Some late night TNA news…
- Hulk Hogan is already in Australia for his tour, which is why he was not in attendance at the TNA Turning Point PPV. [Credit: Pwinsider.com]
- At the TNA house show in Wayne, New Jersey, Billy Corgan of Smashing Pumpkins, former ROH champion Xavier and former WCW star Gorgeous George were in attendance. [Credit: Pwinsider.com]
- The dark match before the Turning Point PPV saw Hamada defeat Alissa Flash. [Credit: Pwinsider.com]
- Dixie Carter announced on her TWITTER tonight that she has signed Pope D'Angelo Dinero to a new, long term contract.
"Right before I walked in to watch the PPV just now, The Pope and I signed his new long term deal. He IS the real deal."
Is that why he went from being a heel to face for no reason to being on the losing side of a wasted 6 man tag?
Real deal?

I guess that's why Alissa/Cheerleader Melissa didn't wrestle a full second match at the JAPW show last night...so she could leave early perhaps?

Maybe Hulk should stay in Australia, I understand there were some anti-Hogan chants at the ppv

Yeah because if Hogan wasn't in Australia he'd totally be at the PPV. Honest.

Hopefully Flash and Hamada get a spot on the main PPV show by December or January.

Awsome TNA. No matter what anyone says about TNA. You are the "Real deal Baby". "let's get pimping at the bash party baby"...Just kidding. No party, but awsome TNA.
Great show Dixie...

I sure as hell hope Hogan still got to watch the PPV. He NEEDS to see it cause they got that one right!
Coming in cold and just changing things out of habit rather than capitalising on momentum is the mark of a VERY bad booker.

The twitter and facebook page says hofan arrives 6 hours from now at 6am so cant be here already

People please. Hogan had this Australia thing booked how long before signing anything with TNA so to make remarks about him not being there is ridiculous.
Now there is no way I would drop money on a TNA PPV til they go a year putting on good shows, but to hear that there were chants of "screw you Hogan" being heard warms my heart.
I seriously doubt HE had anything to do with the matches last night, and from the majority of the feedback I have read, there were a lot of great bouts. Too late to tear up his deal?

And if he watched it, I hope he heard the anti-Hogan chants! LOL!
