Complete ECW, Superstars and WWE Smackdown Taping Results (SPOILERS)

Check them out!
Dark Match
1) Kaval (Low-Ki/Senshi) defeated Paul Birchill with the double stomp. The crowd got really into Kaval's kicks.
ECW
- We start with the Abraham Washington Show. Abe makes fun of Virginia , eventually stating that the biggest joke about Virginia is that Tony Atlas is from here. His guests are Zach Ryder and Rosa Mendes. Ryder reads a poem he wrote about Rosa, and Rosa reads one she wrote about Ryder. In hers, she states that they are a match made in Heaven because she speaks Spanish and he doesn't. She then finishes in Spanish, saying something that I'm sure was not complimentary but Zach doesn't know any better. The segment ends with Ryder hopping up and down on the couch Tom Cruise style.
- Christian & Shelton Benjamin vs. Ezekiel Jackson & Vladimir Kozlov is announced as the main event.
- Backstage Ezekiel Jackson apologizes to William Regal but refuses to apologize to Vladimir Kozlov. Regal attempts to get them on the same page before his match.
1) Goldust defeated William Regal with a rollup. Zeke and Kozlov both reach for Goldust's leg at the same time and get into a shoving match outside the ring. Regal is distracted trying to calm them down and is rolled up. After the match Kozlov blames Zeke but Regal does not retaliate.
- Backstage Paul Birchill begs Tiffany for his job back. He is interrupted by the new tag team of Trent Barreta and Caylen Croft who will debut tonight.
2) Trent Barreta & Caylen Croft defeated Bobby Fields & Tyler Hilton. Fields must be a popular local guy because he got quite a reaction for a jobber. Barret and Croft looked good, finishing their opponent with a Hart Attack type move but with a kick instead of a clothesline. Their theme music is kind of a "Bittersweet Symphony" rip off.
- Backstage Vance Archer is interviewed. He says he won't demand an ECW Title shot like most people and he will savor every moment on his way to the top.
- Also backstage, Christian is "that guy" and restarts Shelton Benjamin's video game as he's about to win the ECW Title in SmackDown vs. Raw. They vow to watch each other's backs and to steal the show at TLC.
3) Christian & Shelton Benjamin defeated Ezekiel Jackson & Vladimir Kozlov. Jackson did most of the work for his team, but when Kozlov went to make a tag later in the match Zeke dropped off the apron and walked away. Shelton pinned Kozlov after Paydirt.
Superstars
1) The Hurricane defeated Zach Ryder by disqualification. Hurricane hit the Shining Wizard but Ryder fell to the floor. A masked Paul Birchill, presumably as his super-villain alter ego comes down and attacks Hurricane.
2) Dolph Ziggler defeated Matt Hardy with a backslide. Good, long match. Definitely the best of the tapings. Lots of nearfalls and reversals. Ziggler finally wins after reversing a Twist of Fate into a backslide.
SmackDown
1) R-Truth defeated CM Punk by disqualification. Luke Gallows (the former Festus) grabbed Truth's leg for the disqualification. After the match Punk and Gallows lay Truth out to a chorus of boos.
- Undertaker calling out Batista is hyped as our main event.
2) Kane defeated Mike Knox
3) Mickie James defeated Beth Phoenix and Natalya in a No. 1 Contender's Triple Threat Match. Michelle McCool and Layla are out on commentary for this match. Decent Diva's Match. Phoenix hits the Glamslam on Natalya as she tries to lock Mickie in the Sharpshooter, and Mickie kicks Phoenix out of the ring to steal the pin.
After the match Mickie cuts a promo on Michelle and attacks her at ringside. When the numbers game takes over Maria makes her return to make the save. Mickie and Maria celebrate in the ring afterward.
- Backstage, Batista complains to Teddy Long about Undertaker calling him out. Teddy informs Batista that he will be facing Rey Mysterio in a Street Fight next week on SmackDown.
4) Drew McIntrye defeated John Morrison in a non-title match. McIntrye tries to cut a promo on Morrison before the match but is jumped. The match fluctuates between mat wrestling and brawling. McIntrye eventually crawls under the ring, and when Morrison goes after him McIntyre pulls his arm causing Morrison to bust his head on the ring apron. McIntrye gets Morrison back in the ring to hit the underhook DDT for the win.
- CM Punk and Luke Gallows cut a promo backstage discussing Gallows' transformation. Gallows asks us to accept CM Punk as our Saviour.
- Vickie Guerrero comes out to address Eric Escobar. I always thought those reports that said "I had a hard time hearing what she was saying because of all the heat" were exaggerating. They weren't. She says she wants Escobar to apologize to her. Escobar comes out and apologizes for ever having met her, for seeing her in lingerie, etc. Vickie books him in a Handicap Match against the Hart Dynasty.
5) Hart Dynasty defeated Eric Escobar in a Handicap Match following a springboard Hart Attack. After the match David Hart Smith held Escobar for Vickie to slap.
6) Jeri-Show defeated Cryme Tyme in a non-title match. Jericho did all the heavy lifting for his team. JTG and Jericho both make the tag at the same time, but the second Big Show enters the ring he punches Shad Gaspard and it's over. You could see some tape or something on the knee Show had the work done on.
- Undertaker made his entrance to call out Batista. As he was making his entrance he was jumped by Batista with a steel chair. Batista demolished Taker, hitting him and choking him with the chair all around ringside. He finished with a spinebuster on the chair in the ring. Taker never even got a token comeback.
Dark Match
1) Undertaker defeated Batista and CM Punk in a Triple Threat Match to retain the World Heavyweight Title. Taker continued to sell the beating. Chris Jericho came down to make it a three-on-one until Kane made the save. Taker and Kane delivered stereo chokeslams to Batista and Jericho and Taker gave Punk the Tombstone for the win. After the match Kane chased Punk and Jericho to the back (complete with Punk's cartoon running) while Batista slunk away. Taker posed in the ring and on the ramp to end the show.
I always thought those reports that said "I had a hard time hearing what she was saying because of all the heat" were exaggerating. They weren't.

