Last night's edition of WWE Raw scored a 3.6 rating, with 5,342,000 viewers. The show did hours of 3.48 and 3.69. The second hour was cable's top-ranked show last night, with the first hour placing fourth.
Something like 5 or 8 weeks in a row 3.6 or above, good job!

3.6 rating and that was WITHOUT pre confirming Bret Hart would be in the building or with any indication they were dropping the Vince vs Bret for Wrestlemania bombshell.
Over to you Terry.

Good. It's been 3.6 for the past couple of weeks, which have been quality shows actually. Keep coming with the goods E

Ok, you idiots who are saying TNA is better than WWE,do you not understand that a 3.6 rating just dominates a barely over 1.0 rating or are you all just that stupid? You make no sense when you put stuff like TNA beats WWE when in reality over 5million viewers are saying that you are wrong.Stop being idiots, understand TNA is decent, but has no chance of coming close to over a 2.0 rating.

Bret didn't need to be advertised who didn't know he was going to be there last night?
Posted By: Guest#7808 (Guest) on February 09, 2010 at 09:10 PM
Imagine how high the ratings would have been if it was announced that I was inducted into the Hall of Fame!
Posted By: Duke "The Dumpster" Droese (Guest) on February 09, 2010 at 09:10 PM
Yes guys the ratings haven't moved because in reality Cena is the reason why people watch the show along with other stars of today no matter if bret hart shows up or not. I was a Bret Hart fan growing up but the reality is he was never the biggest draw and 10 years after being relevant in the business won't help either. People are probably more interested in DXs breakup or legacy then Bret-Vince todays audience differs from the Bret hart era. These are the ratings they usually do in the lead up to WM.

Except for Jan 11 (3.7) Raw has been 3.6 since 12-28-09.

Just because something has more viewers doesnt mean its better necessarily, all it means is that more people view it. May have something to do with the fact many parents allow their kids to watch WWE and not TNA. (Have you seen that ass squared??) TNA is not PG, is it better than TNA, thats all opinions. Learn the difference between facts and opinions. If you were to say, more people watch WWE than yeah thats a fact, but saying WWE is better, thats an opinion.

Ratings? meh. Buyrates are where the bucks are, like in March when hundreds of thousands of people pay $60 to watch Undertaker hobble through yet another mediocre match.

That's where you do not get what i am saying. I said TNA was decent but to say TNA is beating WWE is wrong because WWE is almost doing triple of what TNA got last week(which was a 1.2) Yeah i hate that WWE is PG now that is just retarded but if you are really care that much about hearing someone say words like bitch and fuck and all that then go watch TNA then, but there is no way TNA will catch up to WWE, end of story.
Posted By: Guest#8075 (Guest) on February 10, 2010 at 12:56 AM
Raw's rating always seem to trend upwards as the show moves along. Impact's ratings alway trend down throughout the show. I'm not taking a shot at TNA there, it's just a subtle little thing that shows WWE is connecting with their core audience most of the time. The core isn't nearly as big as it used to be, but they are connecting.
Posted By: chumpstain (Guest) on February 10, 2010 at 01:44 AM
As i have said time and time again...there are a FINITE number of people who watch wrestling, therefore the RAW number isnt going to go up (too much) anytime soon. Sure once stuff goes into reruns it MIGHT hit 3.7 but that is about it. That is also why i have said that TNA would be very well suited outting a show on Monday nights, doesnt even have to be live. Monday is when the wrestling crowd seems to watch wrestling. Raw is by far the worst WWE product, yet it gets the highest ratings. Simply because that is when people watch. They could put the Smackdown show or ECW errrr NXT, or Superstars and still get 3s. Doesnt matter what they throw up there the same peopel will watch.
So it stands to reason TNA would get cross traffic and channel flippers, especially once it became a habit to know it was on Moday nights as well.
Ratings dont mean much anyway. RAW has been one of the top cable shows forever, they can only get worse. TNA can only get better, so it is a no lose for TNA. They just signed a new contract so they arent going anywhere anyway.

3.6, again??? Ahahaha - wwe sucks. They did ratings about 5.0-6.0 in 1997-2000, and now thay dropped to 3.6. What a "progress". uhahahaha They gonna do 2.0 in 5 years. Losers.
