No. But if you attempt to read anything into Jericho's true character based on an incident when he is working heel then you're going to come up with off-the-wall comments like Lucius.

Let's see. His book is succesful because it's a wrestling book, and wrestilng fans bought it. His "decent" band is one that most people have never heard of. And most of the people that attend the concerts are probaly wrestling fans. And despite the fact that he has done some acting, I don't see too many people in Hollywood looking to sign him for roles. He's like the male version of Stacy Keibler; can brag about doing a couple of shows here and there, but overall their attempts to become actors have failed. Two overrated blondes.
I stand by my original comment. That any attempt to branch out into other areas of entertainment have generally been met with apathy. He's not alone though. Just about every wrestler has failed to do that. But why do you think he came back to WWE in the first place? The interest just wasn't there in the non-wrestling world. When he can actually prove that he doesn't need to be with WWE in order to be relevant, I'll give him props.
But my main point was people just defend him regardless because they find him entertaining, which is pathetic. To the general public, he's going to be most remembered for punching a female fan, getting knocked out by Mickey Rourke, and pissing people off with his stupid jokes. Oh yeah, I'm sure he's really going to do great once he leaves WWE again....
