No, I won't be purchasing this show.

Posted By: Truth (Guest)  on November 30, 2009 at 11:05 PM

No.

No blood, no need for gimmick matches.
No need for me to pay the bloated fee that Vince is now charging to watch his fake sport.

No, but I'll be seeing it for free.

Posted By: Kenny (Guest)  on November 30, 2009 at 11:06 PM

sure... on dvd. ppv? no.

Posted By: Guest#3941 (Guest)  on November 30, 2009 at 11:18 PM

Looking good, ECW ladder match should steal the show.

Posted By: Guest#3617 (Guest)  on November 30, 2009 at 11:18 PM

No I won't, just because I don't buy PPVs now a days that are not Dragon Gate USA shows.

Posted By: JP (Guest)  on November 30, 2009 at 11:27 PM

Not even with your credit card Mr.Csonka

Posted By: hateman (Guest)  on November 30, 2009 at 11:27 PM

The ECW and Tag Title matches are worth it alone.

Posted By: The Anvil (Guest)  on November 30, 2009 at 11:30 PM

I don't have to buy it, I watch at a restaurant, but yeah I would buy it

Posted By: Bill (Guest)  on November 30, 2009 at 11:30 PM

Not a hope in hell I'd pay for that, and I'm not a hater, I thought Survivor Series and Bragging Rights were pretty good cards. Hell in a Cell, however, sucked and this has all the hallmarks of it.

Posted By: TheMan (Guest)  on November 30, 2009 at 11:31 PM

i felt that HIAC was a bit of a rip-off so NO

Posted By: Guest#7823 (Guest)  on November 30, 2009 at 11:33 PM

...(sigh)...no...why should I. God i hate wrestling anymore. I think ill quit watching the show for another year or until they get rid of the PG rating...and john cena....and vince mcmahon....and HHH....and...

Judging by the card thus far, will you be buying the TLC PPV?

Absolutely. Why not?

you can buy ppvs?

Posted By: Guest#8050 (Guest)  on November 30, 2009 at 11:37 PM

Not a chance in hell. These gimmick PPV's are a joke. They are so WCW, but worse. I haven't purchased a WWE PPV since Wrestlemania 23. Not looking to start either.

Posted By: No way JOSE (Guest)  on November 30, 2009 at 11:39 PM

Christian vs Benjamin is the selling point of this ppv

Posted By: The Greg (Guest)  on November 30, 2009 at 11:41 PM

Will I buy the show? Let's see. Is Superman black?

Posted By: Answer is obvious (Guest)  on November 30, 2009 at 11:43 PM

Yes!

Like the stips and Batista and Taker always bring it.

NO

Posted By: JSINN (Guest)  on November 30, 2009 at 11:44 PM

Actually, I have tickets and I am going to the show. I think that many in the IWC are going to underestimate the card. Quite frankly, anybody who says that a PPV card (be it WWE or TNA) is going to suck BEFORE IT EVEN HAPPENS are ignorant, arrogant jackasses because a show that sounds bad may wind up being a good show and vice versa.

This is why I hate the IWC and company fanboys.

Normally, I only order the big 4 ppv's from WWE (Royal Rumble, Wrestlemania, Summer Slam & Survivor Series) but after looking at this card, I think I might have to break my ban on that. The ECW Title ladder match will steal the show and that brand NEEDS them to steal the show. I getting this ppv

Posted By: Ty (Guest)  on November 30, 2009 at 11:50 PM

for Christian vs. Shelton Benjamin, yes

Posted By: scott (Guest)  on November 30, 2009 at 11:50 PM

Would I buy it if I could AFFORD to buy decent-looking wrestling pay-per-views. Yeah, probably. Am I buying it? No. I'll save my money for Rumble and Mania.

Posted By: DaHumorist (Guest)  on November 30, 2009 at 11:53 PM

PG style TLC= Zero buys

wwe sucks as bad as it ever has at the moment, and thats saying a lot!

Posted By: Guest#9155 (Guest)  on November 30, 2009 at 11:53 PM

definitely on dvd, this is a great card. but not on ppv, 45 dollars is just way too much.

