Internet war!
- Gabe Sapolsky was in attendance at the ECW/Smackdown tapings in Philadelphia Tuesday night. Overall Sapolsky found the show boring, but had some praises for Tommy Dreamer, which he shared on his My Space.
- Apparently this did NOT make Chris Jericho happy, as he made the following reply on his Twitter:
"Dammit if Gabe Sopolsky wasn't impressed, then what chance does the WWE have to survive even one more day??? Breadline, here I come..."
- Sapolsky was kind enough to offer Jericho a spot in Dragon Gate USA if that ever happened, and also invited him to one of the future shows.

Seriously, Jericho is just going wild and insulting everyone he can, eh? Either he's aware of how he big a star he is and just doesn't give a fuck, or he's close to pulling a Benoit and is dragging as many people down as he can.

Seriously, for a guy who got fired from the 3rd biggest promotion in the country, books for one company that hasn't even made it a year, and is booking another that hasn't even had one show yet, he has some nerve to talk shit about the most successful wrestling company going. And I was a fan of his booking in ROH.

Sapolsky is a jackass. He wishes he had even a tenth of the impact on the industry that Jericho.
Fact is, Sapolsky was surely unrecognizable by 99% of the fans in attendance. Most probably thought he was just another fat, ugly, slob fan with his unattractive girlfriend.

This ain't a war. Jericho was probably thrilled when he heard that. Anyone old enough to remember that Jericho came from ECW (and Japan) and was booked by Gabe's mentor THE Paul Heyman. Oh and Gabe was his right hand man. So if anyone seriously thinks this is real beef you're fooling yourselves.
Jericho is one of the few technical wrestlers in WWE who is allowed to wrestle a technical style. The man loves wrestling.
The fact he reads Gabe's blog (who many of you call a nobody) is proof they are friends. Honestly...will the internet STOP trying to create beef that isn't there? There is plenty of beef to go around in this sausage fest...

A Smackdown/ECW show would be very boring if compared to Dragon Gate on the basis of actual wrestling. It's not a knock against Chris Jericho or any of the performers, it's a truth about the product that Vince McMahon chooses to promote. Some people would rather a wrestling show be a platform to watch wrestling rather than a talk show. Chris Jericho is one of the best wrestlers in the WWE, but I would be pretty excited about seeing him do a match for Dragon Gate.

Wow, what the f**k are you talking about? First off, Jericho is not that big of a star. There are at least five or six people ahead of him on the totem pole in WWE, maybe more.
Second, since when did Benoit become short hand for anybody acting like an ass? That's in such bad taste it's not even funny. Benoit murdered his family. Wasn't Jericho the one that took issue with fans saying that his KOTR 2002 match with RVD was boring? If so, then his recent outbursts are nothing new. However, it does seem as if Jericho does have a bit of a thin skin.
