- Eve will be on CNN's American Morning on December 16th at 6AM ET to promote the WWE Tribute to the Troops. Even and Chris Jericho will be on Fox News' Fox & Friends on December 17th at 6AM to promote the Tribute to the Troops. Chris Jericho will be on Late Night with Jimmy Fallon on December 17th (actually early morning December 18th) at 12:35AM ET. WWE.com has the details up here.
- SLAM! has an interview up with Maryse where she talks about the TLC PPV reminding her of ECW, being a fan of Sheamus, how Melina and The Rock inspired her, and more.

Ok so as TNA finally starts to get things right Hulk comes in and messes everything up before leaving upon realising that he is just full of hot air and the serious ratings draw he used to be! Well f**king done Dixie, just because you can spend your husbands money doesn't make you a serious business women or an expert on anything!

I know that Hogan will make TNA better, I can feel it. This isn't the same Politicking Hogan. I know that he and Bischoff will bring TNA to that next level.

Gee is Spike TV obsessed with putting the WWE out of business or what? I guess Spike TV is bitter because WWE left them to return to the USA network?

Maryse is so amazingly hot.. and her being so hot makes me confident that she never watched ECW, at all, ever.

Nice sentiment: "If I can't save this rat hole, I'll burn it down and then leave it smoldering."

lol at hogan. well at least he said it himself, so does this mean by January 5 Hogan will be out of TNA? Because he did say they will get a 3.0 rating....and we all know that won't happen, I am not a TNA hater but I think 3.0 is a little too much wishful thinking, may be a 1.0-1.5 is a little realistic.

Can you believe Chris Jericho retweeted me?
Posted By: Arnab (Guest) on December 13, 2009 at 03:48 PM
WWE will beat both superior products because the average television veiwer is a moron hence why race-baiting facists like the folks at faux news get such high ratings! Fact!
Posted By: Guest#8083 (Guest) on December 13, 2009 at 04:37 PM
I doubt TNA will beat RAW on the 4th, but I'd love to see UFC beat RAW on the 11th...

idea:don't unpack them, that way you save yourself some effort::rimshot::

SPIKE TV is bringing the heat to Vince McMahon.
I guess that SPIKE is a little bit pissed about ECW not coming to their channel instead of SCI-Fi back when ECW started.

Sadly, Maryse is probably unaware of the existance of the original promotion from the 90's and is referring to the current ECW show on Tuesday nights since I doubt knowledge of wrestling history is high on the list of qualification when Vince hires his "divas"

TNA & marriage: 2 things Hulk has walked away from during the past 18 months.
At least he still has Brooke!

Don't worry fans. I'm sure my good buddy Hulk Hogan will take TNA to greatness, especially when I debut as Brutus Zodiak the Booty-Disciple.
Posted By: Ed Leslie (Guest) on December 13, 2009 at 06:43 PM
wwe will dominate both shows with 3.5 ratings while TNA gets a 1.2 and UFC get a 0.4 rating.
i know this because i am Doc Brown and I have a time machine. I went into the future.

When Maryse was signed in 2006, Dave Meltzer reported that she was one of the few girls who showed up to the Diva Search that year who was familar with pro wrestling. WWE wanted her to win the competition and already had their minds up that they would sign her after their inital meetings with her at the try out.

I've got nothing personal against TNA, but theres a part of me thats looking forward to seeing if things crash and burn for them. My real problem is Hogan, not TNA. The guys got no place in the biz now, much less calling the shots on a company that needs to say away from Hulk and his ego-driven ways.
And as some people have pointed out here already, does anyone actually think Hogan will stick around very long? He'll get bored real quick and look for an even quicker buck, or TNA employees will want him gone.

Yeah ..and if his plan works, all others will pack and leave.

I'm disapointed that Maryse didn't stay in character during the interveiw. Clearly she isn't as committed to her character as all of you people say she is.

UFC will do a much better rating and be a better show. Diaz vs. Maynard is more interesting than any Raw matchup since Cena vs. HHH from the Snoop Dogg Raw.
WWE shouldn't worry about TNA, they should worry about UFC continuing to put on better and better shows and killing them in the PPV market.

Yeah, we get it. Just don't post if you don't have anything to contribute, man.
And was Hogan's statement supposed to be for the benefit of TNA? I.e. "If I can't get it to work, I won't stick around and let the company go out of business. I'll step out of the way"?
Instead it just makes it a can't-lose for Hogan, as well as showing he has some doubt that he CAN even make it work. Nice..

Only think I dislike about TNA is that the main even is composed of ex-WWE and WCW veterans. I want the original TNA lineup to shine in this.

Hulk, you tried your best and failed miserably. The lesson is: never try.
Posted By: Homer Simpson (Guest) on December 14, 2009 at 08:51 AM
Hogan won't make it to Easter, TNA will get killed on the 4th (which sucks coz they've been pretty good the las 3 months or so). UFC won't beat Raw on the 11th but it will take a bite out the ratings, I know which one I'll be watching.
Posted By: Guest#9840 (Guest) on December 14, 2009 at 12:15 PM
3377, WWE may not be pulling in the ratings it used to but rest assured the E will still be around long after your worthless life is over.
8083, you have achieved a level of stupidity that I never knew existed. I recommend knowing what the word facist means before using it in a sentence you ignorant shit. For your information Fox News supports capitalism, which is the polar opposite of facism.

You got it all wrong. Spike is bitter with WWE because of all the hard work they did killing ECW.