Posted By: Guest#0787 (Guest)  on December 01, 2009 at 12:04 AM

isnt the ppv not pg it pg 13

Posted By: Endy (Guest)  on December 01, 2009 at 12:12 AM

I'm definately going to watch this at the theatre. The best TLC matches never had any blood so it shoulden't be a problem here. DX vs. Jerishow is going to be great, never mind Shelton vs. Christian. Can't wait!

Posted By: YourGuestHost (Guest)  on December 01, 2009 at 12:26 AM

Maybe

it looks like a great card

Posted By: hound89 (Guest)  on December 01, 2009 at 12:31 AM

Nope.

Posted By: Guest#5786 (Guest)  on December 01, 2009 at 12:37 AM

If the Miz and Morrison each defend their respective titles I will but Morrison can not defend against Ziggler.

Posted By: BYRD (Guest)  on December 01, 2009 at 12:52 AM

No. The only WWE PPV's I buy are the "Big 4", the card does look solid though so I'll probably find a local thats showing it.

Posted By: Guest#4370 (Guest)  on December 01, 2009 at 12:55 AM

Just another ppv to ruin perfectly good gimmicks, and make them less special. Hell in a Cell and Ladder Matches lost almost all of their mystique. Don't care what anyone says, but the Money in the Bank Ladder Match at WrestleMania has also run it's course as well. And we're STILL left with the big elephant in the room, and have been for a couple years now, and that is, WHO is the babyface that fans can really get behind? All of the top stars are heels, or just so over that they've run their course no matter what you want to do with them (hhh, hbk, cena, undertaker). Who is the guy that fans WANT to see no matter the cost to mark out for during the main event at wrestlemania? Cena and Batista at WrestleMania 21 are the last guys to be at that position. As the next guys to get "made." You have all sorts of other problems, as well, but that is the biggest problem, is that their aren't any legit new babyface stars. And the main reason for that, is that creative is so lazy. It's easy to make heels. It takes time and effort to push faces. Almost 5 years, since we've had one to really get behind in a legit chase for the title, and it's very very sad to see.

The PG rating just means less cock jokes from dx. There will most likely be blood here and there. Not like the bloodier a match is, the better it will be.

Posted By: Guest#6789 (Guest)  on December 01, 2009 at 02:02 AM

No. Frankly money is tight and on a list of things I'd spend 40 bucks on this PPV is pretty low. To be worth 40 bucks a card has to be really exceptional.

Posted By: Justin (Guest)  on December 01, 2009 at 02:05 AM

Don't buy PPVs, but if I were rich, then, yeah I'd watch it. I'm not sure how the Tables Match with Seamus and Cena will be, but the rest of the card appears very solid.

Posted By: Guest#6097 (Guest)  on December 01, 2009 at 02:06 AM

Maybe. I like the concept of this PPV more than the other gimmick ones. And I agree that TLC matches, unlike the other gimmick matches, don't need blood.

Only downside is the card could be better.

Posted By: Beeker (Guest)  on December 01, 2009 at 02:20 AM

Wont even watch it free streaming, 3 hours wasted. If a match or 2 gets praise I'll watch it later since their best matches are on the level of a DGUSA midcard match.

Posted By: L I A M (Guest)  on December 01, 2009 at 02:36 AM

Won't be buying, but i will be in attendance. Making the 5 hour drive from Dallas. The tag title match could be horrible, or if because Jerishow-DX decide to be on, freaking AMAZING. And if not, i pray that Christian and Shelton steal the show, otherwise, it will be a LONG drive home.

Posted By: Thechosencowboy (Guest)  on December 01, 2009 at 02:37 AM

What is a "chairs" match anyway? 15 minutes of two wrestlers trading chairshots back and forth? I thinks that sounds like an epic fail if there ever was one

Posted By: Guest#9892 (Guest)  on December 01, 2009 at 03:04 AM

I'll be catching it at the theater. I've really liked the last three PPVs, esp. Survivor Series.