Great, another diva match, another win for Mickie. I mean, everybody knew she would challenge McCool, but how many times are we going to have to make Beth look like an idiot in the process?
WWE, please shock me for once and let Mickie lose one of these feuds. I'm so sick of her fighting for and winning titles. I don't know if this McCool program is leading to Mickie's departure from WWE, as is rumored. But if it's not, don't put the belt on her.

- CM Punk and Luke Gallows cut a promo backstage discussing Gallows' transformation. Gallows asks us to accept CM Punk as our Saviour.
---------------------------------
So this may lead to a CM Punk vs Cryme Tyme feud?
I know some people may not like having Punk in a non-mainevent feud, but with their contrasting life styles, this could be fun to watch.

"A masked Paul Birchill, presumably as his super-villain alter ego comes down and attacks Hurricane."
WIN

Ok I hadn't seen Smackdown or Vickie in a long time....WHO THE HELL DID SHE KILL AND EAT? I understand grieving and stress eating but Kirsty Alley is somewhere sitting next to Ron Simmons and both saying DAMN!

"WWE, please shock me for once and let Mickie lose one of these feuds."
Did you miss Mickie looking like a fool for most of 2007 and 2008 to get Melina and Beth over as champions?
Remeber how ridiculously weak Mickie looked when dropping the gold to Melina for the first time?
Anyway, why is Rey coming back so quick - he was written out perfectly.
And with the exception of the return of the permanently awfu Maria, the SD Divas stuff sound very good this week.

I hope Mickie captures the Women's Title from McCool. And then I hope she beats Beth to retain it. Then they can have like a big gimmick match or something.

when did shelton become face?
Posted By: shaydee (Guest) on November 30, 2009 at 05:01 AM
WWE is so ass backwards in the sense that every "superstar" wrestler (this time Mickie) that gets depushed or punished on their respective show, gets moved to another show and pushed to a title...other eg) cena, orton, hhh, michaels, mvp, both hardys...
Does anyone else see this trend?
Posted By: Sizzle (Guest) on November 30, 2009 at 05:26 AM
With Vickie and Eric all but done with, the question is:
Does Vickie run SD with Teddy, for a heel/face dynamic or manage a new man, while Eric gets released?
Plus, on that, who does Vickie manage?
Posted By: Question (Guest) on November 30, 2009 at 01:56 AM
Hopefully Ki still uses the Double Stomp on tv.

"The Hurricane defeated Zach Ryder by disqualification. Hurricane hit the Shining Wizard but Ryder fell to the floor. A masked Paul Birchill, presumably as his super-villain alter ego comes down and attacks Hurricane."
Genius!Although they have done a shitload of matches in this feud this sounds pretty sweet

So this is the week they goto the middle east?

"Great, another diva match, another win for Mickie. I mean, everybody knew she would challenge McCool, but how many times are we going to have to make Beth look like an idiot in the process?"
Beth had the match won and Mickie stole the pin. How the hell does that make Beth look bad?
Posted By: Guest#9301 (Guest) on November 30, 2009 at 06:17 AM
A New Tag Team on ECW that the whiny IWC bastards will probably judge as "never will bes" after just one match.
Seriously, though. The shows sound pretty good. Fuck the haters and their "WWE's dying" bullshit.

