* 1999 - Bret Hart defeated Chris Benoit in a tournament final for the WCW Heavyweight title
* 1999 - Evan Karagias defeated Disco Inferno for the WCW Cruiserweight title
* 1999 - Norman Smiley defeated Brian Knobs to become the first WCW Hardcore Champion
* 2000 - Billy Gunn defeated Eddie Guerrero for the WWF Intercontinental title

Wacky WCW? Mayhem was a pretty good PPV. What was so wacky? Smiley getting the HC belt? Wacky is putting the IC title on Billy Bitchcakes.
