Some news to kick off the day!

- The four hours of TNA Impact on New Year's Eve will be a special edition of the show, featuring original content, as well as a countdown of the best matches of the last year. [Credit: Pwinsider.com]

- Brent Albright is gone from Ring of Honor. There had been rumors going around that he was gone, and it was confirmed in the last few days. He could come back to the company down the line, as he has a close relationship with booker Adam Pearce. [Credit: Pwinsider.com]

- Wrestlereunion.com has announced Kenny King vs. Jerry Lynn for the ROH event in Los Angeles in January. ROH has not officially announced the match, but has been building to it on TV. [Credit: Pwinsider.com]

- The following matches have been announced for the ROH event on December 5th in Chicago Ridge, IL:
* ROH champ Austin Aries vs. Colt Cabana
* Roderick Strong vs. Kenny Omega
* The Briscoes vs. The Dark City Fight Club
* Tyler Black vs. Kenny King
* Kevin Steen vs. Claudio Castagnoli
* Necro Butcher vs. Erick Stevens
* The Young Bucks vs. The House of Truth

Brent does frequent tours for NOAH in Japan I believe it is. Although Brent's a bruiser and could fit in nicely in the E.

I think Brent can do well in Japan. They love big foreigners.

Also, if Stevens works as stiff with Necro as he did with Roderick then that match will be awesome.
