Details On Why The Hornswoggle vs. DX Court Scenes Did Not Happen Last Night
Posted by Larry Csonka on 12.01.2009
We’re still likely to see it…
According to Pwinsider.com, the Hornswoggle vs. DX court case segments did not air last night because creative made the call over the weekend to postpone it. They tried to keep it quiet, and the company was not happy that details of it got out in the first place. The company may do the angle next week, but there is also talk of waiting for the week after the Slammies to run the angle.

Why not just cancel it altogether?

Ahem...Hornswoggle v. DX...not vs. This is a court case!
Motherfuckers...

Great. They're gonna prolong this crap.
Posted By: Propagandhi (Guest) on December 01, 2009 at 02:34 PM
The details got out? How was is supposed to be a surprise, they had HHH and HBK say they were going to court next week the week before! WWE is so stupid sometimes.

And I was looking forward to seeing DX destroy a courtroom full of midget wrestlers and other little people!
Posted By: The Truth (Guest) on December 01, 2009 at 02:46 PM
I'm surprised to hear that. I thought that Baltimore City stepped in and said they couldn't use the courtroom. Would make sense with the circus that was the Mayor Dixon trial going on too...

How about you wait until TNA is bankrupt before you run the angle?
What.. you cant wait 7 months?
Posted By: Guest#8347 (Guest) on December 01, 2009 at 02:53 PM
Sounds like there was a short continuance.
Posted By: bailiff (Guest) on December 01, 2009 at 03:00 PM
the angle is a waste of air time anyway just scrap it!!!
Posted By: badguy101proof (Guest) on December 01, 2009 at 03:07 PM
Saving till after the awards? Is there a "worst segment of the year" Slammy that they don't want it to win?
Posted By: Guest#8106 (Guest) on December 01, 2009 at 03:26 PM
Hopefully those segments never see the light of day. This is too stupid even by WWE standards. I mean really this is wrestling shouldn't people be settling dispute in the ring?
Posted By: Guest#5875 (Guest) on December 01, 2009 at 03:35 PM
How about waiting until December 22, 2012 to air it.
Seriously. Is there anyone, anywhere that wants to see this? The only people that find midgets hilarious are WWE's retarded ass writers.
Posted By: Guest#7349 (Guest) on December 01, 2009 at 03:41 PM
Yet again WWE show how much they don't care, Where is the creativity!?!?
Posted By: xc (Guest) on December 01, 2009 at 03:51 PM
Dear WWE,
Pleeeeeeeeeeeaaaassse DO NOT have the Hornswoggle vs DX court case at all. Ever. Get rid of Hornswoggle. A leprechaun on a wrestling show is not good tv. Please, we want W.R.E.S.T.L.I.N.G. (W-R-E-S-T-L-I-N-G)(WRESTLING) on a wrestling show. What a concept, huh?
With utmost sincerity,
Chico

Or maybe they just realized how badly it would suck?
Posted By: lilwayne1 (Guest) on December 01, 2009 at 04:33 PM
wrestling is fake

Let's hope it was a rare outbreak of common sense, realizing that there is no way in hell that anybody over the age of 6 is going to think that such sketches will be funny.
Who am I kidding? We'll probably see them anyway, no matter how unfunny they are. This was the fed that ran the Mae Young/Mark Henry angle into the ground, despite the complete lack of humor--and that was almost 10 years ago!!

i'm all atingle with anticipation.....

I hear this might be a short segement! I mean most of us consider this a small technicality that it didnt run in the first place on Monday. There is very little to fear however as this tiny bit of low (about 2 inches high) brow entertainment will soon air on the small screen.

My theory was they taped the segment and decided it was just too stupid and they pulled the plug.

Damn you IWC, giving away all these amazing angles
Posted By: Guest#0893 (Guest) on December 01, 2009 at 05:13 PM
wait, Slammies?! When?
Posted By: AlKohal (Guest) on December 01, 2009 at 05:15 PM
Aren't we better off not seeing it???
Posted By: Guest#4599 (Guest) on December 01, 2009 at 05:21 PM
You know, for a second there I actually thought that WWE realised that the fans aren't brain dead morons. But I guess that was just wishful thinking.

"The details got out? How was is supposed to be a surprise, they had HHH and HBK say they were going to court next week the week before! WWE is so stupid sometimes."
LOL Thanks. I thought I heard them say that the week before

vince....get real, even the CIA cant keep a secret.
Posted By: Guest#8264 (Guest) on December 01, 2009 at 10:23 PM
upcoming Slammies? Yay, a "special" 3 hour Raw filled with Jillian Hall singing and Santino's painfully unfunny "comedy"
Posted By: Guest#8041 (Guest) on December 01, 2009 at 10:30 PM
I'd rather see a 90 year old Hulk Hogan win the TNA title than that Hornswoggle crap.
Posted By: fg76 (Guest) on December 01, 2009 at 11:21 PM
Here is what I think.... I think they should scrap everything, and focus on Kofi and Orton, its the best thing going on right now, there is heat, there is fire, there is determination, will they end it the right way... I hope so for the first time in 10 years end an angle correctly, I can see them eventually putting the title back on Orton to lose it to Kofi but that shouldnt happen untill after WM, have Orton win the Rumble, beat Cena at WM then Backlash lose to Kofi

This segment will premiere on a very special 3-hour segments-only edition of Raw on January 4, 2010!!! Your hosts for the evening will be Michael Cole and special guests Sean Mooney and Mike Adamle. This edition will also be a sneak peak of what's to come in 2010 and beyond.

The funniest thing about this angle:
All of you IWCers who complain about it WILL watch like the good little marks you are.
Posted By: Guest#3466 (Guest) on December 02, 2009 at 06:08 AM
Its a lame idea anyway. Why dont they just scrap it?
Posted By: guestwwe (Guest) on December 02, 2009 at 03:33 PM
Hornswaggle must move a ton of merch or pop ratings and PPVs, huh?
