TNA News: Weekend Shows, Genesis Theme Song, More

Some Thursday TNA news…
- TNA's Jeremy Borash was at the Country Music Awards last night. He discussed it on his Twitter, which you can check out here.
- Lie To Me, a song by Like a Storm will be the theme song for the 2010 TNA Genesis PPV.
- The Register Citizen News interviews Christy Hemme here.
- TNA tapes in Orlando on Monday and Tuesday.
- This weekend, TNA runs in Wayne, NJ at the PAL and Scranton, PA at the Icebox. Announced for the shows are:
* TNA champ AJ Styels vs. Samoa Joe vs. Daniels
* TNA Knockouts Tag Team champs Sarita & Taylor Wilde vs. The Beautiful People
* TNA X Division Champion Amazing Red vs. Homicide
* Also scheduled: TNA Global Champion Eric Young, Suicide, D'Angelo Dinero, Hamada, Chris Sabin, Daffney, Alissa Flash, and more.
If it's Genesis, they SHOULD use "Land of Confusion". it's fitting.

I'll never understand why TNA and WWE do upcoming ppv matches at houseshows.

It's called doing a dry run on a match to see what works and what doesn't b4 it gets on TV. They probably don't have time to do it the day of with all that travelling.

It's called working out the kinks before they wrestle on PPV and when it's taped for a DVD.
Houseshows = paid rehearsals.

"In the Air Tonight" would be much better. They could put it to highlights of the last Styles/Joe/Daniels match and highlights of Hogan (at least any they can legally use).
