TNA News: Hogan Media Appearances, TNA Advertisements, Impact Replay, More
Posted by Larry Csonka on 03.03.2010

- Hulk Hogan will be doing a lot of media work tomorrow, promoting TNA Impact moving to Monday night. Hogan will appear on Imus in the Morning, as well as on Q104.3 FM tomorrow at 7 AM.

- On numerous billboards around Times Square and Penn Station, across the street from Madison Square Garden, there are advertisements featuring Hulk Hogan and the timeslot change for TNA Impact. Viacom uses these spots to advertise various network projects and UFC events.

- There will be a replay of the live March 8th Impact on Thursday March 11th at 9PM. No word if this will be a regular thing or if it is a one-time deal.

- Next week on DirectTV101, there will be a new TNA Bell to Bell special, promoting the TNA Destination X PPV.

Hulk Hogan : Hardest working man in the business. Plain and simple.

Hulkster is a wrestling FAN!!!

He love the business and TNA has rejuvenated him.

I am proud to be a TNA fan with Hulk Hogan on board.

One time deal? Does that mean RVD will appear on the March 8 Impact?

Posted By: Guest#6495 (Guest)  on March 03, 2010 at 10:55 AM

Imus.
Fox and Friends.
billboards.
radio.

Yep, Hulk Hogand is STILL the most recognizable name in ALL of wrestling.

And TNA has him!

Hogan > Cena
Hogan > Hart
Hogan > DX
Hogan > WWE Universe.

Now, if they can only bring in Rob Van Dam...Then TNA will be number 1!

Say what you will about him, but Hogan is working hard for TNA.

Once again TNA doesn't learn. by saying that you can chact the show on Thursday people won't really want to watch it on Monday. They'll just wait for the reviews and if it sounds good they'll watch it on Thursday. If they want to win the war they need to stop doing things like this.

I'm not a fan of the current TNA product, but I'll Hogan credit for trying to get their name out there and promoting the live show.

Kinda like how Raw is hurt by all its replays? Seriously, your logic is illogical. By the time Thursday comes along Monday Night Impact results would be spoiled anyways which means half the fun of watching goes.

So I guess RVD will be on the replay on Thursday but not the live telecast from Monday? Hardly seems fair...

Imus? Is Hogan trying to attract audiences older than he and Flair?
Promoting TNA on Imus and Fox & Friends is like promoting Extenze during Sponge Bob. It's the wrong audience.

I'll be damned. Hogan and TNA seem to be making all the right moves. If they keep this up, TNA could be a major promotion. If they could only get Impact on the road and out of the Impact Zone. If they could do that then David will kick Goliath's ass. Damn proud to be a TNA fan now.

Replay of Impact on Thursday? Wow, thanks TNA...you made Monday night so much easier for me.

Those billboards will be taken down as soon as TNA goes out of business

Yeah, I may or may not be there.

Dad won't make his interviews, I'm drivin'

cool. hopefully RVD will debut march 8th

TNA should visit the bay area or the Shark Tank..maybe Hulk Hogan can meet Billy Jack.

I would love to have the Hulksters autograph in his book...Good goin' Hulk. You drove the wedgie between the other promotions and have given opportunity for the talent to move around brother.

You are making History once more, which truely means History is the present and I know no other way wich would make an IMPACT bro..

Cool..It's a good thing you did not sell out. It's your reputation. All we need is JR. to commentate next to you in TNA. Good ole JR could use a change. He was great with the late Gordon Solie..All we would need id for all you to wear an oklahoma Sooners' hat. Cool. make it a party...

"Kinda like how Raw is hurt by all its replays?"

WWE doesn't replay Raw in it's entirety in prime time like this replay of Impact will be. The replay of Raw on USA airs at 2:00 a.m. and cuts entire matches and segments out of the show to fit a 1-hour timeslot.

...I was gonna be at Impact, but then I got high... I was gonna frogsplash on March 8th Live, but then I got high... Now it's not Five Stars, and I know why?..."
