*Nick Dinsmore & The Pimpfather defeated The Rock of Love.
*Brutus Beefcake defeated Heidenreich.
*Spartan 300 defeated Shannon Moore.
*Lacey Von Erich won a bikini contest.
*Ken Anderson defeated Sean Morley (Val Venis).
*Brian Christopher & 'Kishi defeated The former Umaga and Orlando Jordan.
*In their respective returns to the ring, Hulk Hogan pinned Ric Flair. Both men bled. Most of the locker room watched the main event. Flair pulled an object out but Lacey Von Erich ran down, distracting the referee. Hogan got the foreign object and used it on Flair and covered him for the pin.
Notes: They announced the show would be released on DVD and would also air as a special on ONE HD here...They aired some promos on a Titantron like screen to build up the matches...The arena was about half full. A fun atmosphere...Eric Bischoff was there.

Spartan 300, if I am right, is Matt Cross aka M-Dogg 20.
I am not sure who The Rock Of Love is.
Seems like a fun little show, even Hogan and Flair might be good.

Who the hell is 'The Rock of Love'?
Posted By: Man Fat (Guest) on November 21, 2009 at 03:03 PM

Im sure this was match of the century.

"Brutus Beefcake defeated Heidenreich."
I think this is Brutus' first win since 1998.
Posted By: Alcoholic (Guest) on November 21, 2009 at 03:28 PM

"The arena was about half full"
even the aussies know that hogan + flair = fail.
why does the main event sound like its hugely overbooked. did they hire vince russo?
Posted By: frank (Guest) on November 21, 2009 at 04:32 PM
Hogan put everyone of his boys over, if he does infact end up "running" TNA booking, this is a sign of things to come, and I was a Hogan nut in the 80's.
Posted By: dyno (Guest) on November 21, 2009 at 04:35 PM
Sounds like it would be not too bad. I wish Flair would go over, but it is Hulk's show so what do you expect.
Posted By: FUZEY (Guest) on November 21, 2009 at 04:46 PM
Is Dinsmore doing the 'retard' gimmick?
Posted By: Guest#2704 (Guest) on November 21, 2009 at 04:47 PM
The Pimpfather....LOL does he invite everyone to take a ride on the hooker train?
Lacey Von Erich won a bikini contest.
against whom...eugene??
Posted By: faceman802 (Guest) on November 21, 2009 at 04:50 PM
who or what is the rock of love?
Posted By: Guest#6707 (Guest) on November 21, 2009 at 04:55 PM
BLASPHEMOUS
Posted By: wepas (Guest) on November 21, 2009 at 05:01 PM
I'm shocked. I figured Lacey Von Erich would've won some sort of IQ contest, or maybe a delayed Nobel prize. Her competing in a bikini contest is really unexpected considering how much else she has to offer society.

Ok, so we get Morely's former stage name in parents, but who the hell is Spartan 300 and the Rock of Love?
Posted By: beezy (Guest) on November 21, 2009 at 05:34 PM
Hogan went all the way to Australia and didn't give them a leg drop? That says a lot about the state his body is in.
Posted By: turbo_fattie (Guest) on November 21, 2009 at 05:36 PM
i guessed who most of them "used" to be - but who is spartan 300?

Ummm I think if you were to ask Shawn Michaels if he minds Ric wrestling again to settle any debts and support himself, Shawn would say no. Let it go people. It is wrestling. As for the show only thing missing was Armstrong as Street Dog James Jesse fighting the Pimpfather.

"the former Umaga"?!?! BAHAHAHA... not "the former grandmaster sexay and the former rikishi vs the former jamal and the current orlando jordan!"
"the former retard and the former godfather vs the never was rock of love"
or how about "The former Nature boy vs The Former Hogan" course hogan is still hogan, can't work for shit...bet he kept his bandana on the whole time too, you know, the one with the fake mullet swinging out the back
Posted By: the dude (Guest) on November 21, 2009 at 10:20 PM
A google search tells me the rock of love = a team with some people named Billy Blade and Kadin. So... yeah.
It hurts to read about Umaga loosing to grandmaster sexay and rikishi, he could be starting a career making fued with The Undertaker right about now if things went a little differently. :(
Posted By: Miz fan (Guest) on November 21, 2009 at 11:00 PM
This sounds like it maybe didn't have the best wrestling, but was real fun. And really, isn't that what WWE was 20 years ago when all of these people worked there. Great fun, not great wrestling.

A young talent lost? Check
Hogan won? Check
Sounds about right
Posted By: Parxy (Guest) on November 22, 2009 at 05:10 AM
So basically, the show was filled with Hogan's buddies and WWE rejects (some of the more controversial ones, too, like Brian Christiopher and Heidenreich).
Is it safe to say that this could very well be Legends of Wrestling 2?
Posted By: ThatNickGuy78 (Guest) on November 22, 2009 at 11:06 AM
Mr Flair I hope it was worth coming out of retirement to lose to someone you dislike just for a payoff you could get in WWE being in a manager style role. Hogan must be laughing to himself how easy it was to get one over on Ric. Shame
Posted By: nWo4LiFe_UK (Guest) on November 22, 2009 at 01:10 PM
i didnt know bret michaels was a wrestler !!!!
Posted By: rock of hate (Guest) on November 22, 2009 at 01:23 PM
Judging by the pictures I saw of the event, I think they need to add a stipulation to the Hogan/Flair matches:
Manzier on a pole match
Posted By: Guest#9491 (Guest) on November 22, 2009 at 01:35 PM
Every main event on this tour should end the same way.....
Hogan knocks Flair down with the big boot, and then goes to the corner. Flair slowly gets to his feet, and begins crying, telling Hogan to "bring it". Hogan looks at Flair, and says "I'm sorry. I love you, brother." And then he lifts his leg as high as it will go, and nails Flair with the devestating Sweet Shin Music.
Posted By: Guest#3805 (Guest) on November 22, 2009 at 01:39 PM
Hey dad. Now that Ric has ruined his retirement, how about giving me a few more title reigns. That will teach him a lesson.
Posted By: Triple H (Guest) on November 22, 2009 at 01:40 PM
I wouldn't make fun of the size of the crowd. This was a nostalgia tour more than anything. Google some of the most recent WWE shows and look at the crowds they are drawing. Usually it's under 10,000 people.

The arena was more than half full - I'd estimate 80% at worst. Anderson and Morley had the best match by far. The other matches were pretty average. Flair carried Hogan who was clearly in a lot of discomfort. Fun show though, glad I went.

The hulk is nothing but a fraud, people paid hundreds of $ to meet the hulk B4 the show. He left us all standing there waiting for an hour, kids as well.He walked in the door and straight out again. I have no respect left for the man that says he is all about the Hulkamaniac's. He all about the money!