I really like what they're doing with the PPV format as of late. Not necessarily the gimmicks (although I don't mind, and cry moar whiners about the lack of blood, I've never cared for blading; ooh, what object will cause the forehad laceration this time?! Bleh.), but rather instead of trying to fill the card with a bunch of lower-tier undercard matches no one cares about, give us the 5-6 matches that matter (with the requisite Diva piss break) and give them 10-20 minutes apiece to allow them to be good, and it has been. We've gotten a really good roll of shows as of late, and the card has the potential to continue that. Christian/Shelton Ladder has a potential 4-star showstealer written on it.

So yeah, I'm part of the IWC who actually watches it instead of just doing the routine bawwing about a show or event they supposedly don't want, so if they're not down with that, well, you know the rest.

TLC Match should be good, but I'm not into see Taker/Batista again, Batista would actually stagnant the belt even more than Taker right now.

Fuck that noise. I'd rather watch a Seinfield marathon.

Posted By: Evan (Guest)  on December 01, 2009 at 04:44 AM

nope!

based on 1 interesting match (ecw title) i won't spend any money

" but Morrison can not defend against Ziggler.

Posted By: BYRD (Guest) on December 01, 2009 at 12:52 AM"

Why can't he ?

I would get this PPV for Jo Mo vs Ziggy in an IC Ladder Title Match alone.

Will I Buy this PPV while :

A/ I Can watch it for free on the net

B/ Getting it forever with more matches and content on DVD for half it's price ?

HELL NO !

For anyone talking about lack of blood in these gimmick matches, hell in the cell i agree with but since when do Ladder or Tables matches have blood? hardly ever.

Card looks good, tempted to get it.

Nope...Netflix in January.

"Will I buy the show? Let's see. Is Superman black?"

Well he looks black compared to his opponent for this PPV.

Anyway, I won't be buying. My PPV dollar is kept for TNA shows at the moment. Since AJ won the gold, they've been awesome. Solo HBK > AJ > DX.

Of course that may very well change when Hogan shows up.

Posted By: Thor (Guest)  on December 01, 2009 at 07:54 AM

I will be buying it. The only match that looks like it could be a potentially car wreck so far is Cena/Sheamus, but even that has the possibility to be passable. Everything else looks good to great.

All you ignorant jackasses saying you're not going to get it because there's no blood... when was the last time you saw blood in a TLC match anyway? There's been no blood in any matches for AGES now and you're STILL watching WWE wrestling. I do disagree with the idea of a gimmick PPV, but atleast this isn't 3 or 4 TLC 'style' matches like HiaC earlier on. That was done horribly because HiaC is supposed to be a fued ending match. The only match that should end a fued here is DX/JeriShow and that is the only TLC match-up.

I am excited for this show, even if the build-up is likely going to be pretty bad.

Posted By: Banz (Guest)  on December 01, 2009 at 08:02 AM

Anyone who thinks this looks even remotely good is insane. The only TLC match on the TLC card is with four guys either pushing or in their 40s, one of which is 7 foot tall and weighs a million pounds, one wouldn't even climb a cage six years ago in a match against Chris Jericho (HHH) and will doubtfully be doing anything remotely dangerous, while Jericho's well past his prime in terms of "sick bumps". Michaels will be good for the elbow off the tall ladder, but other than that...that match will suck. Christian/Shelton would be good, except for the fact it'll only get 10 minutes max. And whoever said Taker and Batista "always bring it"...I'd like to know what "it" is, cause it sure isn't quality wrestling matches (with each other).

Posted By: pic369 (Guest)  on December 01, 2009 at 08:25 AM

nope.

this crap has got to stop...i dont mean the gimmicky ppvs, I mean the whining "oh im not watching wwe anymore, its crap...oh im not watching there's no blood...oh im not watching until cena's gone" blah blah blah...no one gives a shit, don't watch, don't check the dirt sheets, don't read the recaps, just go away. want blood during a ppv? hit yourself in the head with a chair before a ppv and watch it through the blood pouring down your head...doesn't work for you? stab yourself and smear the blood over your eyes and watch it like that. blood doesnt make wrestling better, good matches and good story telling does.

Yes. Yes I will be buying it.

