- Raven was not at the Impact tapings this week, due to a previously scheduled European tour. The tour was signed before TNA had brought him back to the company. [Credit: Pwinsider.com]

Then why didn't they wait to redebut him. Maybe Foley can use his power to suspend, fire, or not sign him depending on what Raven's status in TNA actually is.
