WWE News: Tribute To The Troops Update, Who Won’t Be At Raw Tonight, More

Lots of Monday WWE news…
- After Raw finishes on November 30th, the talent will head to the Middle East to tape the annual Tribute To The Troops show. The show will again air on NBC as a one hour special. Due to this, Smackdown will be taped on Sunday the 29th in Hampton, Virginia. [Credit: Pwinsider.com]
- Tonight, from 6-8PM at Tommy K's Vitamins in Stamford, CT, Matt Hardy, Hornswoggle, Tommy Dreamer, Maria, Tiffany, Beth Phoenix and Howard Finkel will be making an appearance to help with the Toys for Tots drive. Due to this, they are not expected to appear at Raw tonight. [Credit: Pwinsider.com]
- WWE returns to the Ford Center in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma for Monday Night Raw on March 1st, 2010. Tickets will go on sale January 16th at 10AM. [Credit: Pwinsider.com]
- Cablefax Magazine has recognized Stephanie McMahon, WWE's COO Donna Goldsmith and Michelle Wilson, the Executive Vice President of Marketing, as some of the Most Powerful Women in Cable for 2009.
Y'know who else won't be at Raw? Bryan Danielson. Apparently signing a contract with that company means you fall into a black hole and are never seen nor heard from again.

i always enjoyed the tribute to the troops show. i just wish for once they went somewhere other than the usual iraq and afghanistan. (ie south korea, northern africa, any other -stan not named afghanistan)

Did YOU Know...that this was taped two months ago? I'm sure he could begin competing whenever WWE wants him to, regardless of ROH being behind with their TV show.

What's important tonight is that my girl Michelle McCool will be on the show. RAW is boring so I KNOW Michelle will be on top form tonight, overshadowing all the main eventers.

It took CM Punk, Matt Sydal, and Colt Cabana about a year and a half to two years to debut on WWE television. So don't expect Danielson anytime soon. As much as I love Dragon I'm not going to bash the E for not debuting him yet. Wait a little bit to build anticipation for the IWC. Maybe he'll debut at the Rumble and get the Rumble push.
Michelle McCool sucks, she's a terrible worker and talker. Hopefully RAW is good tonight.