Posted By: Polish Post (Guest)  on December 01, 2009 at 09:24 AM

I haven't bothered to watch or even care for ppv gimmick matches since not a drop of blood is scripted anymore. It's a no sell on the part of a wrestler for me. Im not gory like that but seriously. This was a wrestling tradition for years because it raises the fan's curitosity of the sport, it added that submissive hold like a sharpshooter or walls to elevate to a higher level of dominace. really if undertaker's hell's gate hadn't didnt cause blood from the mouth would anyone take that grip seriosuly? I just wish the WWE would bring back a real life characrers like jesse venturea who would better represent their mature fans.

Wrestling has offical reached a low point for me. Jerishow and DX are like 9 year olds in the ring. The trash talk was absolutely horrendous. No one in real life talks the way DX or jerishow talk. Just such a dissapointment. On top of that we had miget hosting raw and the center story for next is Hornswoggle. you see where i'm giong with this?

$45 is just too much this time of year. I have other priorities. The card does look promising though.

Posted By: Fishman (Guest)  on December 01, 2009 at 09:32 AM

I will not buy, but I have no problem going to BW3 and watching it for free, along with Sunday Night Football.

Christian / Shelton is the only thing that has me guessing. If Christian wins, it's status quo for his eternal ECW damnation. If Shelton wins, Christian moves on to (hopefully) SD!.

Posted By: Mike (Guest)  on December 01, 2009 at 11:27 AM

Yes, christian shelton steal the show, cena sheamus could be awesome if they work well together, not excited about batista taker again and jerishow dx might suck cause big show's knee is in bad shape but the other three can put on a good show. Lets hope there's another TLC match instead of just 1 so far. Maybe Morrison vs somebody, or cm punk r-truth

I agree and disagree.

I agree that basing everything off of the card alone is stupid

BUT, the card is the SELLING point to buying a PPV and if it looks bad to some people then that person won't buy it

has there been times when a PPV looked bad ended up good? Of course but the prior booking or the look of the card didn't interest me and I missed a good show. So be it

"ECW Title Ladder Match: Christian © vs. Shelton Benjamin"

Makes it tempting, but one match isn't enough for me

Posted By: Guest#3924 (Guest)  on December 01, 2009 at 11:38 AM

Please drop the horseshit PG rating, its not 1988 anymore. God, I wish the real ECW was around sometimes.

Posted By: The Anvil (Guest)  on December 01, 2009 at 11:39 AM

It's sad that 44 year old HBK is still put in a position where he'll have to kill himself to save a mediocre show. I really doubt Hunter will let Christian and Shelton steal the show(they may get 12 minutes with 2 big bumps allowed).

Posted By: jcmmnx (Guest)  on December 01, 2009 at 11:52 AM

No.

Overpriced.

PG-Rated.

Gimmick-themed.

And not really that interesting. They still have given ZERO reason to push Shaemus this far.

Posted By: Guest#1045 (Guest)  on December 01, 2009 at 01:01 PM

I'd like to see Christian vs. Shelton Benjamin. But the rest of these gimmick matches and gimmick PPVs are not worth the money. WWE has too many PPVs now.

Posted By: Anthony_McMannequin (Guest)  on December 01, 2009 at 01:08 PM

All you WWE fanboi's who would rather see a bloodless ladder match or a bloodless chair match just will eat anything vince feeds you and apparrently you would pay to see an unmemorable HITC or TLC match. Do you even remember that WWE have scripted blood from a single righthand? it didnt have to be tables match especially when you promote these chairs and tables as the most brutal match invented it does not compare to previous matches. and yes HITC has lost everything it was designed for thanks to this pg tv no blood programming and no sell wretlers.

Because they're asking if people are going to watch the ppv so people are giving responses why and why not. What because you think everyone should like the company no matter what means everyone else should? You wwe tools are way out of hand and getting annoying you think no one should have any viewpoint outside of "WWE IS GREAT!! YEAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHH!!!"

No that makes people smart and not wasting money on ppvs that don't look good if you want to bust your budget on every ppv on the chance it may be good go for it you're the ideal mark congratulations Vince and company love those.

Definately! All relatively fresh matchups, good stipulations. ECW Title should be insane, DX v JeriShow will be good. Cena v Sheamus will most likely be short and Taker v Batista will be average.
Now if we can get Kofi v Orton and Morrison v somebody the card will be good
