Two more news items...
- In an interview with The Wichita Eagle, Mickie James said the following about the recent angle where WWE had Michelle McCool and Layla make fun of her weight gain.
"Everyone was probably picked on at some point in their lives so it really touches people's heartstrings. Everyone knows how that feels or can relate to that in some way. People can become involved in that because they can feel it."
- Even though many cable guides are not listing Wrestlicious on MavTV for this Monday, the network has confirmed the "Takedown" series will air at 11PM ET.

This is the same guy over and over. Keeps bringing up how happy WWE will be to not see their wrestlers end up old and drug addicts. Yes, because Vince McMahon is truly a compasionate soul.
If you think Mickie is unlikely to be released because she's popular, I'll just remind you that Maria was voted as the "Diva of the Year" a couple of months ago by the fans. WWE did not rig the poll, because she got no push out of that. So she's more popular than Mickie, especially with guys. And she just got released. So don't assume anything.

Mickie fell out of favor with WWE the day John Cena stopped dropping the five knuckle shuffle on her behind the scenes. The wannabe music career is just the icing on the cake. She won't survive this year's spring cleaning by WWE.