The burial of Matt Hardy continues.
Posted By: Guest#6388 (Guest) on November 30, 2009 at 06:29 AM
I predict Vicki Guerrero will help Batista win the title at TLC further elevating Dave's heel run.
Posted By: Mr. Fuji's Cane (Guest) on November 30, 2009 at 11:29 AM
Good set of tapings. But are they now trying to get Buchill BACK on ECW? Wow, 2 steps back.
Posted By: Guest#7802 (Guest) on November 30, 2009 at 06:45 AM
They need rid of that no talent waste Burchill
Posted By: Guest#0189 (Guest) on November 30, 2009 at 06:56 AM
Morrison - McIntrye should be a good IC title fued.
Im really liking this Punk-Gallows team aswell.
Posted By: jbardo (Guest) on November 30, 2009 at 07:16 AM
What fun I cant wait for the match but maria should not be anywhere near a wrestling ring she should be a valet at best
Posted By: Dangerous (Guest) on November 30, 2009 at 07:23 AM
I like the Burchill is a super villain now. I normally do not like this, but this is something different.
Posted By: T-Mac (Guest) on November 30, 2009 at 08:00 AM
Paul Burchill was de-pushed and pushed at the same show...sigh...anyway, I hope Katie Lea dresses up as a sexy super villainess!
Posted By: Louwax (Guest) on November 30, 2009 at 08:06 AM
To Guest #6482 - Ummm... aren't the only face divas on Smackdown Mickie and Maria? Barring a turn, that pretty much ensures Mickie another run with the Women's Belt.
Posted By: J. Alexander Mitchell (Registered) on November 30, 2009 at 08:09 AM
Paul Burchill is cool but I'm betting the masked Ripper is a beast of a man.
Posted By: Jake Fury (Guest) on November 30, 2009 at 08:12 AM
Who the hell has Morrison pissed off?
Posted By: caboose (Guest) on November 30, 2009 at 08:37 AM
wwe SHOULD put the belt on mickie again because she is the most popular woman in wwe with the casual fans. to hell with the ignorant iwc maggots that think pro rassling is a 'sport' when it is a circus sideshow spectacle.
as far as mickie planning for life after rassling, that is just smart.
women have a short shelf life in this circus industry and once you hit 35 you are over the hill. besides many women wrestlers hope to get married and start a family and then their rassling days are over.
Posted By: Guest#7885 (Guest) on November 30, 2009 at 09:14 AM
Awesome Paul Birchill with a masked super villian alter ego=money. Money=CM Punk and Luke Gallows these two are really geling well together.
Posted By: Paul (Guest) on November 30, 2009 at 10:40 AM
What's this cartoon running? Has he done that before?
Posted By: Ehwut (Guest) on November 30, 2009 at 10:41 AM
Shelton's a natural face. Hard to boo a guy who can be so exciting in the ring (when he's allowed to).
Posted By: Foolio (Registered) on November 30, 2009 at 11:41 AM
Wait, so Mickie is out of shape in the ring, and barely puts any effort in to her matches anymore. So lets reward her with a title program. You know what? I don't blame her for not caring anymore. If WWE is so "mad" at her, yet they still push her like the top diva, then she might as well mail it in. I wouldn't bust my ass either if I didn't have to.
But don't give me this bullshit logic about how she should get the belt because she's the most "popular". She is not some huge draw for them. And Mickie as champion has always been a disaster. If the crowd likes her, why not make some of your other women look credible for once? You really think the division would be any worse with Beth or Natalya holding the belt? Especially if Mickie is leaving in the near future, now would be the time to use whatever "rub" she has to make them look good. Oh, that's right, I forgot. Anytime she loses a match the IWC says she's getting buried. My mistake.
Posted By: Guest#1943 (Guest) on November 30, 2009 at 01:20 PM
Calm down Mickie haters. I bet you she will be off your TV's soon enough. This is how it's going to go down:
McCool is going to win the title match between these two, probaly at the TLC PPV. After the match Mickie will tell the crowd she is leaving, and thank them for their support. Either that, or they will add a retirement stip to the match beforehand, as McCool will force Mickie to put her career on the line. Either way, Mickie probaly gives a short speech afterwards.
And then, sometime early next year, we'll hear this:
"What's Alexis Laree doing in the Impact Zone?"

This stupid Mickie mark always gives himself away with his horrible grammar. So Mickie has every right to think about life away from wrestling, But WWE should put the belt on her? How the fuck does that make any sense.
I agree that she is smart to be thinking of her post-wrestling career. But I also think the WWE would be stupid to put the title on somebody that is probaly leaving in the next 6 months. You'll never know who could make a decent champion until you give them a shot. Mickie sucks as champion, and I'm sick and tired of seeing it. Let one of the other divas hold it awhile.
Posted By: Guest#8951 (Guest) on November 30, 2009 at 05:06 PM
I seriously doubt WWE will put the women's title on Mickie again, considering how poor she has been in the last few months. Expect Beth Phoenix to turn face and beat McCool for the title.
Posted By: Guest#1790 (Guest) on November 30, 2009 at 06:12 PM
Can't wait to see what Beth and Natalya can do in the ring as I don't think they've been in a match against each other before.

Ever stop to think that (gasp) maybe she wasn't being punished after all and not everything you read on the net is true?

Sweet, they're using their FCW theme.

Maria saved Mickie James from a double-team effort by Layla and Michelle Mccool. Hahahahahahahahahahaha.
Posted By: Dwayne (Guest) on December 01, 2009 at 10:32 PM
Morrison will probably lose the IC title soon...but that is ok. WWE will probably move him up to a main eventer and give him a title soon.
Take a look at the faces on Smackdown. Rey Mysterio is going to have knee surgery soon. Jeffy Hardy is gone forever. Undertaker can't last forever. Matt Hardy is a life time midcarder.
Morrison is the man...the Guru of Greatness...The Shaman of Sexy... :P
