Sounds like a great night of action. The last three matches in particular sound excellent, and I wouldn't mind going out on a limb either by saying that MVP and the Miz probably had a great match.

I was there too and it was a great show! Chris Jericho was giving a promo before his title match with Cena. Then a fan threw a DX glowstick which hit him in the face! Jericho got pissed and started yelling
'Who the hell did that, come on! Give me what you got!'
At that point hundreds of glowsticks showered Jericho from all angles!

so MVP was both in a single match AND a royal rumble?

It was a good event, I was there in attendance. Jericho dared the crowd to throw their DX glowsticks at him after sumone threw one and it hit Jericho! Then a few hundred glowsticks were thrown, was crazy.
Main event was PPV worthy

Yes it was a house show and a great one at that.
The opening battle royal came down to Y2J, Henry, Santino and Big Show (Orton and Kofi were eliminated at the same time by Show). Santino got a huge chant when it came down to those four and he tried his hilarious Cobra attack on Big Show.... it didn't work again. Chris dumped out both the big men and was thrown over the ropes by the Italian, but like Shawn/Bulldog 95 Jericho held on and eliminated Sanatana for the win.
Burchill beat the Hurricane. It was rather sad how not over Burchill was in his home city. He won clean with the Jackhammer however.
MVP on the other hand was hugely over while Miz got a good reaction for his catchphrase. Miz won with the Stroke.
The women's match was surprisingly good. Fox really impressed me and her and Kim seem to have good chemistry. Jillian sang Oops I Did It Again before the match if you wanted to know that.... Melina won with her finisher.
Bourne beat Chavo in a good match with the Air Bourne. Some people around me were amazed at how competitive Chavo was.
After an intermission we got Orton and Kofi. Very mixed reaction to Orton, he got a big pop on his entrance music and whenever he did his arm pose on the turnbuckles. Kofi missed the Trouble in Paradise after Orton ducked and then got RKO'd to a huge pop.
DX are amazingly super over!! I hate HHH, but even I marked out to their DX shtick. Some people around me started a "You screwed Bret" chant, but sadly it didn't catch on... The match ended when Hornswoggle entered and gave Cody the Sweet Shin Music before DX hit both their finishers for the victory. After the match Hornswoggle imitated HBK's pose and HHH' water spit. Again I don't overly like Horny, but it's very funny when you're there.
Cena again was very over, but Jericho had his own supporters too and we got to have duel chants, which are always fun. Funny moment prior to the match as Y2J was doing a promo and someone threw a DX glow stick at him. Chris challenged whoever did it to a fight and then everyone started throwing them at him! After escaping about five FU attempts and kicking out of one Cena hit the RKO off the turnbuckles for the win. Great match, MOTN for sure.
After the match Cena put over the 50 minute Raw match two years ago in London and said he heard chants for both men. Then he said "tonight I heard chants for both myself and Jericho and said that was cool and that's what makes London special" or something to that extent.
Good night.

Wait......what? Is this a house show?

Effectively, yes. The WWE advertise these shows as brand-specific events over here in the UK; so you have a RAW show and an ECW/Smackdown show. The RAW show has been advertised as a DX 'invasion', whereas the SD! one has advertised the 'homecoming' of the decrepit phenom himself.
Saying that, the Burchill match seems an odd inclusion.

Nice, the battle royal came down to Jericho and Santino...with a near-victory by Santino...wish I could've seen it.

Thats a shame, you missed out on 1 of the best shows I have ever been to with an absolutely stellar main event! And I even got to go to shows during the attitude era!
