They should try and get Impact on during Christmas if its going to be preempted the 24th.

I thought that Taz was working for TNA.

Tara/Victoria has to be the biggest butterface in wrestling. Her body is fucking amazing. Her face is a totally diffrent story.
And lol at the Star Wars news:
Jar Jar Binks > Hulk Hogan

I just came back from SuperMegaFest. Real disappointed with the lack of wresting stars this year. Stevie Richards also bailed out. There was some blonde chick (Crystal?) from TNA. Real far cry from Sunny from last year. Gina Lee Nolin looked very good. Ginger Lee also didn't bother showing up.

Dreamer replaced Tazz months ago, and you just get around to posting that now?
Posted By: JCMoney (Guest) on November 21, 2009 at 03:04 PM
star wars marathon rating beats TNAs rating by a million %

LMFAO @ iMPACT getting bumped for freaking Star Wars!!!
Suck it, TNA!!
Posted By: Hurricane (Guest) on November 21, 2009 at 03:31 PM
Star Wars? Argh, I already hated that, and now I have another reason.
Posted By: Donners (Guest) on November 21, 2009 at 03:39 PM
i would luv to be behind tara's hot seat
Posted By: perry (the blacko rican) (Guest) on November 21, 2009 at 04:09 PM
Yeah, that's good work, inviting Daffney and ODB, but then make sure they have no way to get there. Good promotion work there by that convention. No wonder I haven't heard of the Super Duper Mega Awesome Fest, or whatever it is.
Those two would be the only reason I'd want to go anyway.

The scary thing to think about is if Star Wars brings in better ratings. Thursday night could be home of Spikes Action/Sci Fi movie of the week.
Posted By: Joquando (Registered) on November 21, 2009 at 04:31 PM
just proof that star wars is can bring more ratings than TNA
Posted By: chris (Guest) on November 21, 2009 at 04:50 PM
TNA's being bumped by one of the most over-saturated movies ever shows Spike TV cares little about the organization.
Fact.

So a brand new episode of TNA Impact is going to be replaced by a series of movies everyone's seen before.
Beginning. Of. End.

I don't know what you're watching, but the first episode with Dreamer as co-host premiered this week on WWE 24/7. They must film a ton of those small intros at once.

Good move by Spike. I wouldn't watch Impact on XMas Eve (not that I even watch it, as I quit watching TNA in 07), but I'm flipping the channel that night and hit a Star Wars OT movie, I'm in.
And I met Victoria after the first RAW Roulette in 2002. She's very attractive in person.

Ive seen Tara wrestle, but I wanna see her box.
Hayden Christensen's shitty acting > Hulk Hogan
Posted By: DHX (Guest) on November 21, 2009 at 07:49 PM
tara? nuh-uh, that's victoria!
Posted By: hmm (Guest) on November 21, 2009 at 09:11 PM
Good move, I don't think may would tune in to watch Impact on Christmas Eve
Posted By: Guest#8708 (Guest) on November 21, 2009 at 09:18 PM
Hmm, so Star Wars reairing > TNA iMPACT!
Vader: Search your feelings, you know it to be true!

Is anyone actually surprised TNA got bumped? I don't care if most people own the Star Wars films on DVD or video. It's still going to get much higher ratings than Impact would, especially on Christmas Eve.
Now watch Russo turn this into an angle:
"TNA is sad to announce that Bobby Lashley has been suspended due to elevated midi-chlorians"

Thank you for posting this so I don't have to.
A poodle with a shaved ass > WWE. Sad, but true.

Hmmmm doesn't WWE get pre empted by a dog show?
Posted By: guest (Guest) on November 22, 2009 at 01:21 AM
Good to see WWE was able to find a replacement for Taz. The History of ECW show really wouldn't feel complete without a fat, over the hill wrestler hosting it.

Book that angle now - the less air time Lashley gets the better.

I doubt this is the first time Impact has been bumped by Star Wars during the holidays.
Posted By: Hal Jordan (Guest) on November 22, 2009 at 09:11 AM
Give it a break assholes! TNA getting bumped for Star Wars, one of the most sucessful and loved franchises of all time. wow! It could be worse though, it could be being bumped for a DOG SHOW!!! Ya know...like RAW!

Whats the big deal idiots, Raw gets tossed to the side for a dog show and USED to get tossed to the side for tennis every year? Hell, I guess I'm the only one that remembers that episode of Raw where Rocky won the IC title for the first time and when Michaels said he "lost his smile" was on a Thursday because it was preempted? Doesn't matter...

You do know the dog show does huge ratings, right? Even during the peak of the Attitude Era, WWF would get bumped the night it was on.
Posted By: Guest#3904 (Guest) on November 22, 2009 at 01:31 PM
Doesn't USA also bump WWE for the US Open in Tennis????

It may have been Crystal Louthan.. She used to be the backstage interviewer. I haven't seen her on in a long time. She was dating James Storm too..
Posted By: guestagain (Guest) on November 22, 2009 at 04:34 PM
Actually, the last 2 years, Raw WAS NOT preempted by the dog show. They had the dog show and then switched it to Raw and put the dog show on another channel.
Posted By: Guest#6362 (Guest) on November 22, 2009 at 05:26 PM
Spike TV will not be airing TNA Impact on Thursday, December 24th, 2009 due to a Star Wars marathon.
So? It's Star Wars.
Also.. Christmas Eve... when WWE falls on a Christmas Eve do they ever put on a new show?
Also also RAW was booted annually for a dog show (Santa>poodles), ECW in it's short run has been multiple times and Smackdown gets pre-empted practically weekly albeit only in some markets.
Much Ado About Nothing.

But TNA's not bush league, right? RIGHT??!
